Fil Ip, Restaurateur/Owner of Golden Marquess and Baoshi, a new Asian food hall in South Florida, joins Access Your Leadership to share some details about his family’s background and journey into the restaurant industry, his transition from corporate to restaurant ownership, personal challenges he and his wife had to overcome after the loss of their first daughter, and how he’s managed to be a devoted husband and father while expanding his family business.
