The path out of confusion starts with a simple move: treat your name like a business and your family like an institution. We open the playbook on status correction, private trusts, and the holding-company-over-operating-company stack that separates your life from your liabilities. From 508(c)(1)(A) associations to family trusts that actually govern, we walk through the documents, the minutes, and the benefits that let you stop co-mingling and start building.

You’ll hear how stipends, fringe benefits, and internal shares can offset housing, vehicles, healthcare, and education without turning every dollar into a tax trap. We unpack promissory notes to move assets into a trust at fair market value, then redeem value later—exactly how corporations do it. We also dig into practical identity tools: affidavits of birth, DS-10, and baptism certificates as alternative proofs accepted by federal processes, plus why the family bible should function as your private ledger for life events. It’s not theory; it’s recordkeeping that stands up.

On the public-to-private bridge, we highlight grants, first-time homebuyer plays, chamber of commerce workshops, and direct talks with bankers to clean reports and secure financing. We talk courtroom posture, child support tactics, and staying in honor: respond on time, put affidavits on the record, avoid forced contracts, and document everything. The throughline is discipline—clean books, clear roles, and a beneficiary strategy that points to a family trust or charity, not to children directly—so stewardship outlives you.

If you’re ready to move from public dependency to private legacy—with holding companies, trusts, and documented governance—this conversation gives you the structure and the steps. Welcome, Event Details, Atlanta VIP

SPEAKER_05

Peace and love, peace and love, peace and love. You're not rocking to the sounds of vibrations of your boy Donal. Awesome Malikum line. Always prosper your divine birthright. I appreciate uh everybody tapping in and tuning in from the school today. Joe C says, Osalam Aleykum. First live and new member. I'm enjoying your platform very much. Islam, bro. Peace and love, peace and love. Now I do got an eventbrite link up. Anybody that's tapping in in Atlanta, you want to tap in, let me just go to the school.

SPEAKER_03

I gotta show y'all what's going on sometimes. Oh, let me go to a school and click the link.

Status Correction And Private Trusts

SPEAKER_05

Let's go to a school, go down here. Click the link. VIP will is going up in November though, but I got it at 197. You can you can't bring your wife, your husband, whatever. Bring somebody with you. This is it. Just click get tickets. One person had a problem, they couldn't get no. I seen it, it wasn't live for a while, so I apologize. I just got it live. So boom, this is it right here. You it missed too. VIP weekend weekend. So November 14th is uh open to the public, right? Open to the public. November 15th is gonna be a private meeting. Private meeting. We'll start off with talking just about status correction. I answer any questions. Um, but we're gonna get on to the private trust. That's that's the main guts of it. But I want before we get to the trust, I'll explain why it's important, why you want to have your status corrected, why you want to have your name as a business, why you want to incorporate your name, why you want to operate with a holding company. Someone says, Come to the Detroit. I just left Detroit. Crazy. People are crazy. Come to my city. I just left your city. Tap in and tune in. If you're part of the private community, you would know that. Text Private Life 702 200 4900. I am in Atlanta though, November 14th and 15th. November 14th is open to the public. All right. And I got a new uh membership where uh in this, I got a new school. I'm just trying it out because everybody says they some people don't have bank wire, they don't have Bitcoin on how to uh book consultations. So I'm just gonna have y'all just uh become a member of another school. You don't just want to uh consult that much, just pay for that month. That's simple. So just tap in and tune in with your boy, though. Still, I still got my people. I do got an accountant. So everybody that's still left with the tax credits, I'm still waiting on my people, alright? They are working on it. If y'all buy some of y'all still ain't giving me y'all's information yet, every all the information that I need. But uh a few of y'all did. I just want y'all to know if y'all just give me with all zeros at the end, that's gonna flag the system. If you say you just made 150,000 and your expenses are 150,000, and that's what you have all across the board, that's not realistic when you run a business. Like when I looked at, we could talk about Rottery. When you look at his report, his n his stuff is not gonna have all zeros across the board. That flag, I want y'all to know that flag is an IRS system. You know? Yeah, yours is clean, Rodtery. Yours is clean. He said believe my is clean. Y'all can unmute y'all's stuff if y'all got questions, though. Not a license attorney, tax expert. Do it for educational and informational purposes only parts.

SPEAKER_17

What is up? What is up, King?

SPEAKER_05

How you feeling?

SPEAKER_17

I'm excited. I'm excited. We out to know over there to Atlanta for my first time.

SPEAKER_05

That's what's up.

SPEAKER_17

You know, today never, never. It's my first time.

SPEAKER_05

And that's crazy because you be worldwide out here.

SPEAKER_17

Yeah, I'm excited. I'm excited.

SPEAKER_05

How was the Dominican Republic, man?

SPEAKER_17

Dominican Republic was slit. I just jet ski, banana, everything.

SPEAKER_05

I seen you kicking it.

SPEAKER_17

Yeah, yeah, I was slit. I saw family out there. I I haven't been there for like two years, so I was excited.

SPEAKER_05

I I thought I was gonna have to file that insurance claim on that uh trust package.

SPEAKER_17

Nah, I I came just on time. When it came, the next day was the delivery. Uh just on time.

SPEAKER_05

It's all good.

SPEAKER_17

Thank you.

SPEAKER_05

I got insurance on them, motherfuckers, so I'm tripping. They're gonna have to run me five G's.

SPEAKER_17

So so we're gonna be there November.

Credits, Guests, And TV Project

SPEAKER_05

November, yup. November. So November 14th. I'm I'm gonna have some. I'm gonna have a few speakers. So I'm gonna have some credit people there that help with credit. You know, I'm gonna have a multi-millionaire there. He does trust. He got, I don't know, just somebody I want to talk to. I'm gonna stop putting them on the flyers, man.

SPEAKER_17

So that's how they connect.

SPEAKER_05

You already met Gody though. Yeah, Gaudi, when I brought it in New York, so he's gonna come speak to the people, too.

SPEAKER_17

That's awesome. I saw him in the flyer.

SPEAKER_05

He got his own little um app and television network. He's got business partners with that.

SPEAKER_17

Oh, it's late. I'm gonna be like, Gary, your number here, please. Put it what's up, put us up.

SPEAKER_05

Oh, yeah, man. I got some other people that might come through. Um, hopefully, because I got a I got a whole I got a whole uh I'm about to drop a season of uh I've been working hard on a TV show. It's about to drop in December.

SPEAKER_17

So oh, it's lit.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, it's bigger than a podcast, it's a TV show.

SPEAKER_17

Um so that that means you're gonna be you're not gonna be here for that long. We gotta get you now.

SPEAKER_03

Yup.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, you're about to go somewhere else. This yeah, this shit been stressful. These last couple months been stressful. Just keeping up with everybody in this and the public got the most questions, though. Like, I ain't got time to answer questions, man. I got a whole life, man.

SPEAKER_17

Yeah, I'll be I'll be watching Instagram.

SPEAKER_05

I put this stuff in the school. I needed y'all to uh people be thinking I'm rude. I'm like, I gotta sign that shit out. Y'all got problems. This school name for you if you can't problem solve. I'm gonna put the information in there though. But this you put it out there, I'm about to come out with man. I'm gonna break it down, I'm gonna break it down step by step for everybody. I'm when I'm from zero to hero, that's what it's called. But my main thing is once y'all get y'all's name established. Well, you already building credit and stuff, so yeah, already got business, credit card. You got your own thing going on, and just so y'all know, I don't like to put private business out there, but Roderick co-signed alone for me.

SPEAKER_17

Straight up, you're my guy. Come on, hey, straight up, but I one hand watch the other. My uh, you don't hold back with me. Why should I hold back with you?

SPEAKER_05

My church pays the loan back, though. My church taking care of that because I just want y'all to know I'm at the level of poverty, I'm at the poverty level. My government name is I'm poverty. I'm I'm poor. You know what I'm saying? That's social candy numbers poor. You want me in debt, you know what I mean? The United States in debt, ain't it? Yup, and ain't that the richest country in the world? Well, they used to might not be no more. Should change it, change changing right now.

SPEAKER_17

Yeah, it should change, man. On paper in front of everybody, yeah.

SPEAKER_05

But I see uh we got I I seen some of the stuff you're working on, though. We gotta retouch back up. Yeah, I send you our email too. But yeah, I seen the form 4852, too. Uh no, no, so 4361. You have to do that one, not the 4029.

SPEAKER_17

Yeah, that's why 4029, right? Yep, you saw the letter right.

SPEAKER_05

So you do the 4361. I don't know if everybody understands what we're talking about right here. This is um just a religious exemption. So you don't have to do 4029 at all if you're a congregation, that's for a congregation, but that's personal 4361. Yeah, so the 4361 is for the minister. Did you take a look at the 4361?

SPEAKER_17

I already completed and everything.

SPEAKER_05

All right, I didn't send you those templates.

SPEAKER_17

Yes, you did.

SPEAKER_05

Wasn't the 4361 included?

SPEAKER_17

You know, you know what happened. I sent it to the wrong address. That's what happened.

SPEAKER_05

Oh, okay.

SPEAKER_17

That's why they said that because I never said no no 4029.

SPEAKER_05

Um I seen something about the 4029.

SPEAKER_17

Yeah, they said that it was wrong that I send it there, but I never send it. I send it 4361.

SPEAKER_05

Oh, so because I seen it said send the 4361, not the 4029. So I was like, what the hell?

SPEAKER_17

But yeah, they told me what to do. I was like, I see, I seen it. I was like, I love making mistakes.

SPEAKER_05

No, but that's I just want y'all to know that's what the IRS is supposed to do.

SPEAKER_17

Yeah, it's supposed to help you.

Religious Exemptions And IRS Forms

SPEAKER_05

Like, don't be scared, don't be scared, they'll answer all your questions.

SPEAKER_17

That's a fact, but yeah, I'm also I'm also looking to the business car. I'm going for that. Once we come back from Atlanta, I'm getting him a Mercedes. The top of the line, I'd be like, yo, come. You should have been going over here.

SPEAKER_05

You hear me?

SPEAKER_17

What happened?

SPEAKER_05

You should have been at the Mercedes, though.

SPEAKER_17

I know, but I was trying to make the nonprofit, the owner. Now I'm trying, I'm making the nonprofit. So the nonprofit is gonna make contract with the operating one.

SPEAKER_05

I was just making doing under your name, LLC.

SPEAKER_17

Yeah.

SPEAKER_05

Just do it on that.

SPEAKER_17

And just leave it like that?

SPEAKER_05

Yeah.

SPEAKER_17

Simple.

SPEAKER_05

Keep it simple, yeah. Okay.

SPEAKER_17

I was doing it for make contracts. If I can make credit.

SPEAKER_05

I hear you, but I'm gonna make it hard because I don't because you ain't supposed to pay taxes and shit when you do it as a nonprofit. And so is my nonprofit. What I used to have people do, like I I have a female student. When she does, she goes around and she tries to get people to donate her cars, like some goodwill shit. That's how she's what she uses her nonprofit for it. She be getting cards.

SPEAKER_17

Okay. Yeah, that's what I'm going. That's what I'm working on. Yeah. I'm also talking to people from from what you put me on. If I could get grants for the nonprofit. So I'm talking to those people too. I'm doing a lot of stuff. That's what's up. I'm doing a lot.

SPEAKER_05

That's what's up. I'm learning about right now. I'm I'm studying two things at once. It's kind of hard for me. But I'm I'm I'm my homies. I've been studying trading and then real estate. Real estate.

SPEAKER_17

Oh, I'm in there. I told you about it. I'm all right.

SPEAKER_05

The real estate coming to me though. I'm gonna be bringing this, I'm gonna be bringing everything that I learned to the to the school community. Because I want y'all to know there's free money.

SPEAKER_03

Okay.

Nonprofit, Business Credit, And Vehicles

SPEAKER_05

Every state. Every state. If you're a first-time home buyer, and and the play is because you can get approved for up to uh four units. You have to live in one, you can rent out the other three. So it'll be uh a residential loan. But you don't have to pay for the down payments. That's every state. Like if once every like every weekend for a month. And you get to talk to the you get to talk to the bankers and everything. In real life. You get to talk to their ass. They tell you how to get the uh shit off your credit report too. They don't do the shit like me, but yeah, they'll tell you what to do. They help you with all that shit. Because if you don't get a if you don't get no mortgage, they don't get paid. They there to help you get a uh a mortgage. I'm telling you, every state has this shit. And most cities should have this at the uh at their uh chamber of commerce. If they don't have this information at the chamber of commerce, they hold back on your address. Y'all chamber of commerce weak. But every chamber of commerce should have this information. The chamber of commerce is for business owners in your in your city. Business owners. Yes, and everybody's a business owner to be honest.

SPEAKER_03

That's right.

SPEAKER_05

You just you just get you just getting taxed as an individual. I'm telling y'all, listen, if y'all break it down, y'all look it up because y'all can do a simple Google search, social security trust. Let me know if that don't pop up. Let me know if if if anybody is confused that the social security numbers tied to a trust, social security trust.

SPEAKER_04

Hey, to be honest, I was just on with the like on chat GPT, and they try to say it was not true. Well, so I know it is, but I'm just saying I mean you can go to look at the administration. Yeah, no, I get it, but I'm saying that mean that that means they programmed the chat GPT to be mine.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, hey, my chat GPT been tripping lately. I can't get nothing off. I can't get done off lately. They is not dealing with the private life. Nah, they're not fucking with it. They just try to hide. I just want you to know the it's the I asked, I said, why you lying?

SPEAKER_04

Why you hiding from me? And he was like, he was like, I refuse to tell you that. He refused to tell you.

SPEAKER_02

You ain't fucked with that due process yet.

SPEAKER_05

What's the new process?

SPEAKER_02

The dupe due process.

SPEAKER_05

What about it? What's up?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, that that that motherfucker works. That motherfucker's sweet.

SPEAKER_05

What the book?

SPEAKER_02

No, the uh the due process uh chat GDP.

SPEAKER_05

Uh-uh, I don't know about it.

SPEAKER_02

Uh I don't hear that. It was off of the uh nationals. I got it off of the nationals.

SPEAKER_05

I'm trying to uh here's where I usually go, right? I'm gonna put this in the chat because they make it this shit hard to find out. Just click that link right there. Yeah, chat is compromised, y'all right.

SPEAKER_13

Yeah, man.

SPEAKER_05

Social Security Trust Fund owns a significant portion of the U.S. national debt. That's when I really started learning. I started learning what social security trust fund was. But I just want y'all to know when you file taxes, if you understand you're filing off that social security trust number, why would you follow I need y'all to uh mute that mute that if y'all loud but 1041 form? That's where I'm gonna file out the gate. The social security isn't trust, right?

SPEAKER_04

Well, tell me tell me about that. Everybody got this.

SPEAKER_05

So shit, that's where I'm just saying that's where I'm gonna go out the gate. If I'm gonna go, I'll start out the gate.

SPEAKER_04

So so if you just start now, is that birth birth certificate authentication? Is that a real thing? Or I know you don't fuck with No, I don't fuck with no birth certificate. Okay, I know, but when you first started, did you? Like when you first started. No, I didn't authenticate nothing. Okay, okay, okay.

SPEAKER_05

I didn't authenticate nothing. All right, you didn't create it, right? You only control what you create. They said the chat is compromised.

SPEAKER_04

It is, man.

SPEAKER_05

It is for real.

SPEAKER_04

I'm gonna put up some of the shit. I was asked, it was like, nah, you're wrong.

SPEAKER_05

I use I'll be using chat GPT for scripts and shit. You will it will you'll say that's false information. I mean, hell nah. You gotta tighten her up, false though.

SPEAKER_04

You know you gotta educate.

SPEAKER_05

I was trying to put the video in uh talking about uh you don't have to give identification. This is you have to show identification in all 50 states.

SPEAKER_04

Hell no, yeah, hey. I put in a uh negotiable instruments thing. They was like, That's false. I was like, Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Grants, First-Time Homebuyer Plays

SPEAKER_05

But at first it was it was working right, man.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, they got to. I asked them, I say, I say, are you programmed to lie?

SPEAKER_08

And they were honestly it's because of how believable it is. Even Chat GPT believes it.

SPEAKER_04

If they program it, they don't mind control what you create.

SPEAKER_05

I want y'all to know I don't I don't use the birth certificate. I use you can use affidavits of birth because this is what they accept at the at the passport office.

SPEAKER_04

That right shit.

SPEAKER_05

I'm gonna show y'all, I'm gonna show y'all. So y'all look first of all, you can put baptismal.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, you can use that with a DS10 for the passport. Yeah, hell yeah. There you go.

SPEAKER_05

Let's be saying Can't make this up.

SPEAKER_04

That's wild.

SPEAKER_05

I don't authenticate shit, because I'm saying the birth certificate proves that that that's who you are, like they own your ass. For real. This is right here, property. Yeah, it proves who your maker is. You tie that in with DS10 and you're good. Right. Make you an affid. So all the Amish, they have affidavits, they they write shit now.

SPEAKER_08

But don't prove nothing, though. It just validates you.

SPEAKER_05

They have witnesses for real.

SPEAKER_02

So is this a birth? This is a birth certificate or a bathroom.

SPEAKER_05

You can attach an affidavit here.

SPEAKER_02

Okay.

SPEAKER_05

When two or more come together, that's that's contract. So you can do all you need is a witness. You can find your uncle or cousin, all eight, they can be the they can be the witness to say that's when you're born.

SPEAKER_03

Shut up, get out of here.

SPEAKER_05

I promise you. That's a fact. Okay, look, this thing is there's also things called baby land deeds. You can use one of them, yeah. Babyland, yeah, I got those. I'm gonna grab one for everybody. I'm gonna grab this one for y'all.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, I got that one right there. I think I got that from you, goddamn it.

SPEAKER_08

Yeah, I still got me a bird certificated.

SPEAKER_18

Yeah, too.

SPEAKER_05

You get patents of nativity. Oh, yeah, we got that one. Yeah, a family Bible. So, look, I this look, I just need y'all to understand.

SPEAKER_14

That's what I want to know. How do you do the family Bible?

SPEAKER_05

Listen, so look, against anybody's beliefs in here, all right. I appreciate y'all. Y'all from the school, y'all feeding my family. I do my best to feed y'all. So, look, a f all the Bible is is a lineage book. Because when we come in here, we think we think Bible, we think we think God, we think the creation. That's the family creation story. Every family is supposed to have a creation story how the family was created. What's your for God? So, all of all the Bible is is family lineages and family history. So, you're supposed to go back to your family, and because if you did, you would know your royalty, but you don't know your royalty. And like, no offense to anybody, but most people of Melanin think they came from slavery. Yeah, that's just that's why I don't even like talking to so-called black people because your royalty black black starts with slavery. What happened to the what happened to the dark royalty? These our kids, hey, don't ever let a motherfucker say you was a slave, you come from greatness, goddammit. Yeah, it's a bullshit narrative. Everybody, if you got a social security number, you got you, you came from royalty. They can't get paid off you if you now you don't have a royal bloodline. So this is how you have to think, right, right. They erased your history, they took your photo albums, they took your paintings, they took all that shit. Like Queen Elizabeth.

SPEAKER_14

So, what document do I need to present if I were to use the Bible per se?

SPEAKER_05

Do you have children?

SPEAKER_14

Yes, I do.

SPEAKER_05

You are the you are the foundation then.

SPEAKER_02

Good. You are the document.

SPEAKER_05

You the first Baptist create nothing go against a woman.

SPEAKER_14

So you so you so you want me to mend my security party document paperwork without any type of documentation?

SPEAKER_15

Brother, I have a qu it can I ask you a question?

SPEAKER_08

What happened?

SPEAKER_17

Oh, he went off.

SPEAKER_08

He just taken over.

SPEAKER_17

Yeah, he went off.

SPEAKER_11

He'll be back.

SPEAKER_02

It's okay, he'd be back.

SPEAKER_11

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

Love me on the morning.

SPEAKER_01

Hey, who on here be watching Gene Keen video?

SPEAKER_04

I've seen him.

SPEAKER_07

Nah, he really had like a channel for that, man. I know he uh I know him through Don from his book that he wrote on him, but no, I didn't even know he actually made content.

SPEAKER_01

Bro, the genius. That's that's where uh a lot of you know that's where a lot of this derived from. Who was it?

SPEAKER_05

I thought he passed, huh? Yeah, he passed, but it cut me off. I don't it cut me off from my computer. I don't know what's going on. I apologize.

SPEAKER_08

Man, damn.

SPEAKER_03

That's my agents on the line.

SPEAKER_15

Brother, you you were mentioned that the mother is the foundation.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, the mother is the foundation, so it's like I I compare family bibles to to to to like diaries. You should have a family diary.

SPEAKER_15

Brother, when when you said the the mother is the foundation, what what can you use or can you create an oddest of intent of the testatrix, or what would be you good to establish that in the public, for instance, or to use it to protect your name, for instance? Just keep you just keep entries, keep entries, such as it saying an you have a business.

SPEAKER_05

Do you have is everybody have a business? Who's got a business of the trust? Are y'all have many meetings in the in the business of the trust?

SPEAKER_15

Yeah, that's what you should have in your family, it's the same thing, and all done in uh uh in private, just witness two witnesses, no with notary or anything like that.

SPEAKER_05

No, you don't need a notary, not with the family, witness the court use notaries. No, they stamp that shit up themselves.

SPEAKER_09

Is that basically like an operating agreement?

SPEAKER_03

Hold on, hold on, man.

SPEAKER_05

No, the operating agreement is not no, bro. Meaning, meanings, meanings. You're keeping you're keeping track of what's going on in your life, right? Hey, on this date and this time, these people got married, on this date and this time, such and such was born. On this date and this time, such and such died.

SPEAKER_09

Okay, I get I get what you're saying. I get what you're saying now.

SPEAKER_05

Important things that happen in your life. If something important happens in the business, it's supposed to be documented. Because if you get audited, then what? Where this money come from? They need to know. So, where did this child come from? They need to know. Like right now, your life when you get entered into commerce, they keep a document of everything you do when you hit the light switch, it's documented. The device is documented and pinpoint, and that's why you're charged for it.

SPEAKER_15

Would that be useful for for trademarking, for instance, or for to protect your name? Having a uh like a record of hey, your my mom gave me that name, or yes, signature and thumbprint.

SPEAKER_05

That's what you trademark.

Birth Evidence, Affidavits, And DS-10

SPEAKER_02

Well, I had a question, John. Yes, sir. Uh, does the uh minister website the uh you put us on too? Does that do they have uh uh baptism certificates? Yes, they do. That's dope. That's dope. Do they?

SPEAKER_04

Because I got that, I got that same shit. I can order them off there.

SPEAKER_07

19.

SPEAKER_05

Okay, oh yeah. I I posted that in the school. I showed they got a baptismal certificate. You buy this little package, it comes with all that.

SPEAKER_08

I'm ready, yeah. I'm ready to perform a wedding right now. You could buy the uh the baptism certificate is just by itself, though.

SPEAKER_05

You don't have to buy the package. I don't know where it said, I'm looking for it.

SPEAKER_07

Uh just type it in, just type it in. It's done.

SPEAKER_05

Yes, sir. I have a question for you. A guide to baptism. There you go. There it is.

SPEAKER_02

That is fire. There it is.

SPEAKER_05

So you you should not go through this right here. That's their form of no being a notary. That's their form of authentication right there. No, I do not authenticate my birth certificate.

SPEAKER_04

But where did you start at before you was an expert? Like you I appreciate you, bro.

SPEAKER_05

I'm in my name of business. That's where I started. I started learning, I learned taxes. I started, I started giving fucking government entities tax forms. Okay. Look it up, next back the fuck up.

SPEAKER_07

Hey Dom, uh, when you uh what was it, authenticate your uh baptismal certificate? You would do it there. You know, yeah, you would do it by way with the state and and on the federal and state level, or just uh yep. Okay, just make it sure. Wait a minute.

SPEAKER_04

You can send the same pictures yeah, you can authenticate anything you want. Oh, oh now that makes a change.

SPEAKER_15

How did you authenticate the your your own team with the with the signature on damp print?

SPEAKER_05

No, you just send them a form and saw what you want done, bro. Yeah, yeah, okay.

SPEAKER_16

He says you have the power to authenticate your own events in life.

SPEAKER_05

Yes, you can authenticate your own events in life, yes. Yeah. I'm glad it's making sense to everybody. Okay. Where's the party at, Dom? Where's the party?

SPEAKER_15

Brother, when you say you make your name a business and you attention to trademark it, is there any other way to make your name a business without trading trademarking it?

SPEAKER_05

You don't need to trademark it if you don't understand it, bro. What's your name of business, man?

SPEAKER_14

One of your videos, you mentioned um that there's a different website you have to go to make your name a business. Um, I think you said so you don't use an EIN anymore or something. I I've watched a lot of your videos, so I can't. I don't remember exactly.

SPEAKER_05

Go ahead and tell them what you know, Rodery. Dang. Y'all need help. Holler at Rodery. Just throw me a cut, Rodery. What happened? What's the time? Let them know what you do, man. You gotta register agent.

SPEAKER_17

Oh, I gotta register agent that could have they could make you have EIMs without no social.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, I got one of those.

SPEAKER_17

They also they also let you use their address. So your address is not put it out there, so you stay private.

SPEAKER_04

Can't you just fill out the SS4 uh a certain way and get the same thing? Uh absolutely fax it in.

SPEAKER_17

Yes, you could do that.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, calling it. Just make sure you tell them you're setting up a non-statutory business or trust. That's how you get it.

SPEAKER_07

Non-statutory information right there.

SPEAKER_05

Tell me you're a foreigner.

SPEAKER_09

Say that again. They're non-statutory.

SPEAKER_05

Well, tell me you setting up a non-statutory private business or a private trust. It's under common law jurisdiction. That's uh general they'll understand it. They'll go get their supervisor.

SPEAKER_14

And who and who am I going to my state? Am I going to my state?

SPEAKER_05

No.

SPEAKER_14

Where am I going? Sorry.

SPEAKER_05

This is the EIN number. That is non.

SPEAKER_15

So the EIN number is the key to to make your name a business to get the EIN number.

SPEAKER_05

You need to study business or book a consultation. Yeah, Rattery, have him set it up, bro. Because getting a business is not hard.

SPEAKER_17

We got you for a small fee.

SPEAKER_04

Trust me, we got or just Google it. You can you can you can figure it out. They go yeah, you can figure it out.

SPEAKER_17

Everything at the end of the day, everything is out there. Don't put it out there.

SPEAKER_05

If you don't understand what that means, this you need to get off the zoom calls now for you.

SPEAKER_15

No, no, I got it. I got a E I N number from from the from the where you from, bro. Where you from? I'm I'm living in Canada. I'm I was born in Colombia.

Family Bible As Ledger And Minutes

SPEAKER_05

You're from Colombia? Born in Colombia, but I'm sure you can set up business in Colombia, correct? It's damn near the same way. So you know how we would we said we're gonna name we're gonna name a business named Pablo Escobar, right? This is the name of the business. Pablo Escobar LLC, right? Yep, you do the same thing with your name. If Pablo Escobar would have had a family trust, they would have never popped you. He should have hit up with the stamp tax. Shout out to Canada, yeah, man. Holler at Roderie though, man. Rodery will get you together. Yes, sir. You speak Spanish?

SPEAKER_17

Of course, I speak Spanish.

SPEAKER_05

I'm talking to Homie from from Canada. Yeah, yeah, I do. I do. I do speak Spanish. Is that your that's your natural tongue? Yeah. Tap in with Rodery. He's from DR. That's his natural language. Y'all need to tap in with each other.

SPEAKER_17

See, the thing or that judgment. Oh shit, here we go.

SPEAKER_05

See what I'm saying? That's the connection. Bam. I'm gonna put y'all together. Y'all, whatever y'all, y'all work it out.

SPEAKER_16

I might have to hit up rotary too because I got my name as a business. I got my EIM, but I'm still so fresh to this. I'm still in the public, and I'm I'm still trying to figure out how to do it.

SPEAKER_05

So look, man, he's he's here to help, man. You know, just time is money, whatever y'all can work out, send something, whatever. Just know that. But shit, that's what he's here for, and he does taxes.

SPEAKER_09

Hey, hey, Don, real quick, look, I got a question about that too. So um, making making that business uh the name of LLC. Um it I seen something that you put um put making a holding company in one of the five states, uh charge states or something like that. Right, so right. So I was gonna so basically like Wyoming. You create the holding company in Wyoming and make that and make them the registered agent of the LLC, right?

SPEAKER_05

I wouldn't necessarily make them the registered agent, but one of the beneficiary they're gonna be the uh single member of your operating company. Your name should be an operating company, an operating company you're operating in the public with that name, right? So the holding company is manager managed, and then the uh operating company is member managed, and the single member is gonna be the holding company of the operating company, right?

SPEAKER_09

Okay, so then but we would have to make the business the name of business before we can even make the holding company.

SPEAKER_05

Oh, you make the holding company holding company first, okay.

SPEAKER_09

That's where I was okay.

SPEAKER_05

It's a single member of the operating company, exactly, exactly. Okay, got it, and then in your situation, because it's child support, correct? You put your name as a business, you create a fictitious name or doing business as whatever it applies to Illinois, a DBA or fictitious name of your DBA, then you're doing business as your children's name, correct? If you have two, can you put both of them? Yes, you should do two DBAs.

SPEAKER_09

Okay, and then and then you're trademarking their fingerprint and footprints, and etc.

SPEAKER_05

Now you don't have to, but essentially though, yeah, yeah. Long as you got control of their name, yeah. That's the that's so that's where I started with all of this. Understanding my name was a business and learning how to operate with that name as a business, and and and quit saying that it was me. So when so when the debt collector calls me, I'd be like, I work for the nigga, he owe me too. That's one thing about it. Straight up, we're looking for the same person.

SPEAKER_04

When you find them, let me know.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, right. He owe these two, right? Shit, but I'm all right, I'm I'm authorized to represent him. I'm I'm the manager or I'm the I'm the member. I'm the member, representative, whatever it may be. It's all nothing controlled. All the above. And then so now, so he we he broke it down so he understood it. So you got the holding company when the fire charge the owner protection stakes. All right. I've seen people be able to pierce this veil, though, too. I just want y'all to know when push comes to show, and and and and I want y'all to understand this. The reason why I don't make because I did teach in the beginning, make your name a trust. Status select makes your name a trust. But the thing is, that's an ultra-ego doctrine. So let me show you what that means. Let me just show y'all what that means. It it used to not be like this to like 2022. I've been doing this, I've been doing this for a while. But in 2022, that's when they started fucking uh cracking down on this with LLCs. So the altered ego is a legal doctrine whereby the court finds that a corporation lacks a separate identity from an individual or corporate shareholder. So that's what's going on with your they choose you as a sole proprietorship. That's what goes on with your social security number. That's what goes on with your birth certificate. Because these are separate identities, but they merge them together. It's called amalgamation. The court applies this rule to ignore the corporate status of a group of stockholders, officers, and directors of a corporation with respect to unlimited liability. Finding altered ego gives the court cause to pierce the corporate view. So that's why I use the family trust as well. We use the holding company and then the family trust.

Making Your Name A Business

SPEAKER_09

Then the name LLC, and then is the family trust made third?

SPEAKER_05

You make the family trust has always been there, bro. Right, how did you understand trust is a verbal agreement? Anything, okay? So there's right to understand what a trust is. All it is is a contract. But didn't I just do a song about what all we have is now, right?

SPEAKER_09

No, no, I can't.

SPEAKER_05

So it's something called Nuk Pro Tunk. So we can always go back and find anything like it's always been on the record.

SPEAKER_09

Yeah, okay, I understood.

SPEAKER_05

And the final I'm dropping that song in November or something, too. I think the end of November.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, make sure you let me know. Yeah, I'll need to know. That's it. What song is it?

SPEAKER_05

I want y'all to know my homie. He in uh he in Chicago. He got he got a podcast studio, he do um he does music, he makes beats, he does everything. He's an engineer, producer. He said you fuck with 607, uh I gotta tell you about that. But yeah, so my my family trust. The basic one, if y'all come into uh Atlanta, I'm gonna make sure y'all get the the five thousand dollar trust. Everybody that that that's in the VIP is gonna get that trust. Rodery already has it. And he keeps baby.

SPEAKER_17

I'm fine.

SPEAKER_05

He he creates his own corporate binders, so he keeps track of all this business, how you should really keep a track of it with meaning, minutes, and everything. And when you understand the business, you can do this. You your family is the business, you just need to run your family like a business. Sounds crazy.

SPEAKER_03

Okay, okay, administrator.

SPEAKER_05

You give your kids allowance anything, you need that shit. Need to be coming from the trust, all that's deductible, so you can run this shit back, tax credits, education credits. And you going over that all in the trustee training on the uh November 14th, man? Um, we probably ain't got time to go over all that. We but shit, whatever pops up. All right, my main my main thing is making sure y'all understand the status correction. Yeah, 508 can handle all that too. Um, that's what I'm gonna I spot I'm gonna go over first before I go to the non-granite trust. But yeah, um, the 508 is you still want to have a trust above that, okay. And then and and I'm not trying to confuse everybody, but you also want to have a living trust.

SPEAKER_04

Revocable living trust, correct?

SPEAKER_05

Yes, I do South Dakota, yeah. South Dakota, South Dakota because of the rule, because just because the rules, all right.

SPEAKER_07

So then it's all instruction and layering after that, just goes first.

SPEAKER_05

It comes based on your understanding. So, me, I didn't even fully understand the uh the ministry trust, the 508 C1A trust, until I just started studying unincorporated associations because the 508 C1A is an unincorporated association, that means you don't have to unincorporate you don't incorporate anything with the state, and that's how I dealt with uh my child support as far as showing um verifiable income. I I put I made a dollar a year from the yeah, that's me, boy.

SPEAKER_17

Yup, yup, we all put in there and Sean. Sean is about to send the paperwork. We lit. Are you talking about you getting securities? Everything, give some numbers. We doing it together ten percent. What's up?

SPEAKER_02

I put my baby mama on child support last month.

SPEAKER_07

Oh let's go celebrate.

SPEAKER_04

Shout out to the homie put his baby mama on child support.

SPEAKER_17

You gotta tell the disclaimer.

SPEAKER_04

On everything, hey, he said he had enough. That's genius, goddamn it.

SPEAKER_02

Uh uh, I got full custody in July. You I had to. Hey congratulations, I appreciate you, bro.

SPEAKER_17

Congratulations, congratulations.

SPEAKER_05

I told my baby mama, though she ever do that again. I mean, you get what they say you were supposed to get. That's what I'm telling her now. I'm like, I give you way too much money.

SPEAKER_07

You know, hey, I do got one question though. I should have asked this in the beginning when you were speaking about it. Uh it's about the 24-week uh 24-week class. Um per week. Are you gonna do like a live uh class every week? I'm gonna be live every week. I put the dates in the chat. Oh, you you giving us gifts, man. Thank you for that, bro. I appreciate you doing that, man. For real. For real, man. All right, so I'm definitely already like two weeks ago. So I'm gonna go.

SPEAKER_05

Hold on, hold on. Hold on, I'm about to mute y'all. Because y'all talking at once. Uh mute yourself if it ain't loud.

SPEAKER_07

I was just saying thanks for the class. Oh, yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_05

So my main thing is I want y'all to go get funding though. And then you, you know, I just want you here's so look, there's a thin line in between some of the shit I teach. So I do want y'all to know if you plan on defrauding anybody, I'm gonna teach y'all grants though, but if you plan on defrauding alone, like intentionally, yeah, that's that's a federal offense. So I just want to throw that disclaimer out there. You know, I mean, just yeah, I pay my bills now. I just want y'all to know that it helps out in life, or you file taxes on them. Taxes, but if you need help, I'll show you how to discharge that motherfucker.

Holding Company And Operating Company

SPEAKER_17

Come on, Don. You said it let's get to the game. You said it pays to be a business.

SPEAKER_05

No, it pays to be a business, though. Yeah, it pays. I just want you to know I had to start all over. I just got my credit score back up to a 700. This month. This month. I I had a credit, I had 800 in 2022. And then I just then pay none of my credit card. I I took all that shit off. Hit hard times. COVID hit me two years later. Well, make your name a business. That's how I get rid of everything. And that's why I said too, when you want to get cars, do it under your business name. Don't do it. I I don't get cars under no nonprofit unless they're gifting it to me. Now, when you have something under the family trust or under your name, you can gift it to the trust or the nonprofit. If that makes sense. My nonprofit is going to be the beneficiary of everything I got going on.

SPEAKER_04

So, with your name, do it do it have to be exactly how it is on your birth certificate, or like with your middle name and if you're saying something similar, something similar.

SPEAKER_05

Just follow the grades. Look, so look, I just study people. So I like to use Susan Top Thomas, I think her name's Susan Thompson Buffett. That's one of my buffer wife. She's still paying for shit and she dead. She dead, yeah. Yeah, she's still paying, she's still paying their life.

SPEAKER_04

And that's through trust and everything.

SPEAKER_05

All this Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. You know, I know y'all heard of that. It's the Gates Foundation now. He's taking all the money up out of there.

SPEAKER_04

Liquidating it or he are he just taking it.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, because you know they split up. Ah, right. Yeah, yeah, yeah. But look, they have an endowment. It's called endowments. An endowment is like this is how schools are started.

SPEAKER_07

77 billion.

SPEAKER_05

77 billion endowment. This means it's all gifted to continue their lineage, basically. A private foundation, not public, private. This stuff was started from a charitable trust. And then in the public, they operate as a 501c3, but it's the the beneficial owner is a private trust. Bill and Melinda Gates, man. But now it's called the Gates Foundation.

SPEAKER_07

How do you establish I'm about to say, uh, how do you establish uh the trust as the beneficial um interests in, like, say, a business or a nonprofit.

SPEAKER_05

When they ask who the beneficial owner is, that's it.

SPEAKER_07

It's just like no paper you gotta sign and actually record, it's just something that no, that's it.

SPEAKER_05

It should be in the trust meeting minutes that you establish this business.

SPEAKER_07

Oh, okay, okay. I got you then. If it's like that, then it's straight off like that from the foundation.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah. But I can show you like the one I had established in Colorado. If y'all go watch my old videos, I break all this shit down, bro. All this shit is in the school. So this was one I had in Colorado. I got some more there too.

SPEAKER_04

If you put your kids in the trust, do you put that in the meeting notes? Like in a minute.

SPEAKER_05

What do you mean you put them in a trust? I don't know.

SPEAKER_04

I'm beneficiaries. Oh, okay. Okay.

SPEAKER_05

I don't make your kids should never be a beneficiary. Your nonprofits are the beneficiaries. Ah, okay.

SPEAKER_04

Okay, you just said that. All right.

SPEAKER_14

What tips do you have for me to protect my mom? I was telling you uh she has dementia and I'm her guardian.

SPEAKER_05

Ask God. I ain't got no tips. Gotcha. Oh, I don't care. Uh uh. You better get a trust out, a special needs trust. This nonprofit will be operating as a five-a-way C1A. Taxes him is in the business. You see what I'm saying? This is a non-profit. And it's telling you, this is a private trust. That's how you operate in the public. Nonprofits or uh your charitable trust or a nonprofit organization, however you got it established, should always be the beneficiary.

SPEAKER_09

At the end of the day, a beneficiary of your name, right? A holding company.

SPEAKER_05

The beneficiary of the holding company. The holding company. So the holding the beneficiary on the holding company is now going to be a trust.

SPEAKER_09

Got it, got it.

SPEAKER_05

And then above this, I have a family trust. That's my non-grainer, irrevocable, complex, discretionary spend thrift trust.

SPEAKER_17

And the book is on Amazon.

SPEAKER_05

Yes, it is.

SPEAKER_09

What's the name of the book?

SPEAKER_05

Guardianship. It's$250. So I'm gonna be giving out I'm gonna be having a uh guardianship part two. Which is gonna have the actual trust in the book. That's what I'm giving out that book for everybody's VIP. They're getting that book and they're gonna get the trust too.

SPEAKER_15

How much is Atlanta?

SPEAKER_05

$250. This breaks down the trust.

SPEAKER_15

$250? No. Did you read the Rottery? And if you buy the the book, you get the the trust?

SPEAKER_05

No, no, no. It's actually in the school though. You go to the school, it's got the whole, it's in the classroom. In the school.$500, you'll get the trust then.

SPEAKER_15

The book and the trust? In the school?

SPEAKER_17

Yes. I was looking for my book. Okay. I was looking for my book. And yeah, I got the trust. Right here. You're ready now. I'm reading the book. I still haven't finished. I'm going through a lot. Don, it's it's a lot. I'm telling you, let's let's 10%. Let's talk about it.

SPEAKER_05

Well, everybody has meeting minutes in a trust, in your business. You gotta understand business. That's the first thing y'all need to understand when coming into this. I think I need to help the price, so I got motherfucking business owners in this motherfucker. If you don't understand, you don't need to understand trust. If you don't understand, you you gotta understand business, period. To understand this game, you gotta understand bookkeeping when you start getting to the uh to to IRS and dealing with shit. Because with the with the with the 5081A, that's why it's so special, is we don't have to file taxes unless we want to. You can't tell me you cannot interfere with a private contract. That's a gift from God. Okay, God. That's a gift from God. So you can't force me to to report a gift from God. Or a gift from the family. And she says she got she got children, she got a mom. Is she supposed to report when she gets her children or her mom money or her mom gets her money? Fuck no. Why would that's your family? The same way with so when you when you start understanding loans, if if a company loans you money, it does not have to be reported to the IRS. So instead of working for income, I'm working to pay this loan back. Okay, that way I can't get taxed. I hope that makes sense.

SPEAKER_09

Yeah, so you're basically giving you're giving loans out to your to the family and you're working to pay it off.

SPEAKER_05

I'm gonna start doing it anyway.

SPEAKER_09

No, yeah, that's smart. Hey, that's part.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, straight up. I don't care if it's your kids. Right. I never thought about it like that. That's why my son took the loan, but shit, I need it, homie.

SPEAKER_11

Right. That's crazy work.

SPEAKER_05

I'm buying your school clothes. Then you write that. So I want you to know. So you got, and then you gotta look at things as deductibles. Instead of clothes, you have wardrobe. It's a family wardrobe. Good to look good for the family, it's a family vehicle. It's family business. You can't, you you gotta show up. You need you need gas, the family's gonna pay for it. Family should be paying for everything, and that's coming from the foundation. Like I showed y'all, the Susan Thompson Buffett Foundation. And and then when you just think about it, you'll be like, oh, now if you watch sports, like the Steph Curry Foundation, I know he got a foundation, like every famous person got a foundation in their name.

SPEAKER_09

Hell yeah. So so quick question bookkeeping purposes. Is it is it like you're not paying yourself out, you're loaning yourself it's money?

SPEAKER_05

If that's what you want to do, yeah. So, or you can write it off as like stipends and fringe benefits, these are key words.

SPEAKER_09

Say that one more time, and can you put it in the chat?

SPEAKER_05

I'm gonna I'm gonna show y'all stipends. I go to Invest Topedia for all of this. So this is line. So this was was written down on the affidavit, and why I didn't have to show how much money I made when I was going to the uh you have to talk when you show the books Friday. So hold on.

SPEAKER_17

Oh, you you you was watching me, so sorry, sorry. Real quick, this is one of the books y'all should read by Don Killan. This one too. Yeah, I got a Amazon. And I prefer this book. This book, I gave it all to this book. I love this book. This book, I love this book. I read this book back to back like three times.

SPEAKER_05

Real quick, Ryan, what's your credit score? I got it. He's not gonna tell us.

SPEAKER_17

I got I gotta go credit though. I'm I'm good, you know that up there.

SPEAKER_05

I was proud of it, man. He had this shit together. Some people just be needing um validation. What you got?

SPEAKER_15

I got a bunch of a lot of your books. I'm just reading them.

SPEAKER_05

So the family legacy blueprint that he showed that shows you how to set up the LLC. Your family legacy, that's it.

SPEAKER_15

Yeah, I got we've got a bunch of them. I got the credit report, I got the United States of pimping, I got the project. I got from citizen to sovereign. I got we trust.

SPEAKER_17

Don't make me pull out all my bucks.

SPEAKER_05

He said he got the United States pepper. What y'all come to the uh come to the seminar? I'll make sure you got a bunch of those.

SPEAKER_15

I'm reading a bunch of your books, Diamond, and they're excellent. I just new to it, but I love them. It's all good, man. You just need to bump shoulders.

SPEAKER_05

Okay, maybe you will when we get there.

SPEAKER_15

I got I got to meet you in person. I need just looking for the right moment right now. It's not I can't make it to Atlanta, but it's all good. You I got the private the private sector. The that's a good book. Masters and bonds, yeah, yeah, yeah. The private banking, just it's a lot of information, but I'm learning.

SPEAKER_07

You guys should get financial freedom. I was gonna say y'all boys definitely should get the book Financial Freedom. That's a must read. If I say anything, who is that?

SPEAKER_05

Who's saying that? Uh the Yeah, that is a good book, G A A A P. Yeah, I would definitely do it now. That's what Riley's talking about. We're gonna be able to do it. He got it.

SPEAKER_15

No, no, I read it one time. I need to read it again, but I got it. The financial freedom.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, that's a great book. I'm about to reread it and take uh notes on it for the second time to make sure I'm straight.

SPEAKER_15

Yeah, I got diplomatic immunity too. Let's go the power of the abatement process.

SPEAKER_05

Let's go. That gotta be some facts in court, but uh touch this, baby. Can't touch this.

SPEAKER_04

Hey, so a stipend is going on.

SPEAKER_15

Can't touch this. I like uh yeah, I got that one. I got the yeah, uh mute y'all.

SPEAKER_05

Oh, y'all is cussing this shit.

SPEAKER_17

Can't touch this is late.

Trustee Training And 508(c)(1)(A)

SPEAKER_05

So look, a stipend is is something that can be paid to interns, train trainees, students, and clergy to offset living costs and training expenses. So you can you can pay yourself in stipend. All right, and then we got something called fringe benefits. So I need y'all to think about this. When when usually you're paying your employer, that's how they get your ass. Like when you have health insurance and shit, a company can offer that free of charge. You they're supposed to be offering that to you. You're not supposed to be paying for it. So look, health insurance, life insurance, tuition assistance, child care reimbursement, cafeteria subsidies. This is what a first right.

SPEAKER_09

So you wouldn't even need no government program or government assistance because you're just gonna pay for it from the family and just write it off. That's it. That's crazy.

SPEAKER_05

That's it. Write that shit off.

SPEAKER_07

Hey, is the replay of this call gonna be in the chat? Yeah, it's gonna be in the school.

SPEAKER_09

Cell phones, tuition, it's a it's a meals day. Yeah, everything. Listen, this is how I live. I'll just yeah, that's tax exempt right there.

SPEAKER_05

This is how I live. Yeah, straight up. Like you met me with the uh with one of my business partners when you met me. I came through.

SPEAKER_09

Hey, equity's it's real deal.

SPEAKER_05

So his hotel, all this shit was paid for by family business. The podcast that we did, all of that shit. And let me find, hold on, let me pause this real quick. I'm gonna I'm gonna show you the actual form, the affidavit I sent to courts. Because you know they want to know how much money you're making. But I don't send them shit. You have the right to know how much money they make and they supposed to be public servants. Shit.

SPEAKER_09

That's crazy.

SPEAKER_05

Hey, for real.

SPEAKER_09

Yeah, no, I hear you.

SPEAKER_05

You can send them forms, bro. I sent you a form 990 and that shit because I got it. Yeah, it's supposed to be a nonprofit organization. You send that to them. They're gonna run, man. Oh, let me see.

SPEAKER_06

French benefits. I was looking for the one that was notarized already.

SPEAKER_09

That says life insurance, too. You can make a life insurance policy and pay it off from the family.

SPEAKER_05

Yes, yes. That should all come from your family trust, anyways.

SPEAKER_09

That's crazy.

SPEAKER_05

This was the actual affidavit I used. I put I received a symbolic annual compensation of one dollar for the contribution and service rendered to the association as a member of business board. Dominal fee underscores is voluntary commitment to the association's objective and activities rather than financial remuneration. Stipend, fringe benefits, and private shares. In addition to the aforementioned compensation, I'm entitled to receive various stipends, fringe benefits, and private shares associated with the involvement in the association. These benefits are exclusive to the internal operations of the association and are not distributed made available in the public or private sectors outside of the association's context. I'll put this coverage includes what's not limited to housing, automobiles, dining, clothing, and other essential necessities of life. Additionally, the comprehensive benefits package encompasses medical and health insurance for them, ensuring their well-being and support through the resources of the association.

SPEAKER_09

I just gave you the info though. You gave us a bullet point.

SPEAKER_05

They're not gonna see nothing, they're not getting into my business.

SPEAKER_00

Say uh your uh your typo. I see why you stumbled over that word. That's remuneration, yeah. Financial renew remuneration versus remuneration. That's how you stumbled over it because it looked foreign to you. So switch the N and the M. All right, for they for they try to hit you on the technicality. So my man, what you talking about? You out here making up financial words.

SPEAKER_05

I'm not tripping that shit word for me.

SPEAKER_00

Uh huh. Look, they look look, they wasn't on their A game.

SPEAKER_05

I didn't stay, I didn't have to say, I didn't have to read it though, so I ain't tripping. Oh, that's dope. That's dope.

SPEAKER_00

I had a private attorney. Oh, nice, nice, nice. Okay, I see how you did it.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, I'll I'll look for the email because I'll show you the shit they were trying to send me. They was on that bullshit.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, the blank people will be fine, you know, just for educational purposes in that series.

SPEAKER_05

I'm gonna show you what they're just trying to say. I'm talking about I had a legal battle, man. I was really in the court doing this shit. Like this was just last year. When it ended, it's starting in 23. There was telling me mandatory mandatory document exchange. Available, we need to change documents with the opposing party. I'm fighting for my kids. They telling me I gotta do this, I gotta give them uh a bunch of bullshit. I'm like, man, I'm not sending y'all shit. So when I was dealing with I sent them a copy of my uh bank statement and uh um where or the unincorporated association, I said this who pays me, and sent them this. You see, it's notarized and everything.

SPEAKER_00

What position was you in? Was you playing defense or you did the filing? I did the filing. Okay, so I did the filing in Texas. There's some years back in the 2000s, uh 2009, uh, and it took about a year for me to wrap it up. But when it came down to it, they was asking for financials, and I told them specifically, I never produced not one financial, but I told them specifically, I take care of the kid, so I prove to you financially how the kid is being being taken care of, and I had to pay to get some version of legal counsel here to handle this suit affecting a parent-child relationship. So if anybody should be proving to you their financial status, it's the woman who I'm uh uh saying that is not taking care of the kid. Right. And and I put it on them to prove to prove any financials, I put it on them. Don't even look at me because clearly I'm taking care of the kid, and I was able to file this suit. And y'all gonna ask me for an amicus. Who gonna pay for it? Me. So y'all prove to me on the other end that y'all can afford the rest of this suit. And bro, they would never come up with any more, they never asked me for nothing financial again.

SPEAKER_05

Hey, I sent some, I sent some uh baby land deed too. To prove the child was mine. I put a baby land deed in a DBA. The attorney's like, what is this? I said, just put on the record what I tell you to put on the record. So people don't know, get you a private attorney, they work for you. Shit. I ain't paying you all this goddamn money to not do what the fuck I'm telling you to do. Shit.

SPEAKER_02

I'm I'm about to fight uh child support, uh, ask the court to uh separate the powers. You know what I'm saying? Uh administrative hearing can't give judicial orders.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, they can't be a witness, right? You just that's trendy versus Pegliaro.

SPEAKER_09

Yep, you can't they still do it though, they still do it, but you gotta say it.

SPEAKER_05

You gotta bring it up because you let them.

SPEAKER_09

No, I bring no no no no no.

SPEAKER_05

I bring it up, I bring it down. You're bringing it up, but you're still operating under a birth certificate, a state ID, and a social security number. You gotta rescind all those contracts, right? You're not going in there as a national, you're not going in there as a private, you can go in there as a private citizen or a private American national. I'm gonna show you the rule book in Chicago. This shit is so simple in Illinois, bro.

SPEAKER_02

Hey, look, I did that shit, and I'm uh I got bruh, I got a motherfucking appellate case uh docket number.

SPEAKER_09

I mean, hey, hey, they arrested me and put black on there. I ain't even black. Man, they said I was black.

SPEAKER_05

Look, this is Chicago. This is the Chicago Police Department bulletin speaking about foreign nationals. If you don't have an ID or if you have an Alistair ID, you're gonna be a foreign national. They have to treat you different, they can't search you, they can't take you to jail, they can't do none of that. Facts, none of that. Go in there as a foreigner, you know what I'm saying? I would not update y'all's record. I gave you a notice of mistake, brother.

SPEAKER_09

No, Justin, I got it. I got it, I got it.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, hey, that's not me. You know what I'm saying? I teach everybody how to get this ID right here. In the school, it's in the school. The Palau.

SPEAKER_09

That's the that's a$200 package thing, bro.

SPEAKER_05

Go get the ID, man. Update your status, man. Or go get your travel ID through Don Kalam. It's in the school, man.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, I was trying to get one of them American nuts.

SPEAKER_05

They use the ID I gave them as soon as they got uh incarcerated behind bars and they let them out immediately.

SPEAKER_09

And I'm ready to get that as soon as we get off the Zoom, man.

SPEAKER_05

You gotta know how to operate and stand it. You said y'all, I just told y'all out the gate. This was y'all said here, authenticating birth certificates. Why? That proves that that that that's who the United States owns you. I'm not using these contracts. I said, make your name a business. This is how I'm operating now. The name is a business. I can prove who owns the name now. You can't even print my name on publication now.

SPEAKER_02

Let me all say these chains.

SPEAKER_05

I want y'all to see how I use LLCs. You see, this LLC is for the family. They said, I've never seen it use this way. Property management, to oversee, manage, and maintain residential commercial properties owned by the family, ensuring their upkeep and value enhancement, to maintain financial assets of the families, including investment management, budgeting, and accounting, family affairs coordination, to facilitate communications and coordinations among family members regarding family events, decisions, and legacy initiatives, fostering unity and collaboration, preservation of the legacy, to promote and preserve the heritage and legacy of the families through educational initiatives, community outreach, and family reunions, legal compliance, to ensure that all property and family affairs comply with ethical laws and regulations safeguarding the interests of family members and properties. Resource allocation to allocate resources effectively for the benefit of the family members, including support for education, health care, and other essential services. These purposes aim to enhance the well-being of the families while preserving their legacy for future generations. You can be a member of a business. Same way with a family. You could be a member of a family. So when you're creating your trust, you need to put in the bylaws. It's it's bloodline or it's marriage. It's that simple. You need to look at your family as a business. And people don't do that. That's what the government is doing to you. They get paid off everything your family does. And if you have things in your social security number, you have things under your birth certificate, the government owns that. So when you die, guess what? That has to go through the government now. Your family don't have control over that. That's what private trustee training is important. Learning how to be a national versus a citizen. The state is a corporation, it's that simple.

SPEAKER_09

I'm sorry to ask again, but that$200 package, we're getting that ID and the place and everything. Is that is that what makes you a foreign uh or a national?

SPEAKER_05

Bro, you're a foreign national out the gate. You just need to rescind those things.

SPEAKER_09

You want to be able to prove it though.

SPEAKER_05

You need to return to prove it because you was born, bro. Right. Straight up. If y'all need to listen, if you know how to talk correctly, you don't need paperwork. Only people that need paperwork is the devil, bro. That's the only people that need verification. But if you need, I told you, make your name a business. That's enough proof right there. That's how I know you don't understand it. You need to let go whatever demons you holding on to, bro, so you can see the light. You understand? Fear is what's holding you back. What you scared of, bro? Confusion comes from the devil. Clarity comes from God because clarity makes diamonds, and diamonds are forever. Everything starts in the spirit realm. So learn how to talk to your maker first, your true creator. Because that's what you're trying to prove in the game that they're not your creator, they're not your maker. You said you'll keep playing games, you're scared of the devil.

SPEAKER_09

No, that's it.

SPEAKER_05

You're scared of the devil. You don't want playing games with them. You done consented, you done gave them your essence. Learn how to take your essence back. You don't want, listen, all in for the record has to be on the record, right? So learn how to be an engineer, nigga. Straight up. Straight up. Now it's time to create your song. Pro stay is a bomb. You understand? I hear you. They're called a pro stay killer. They're writing your song.

SPEAKER_09

What was the other one you called? It was uh something jurist or something. Uh that's the right, the right uh contract, right?

SPEAKER_05

Yes. All right. As simple as this, all you have to do is say you're an Illinoisian. I gave you all the paperwork that you need, bro.

SPEAKER_09

Yeah, I'm studying it. I'm studying it. I don't want to just file it, I'm studying it right now.

SPEAKER_07

No, file that shit. I'm a white Floridian, bruh. White Floridian over here.

IDs, Status, And Interactions With Police

SPEAKER_05

Illinois, Illinoisian. I want you to know what makes you a national, is you gave oath of allegiance to your state. When I say state, I mean the republic. The republic. Texans come from Texas. Hawaiians, Hawaiians come from Hawaii, Chinese people come from China. Mexicans come from America, goddammit.

SPEAKER_13

Claiming you're white, just claiming you're a citizen as well. What is that? Somebody said a white Floridian. I said, claiming you're whites, just claiming you're a citizen as well.

SPEAKER_05

Well, they they got control over the color game, but it white means purity, purity means God, God's supreme ruler of the earth. So, but you give up that you you give up the uh the sovereignty of being white when you use the social security number.

SPEAKER_15

So all South Americans grow up in America, eh? Do what Americans are South Americans, South Americans you're still American, yeah.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, Colombia's in South America, yeah. Yeah, you American. Ain't trying to confuse nobody though. I don't want to confuse y'all, but America is a continent. True that. So if you're from Brazil, you're American.

SPEAKER_18

Hey, Carolina, South Carolina. You're uh South Carolinian, South Carolinian. But I sent them for my bungalow today, my ID stuff today. I'm trying to get my life.

SPEAKER_05

I'm trying to get no, I got it, I got it, I got it, I got it.

SPEAKER_18

Yeah, because I you know, I got I have 11 children, man. I got 11 children, I got 22 grand. I'm and I'm trying to get them all free and be, you know, obtain their salvation, man.

SPEAKER_05

So look, when you when you buy yourself, just say you already did what you're supposed to do. You live, you live like it's all it's already accomplished, right? You you follow me? Uh-huh.

SPEAKER_18

All right. Okay, I just want to get, you know, I want to keep it moving because I, you know, and I want to I seen you with the Mercedes Bennett stuff, man. Man, I've been wanting one of them all my life, man. I've been I was working like a dog and never got anything.

SPEAKER_05

This is gonna sound crazy. My first that's the white one you seen. Uh-huh. Gray one. I had one before that. I actually it was actually gifted to me from somebody named his name is Minister B better. Wow. He gifted me my first Mercedes Bands, just gifted to me because I showed him how to make his name a business, and he got a fleet of cars.

SPEAKER_18

Wow, yeah. My desire always won. I mean, because I got but I I screwed up years ago because I got a uh IN N number years ago from '96, but I never used it.

SPEAKER_05

He said you got you number from 96. Yeah, or used to how did that mean? Yeah, all you had to do is open the back account.

SPEAKER_18

Hey, I told I actually heated one-on-one with you. You know, I actually know for one on one on these.

SPEAKER_05

EIN number.

SPEAKER_18

I didn't know, bro. I uh you was like, when when I when I was left, actually I heard somebody talking about you, and that's what made me decide to come look you up because they were saying great things, but I was like, Man, nigga, nigga, my uh my salvation person, I need to go grab him quick as possible, you know. So that's why I jumped on, you know. But I'm being patient, waiting on you to you know connect with me so I can get connect, get my family all in order, you know, because I don't know how much more time I'm here. I'm I'm be 71 in January, man.

SPEAKER_05

Man, hey, you look good, you look good, man. Thanks, sir. I appreciate it.

SPEAKER_18

I just want I love that analogy put down. I want my children to absorb it so they can be free for the next seven, eight you know, generations, you know. I appreciate that. That's my concern, you know. That's my concern. I'll I I'll I'll pick I'll wave the camera back, you know. Thank you.

SPEAKER_05

I appreciate that, man. Yes, uh, thank you for giving me that minute. But I'm waiting, yes, sir. Yeah, I just got your ID order. I'm with that. Yeah, I just want y'all to know. So, look, here's the thing with the ID because I ain't trying to throw nobody the wrong way. So it's like I I make the barcodes, I make all that shit. This ain't with no agency, none of that. It's for educational information purpose only. But shit, you can use that motherfucker. Shit, I was in I was in Choctaw, Oklahoma, got pulled over, pulled, pulled that bitch out of the police state trooper. They let me go and everything with that motherfucker. Had weed in the car, weed is not legal unless you got your car, unless you got the medical card on you. So, yeah, they let me go though.

SPEAKER_02

Can you fly with it?

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, I I flew with it plenty of times. Hell yeah.

SPEAKER_02

I'm yeah, I'm I'm gonna get one today. I got my little money in my chime. I'm ready.

SPEAKER_05

I like I like the so I I use the Choctaw one and I use the uh Morris one, and I've used so the all three that I offer American National one. But here's the thing, here's what was crazy though. I don't even know if I should be saying this shit. But so I do I do put your name through a system to get you a a registered number, right? Yeah, so when I had a Floridian ID. When I actually got a Florida driver's license down there, it was the same exact number. So that shit freaked me out. It was the same, it was the same number that I was using on my car, and I got a yeah, yeah. Yeah, that shit kind of creeped me out. You can play international. Uh I know people that went to Jamaica with it.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, that's uh I've been in a little uh ID situation just because I had some little back child support and they holding my uh passport. And my I ain't gonna redo my shit. You know what I'm saying?

SPEAKER_05

Well, shit, I can send you all the paperwork for the just it's in the school, but should just email uh in the school, just tell me it was you, I'll give you the child support so you can clear your passport shit. But the thing is, quit using your social, quit using the identification that the state has.

SPEAKER_02

Well, look, the only reason why I ain't even do that, yo, is because with the that uh woman that I have kids with, I put her ass on child support, so I didn't want to motherfucking like I had to do that, bro. This business balls, you feel me?

SPEAKER_05

But but baptismal certificate, that's all you need, man. Use different forms of identification and W A B-E-N.

SPEAKER_07

Hey duh, uh quick question. Uh, the US D O T, do you still use that method or nah?

SPEAKER_05

Um, people still use it, I don't use it, but it's still valid, yeah.

SPEAKER_07

It's still valid. That's all I'm gonna ask. I know.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, so so like I'ma I'ma touch that in the tribal class too. Because I think that's that's signing up and getting IDs. I'm going over the class because I want y'all to know what I've used, what I've done with it.

SPEAKER_07

Okay. Okay.

SPEAKER_05

And then I can show y'all how to make y'all's own IDs too. That's what y'all want to do.

SPEAKER_07

Okay. Appreciate it.

Contracting, Courts, And Child Support Tactics

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, that ID shit. I gotta it's been a little while since I've been on the school, and I was just like, what? That's my only problem right now. Man, I uh I enrolled my daughter in the school though, uh, and motherfucking, they were like, you have to have an ID. And I was like, well, actually, I'm an American national, and it's against our uh 14th Amendment to try to say that I gotta have a contract with the state. Yeah. Well, I mean, like, you can't force someone into it, you can't you can't say that I have a contract with the state to be able to enroll my daughter into your public school. And they were like, oh, I got that shit off.

SPEAKER_05

That's lit.

SPEAKER_00

So so that's I was in court recently that you that you say that about the contract. This young lady was in court, and I was watching how the prosecutor was talking to people who had no driver's license charges, but they don't have a driver's license yet. So the prosecutor was real chill, laid back, cool with them. Oh, you think you could get a driver's license? Yeah, well, go ahead and get you one. And it that was his spiel. So when I left the court, man, when I left the court, I walked straight to the young lady. I said, Hey, I said, think about this for a second. If you get a charge for a no driver's license, I said, and you don't have one, what record are they gonna put it on? And she looked, I said, What record are they going to record it on? Where can they say that you don't have a driver's license or say that you have this infraction if there's no record to put it on? I said, they're contracting with you. I said, one of the worst mistakes I ever made was contracting with the state, getting a driver's license. I said, but if you don't have one, don't get one. I said, go tell them you're poor. Because they didn't have a conversation about indigency. I said, go say you're poor. Go say that you have zero money. What can what can they what can they get out of you at this point? I said, so she was looking at me like, what? I said, think about this. What do they do to the homeless? Homeless people just set up, they just set up shop, they they they grab land, they can't, they can't do nothing to them. Why? Because they're not able to get money out of them. I said, so the minute you play that game and you say that you have money, well, they go run you for your money.

SPEAKER_07

So extortion.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, yeah. So when he just said that, I was like, so wait a minute, you sit up here forcing these people to contract?

SPEAKER_05

Hold on. Well, that's that's what child support does out the gate. They fucking take your license away. That's just illegal in California now, though. Facts, facts. They force you to pay to get your license and your passport. You can't travel, they have to put your rights. Well, yeah, man, quit. Y'all gotta resend these signatures and shit when y'all in court cases. Dog you have to put your arm's league distance. You cannot contract with them, then you cannot be able to prove any contracts.

SPEAKER_02

Hey man, listen, I gotta uh give you your flowers, bro. Because if it wasn't, I about got myself into some bullshit. But if it wasn't for me hearing your voice in my head, motherfucking, you was like, you uh you cannot be forced into a contract. And the fact that I I stand on that shit with my kids, I I literally I'm in the uh Ohio appellate court right now. And motherfucking uh I I have a uh uh Department of Justice complaint uh grievance that was accepted. And I'm about to I'm about to motherfucking bruh, I got a judge suspended for a year.

SPEAKER_05

That's lit. Let's go.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, bro. Yeah, look, yeah. Like if yeah, for real though.

SPEAKER_05

Like, if it I got a judge suspended for a year, yeah, bruh, like for real.

SPEAKER_02

If it everyone was telling me, like, bro, you gotta go to that place to see your kids. I was like, I cannot be forced into a fucking contract underneath armed guard to see my children. Is this America or no? Like, in the fact that I stood on that, bro. Like, I'm in the motherfucking appellate court, bro. That's what. Yeah, bro.

SPEAKER_05

Keep going. Change it to sue yours, but keep going.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, bruh. For real, yeah.

SPEAKER_05

Keep going. Proud of you, man.

SPEAKER_02

Hey, I appreciate you, bro. Like, hey, like, if it wasn't for me crossing your path, bro, like, like for real, bruh. Like, when I when I get this back, I got you. I swear to God.

SPEAKER_05

Keep doing your thing. For me, I just want y'all to know. He's he's he's he's telling me about it, but at first he's probably nervous and scared. Shit.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, taking my kids from me. Listen, they do everything they can to scare you. Look, I haven't seen my kids in 130 days, bro. Man, yeah, bro. They bruh, they're fucked, bruh. Like, look, yeah, because motherfucker, look, I want to show you this shit. Like, Department of Justice complaint. Motherfucking grievance accepted.

SPEAKER_05

That's lit.

SPEAKER_02

I got two of them, and I got an ODC, the Ohio Department of Council. I went full Karen on their ass, bro. Motherfucking. Like, bruh, these bitches is violating my constitutional rights. And I did I did a motherfucking ex parte hearing. Um, once I learned case law, I did an ex parte and I went in there and signed every case law, bro. Santoski versus Kramer, Ohio versus Corales. Motherfucking uh uh I I've uh I did five of them. I can't think of them right now. But uh, and she was like, um, oh well, uh the kids aren't in a uh uh like in physical harm or nothing. But I was like, in Ohio versus Corales, they said that taking a parent away from uh their parent is considered detrimental without uh like testing it or like trial or whatever. And um, that's department of justice. I filed a color of law on that bitch, bro.

SPEAKER_03

That's lit.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, but if it wasn't for bruh, like you, bruh, I was a real shit, bro. I appreciate you, bro. I was locked in the songs. If it wasn't for me, or it wasn't for me coming across your shit, bro.

SPEAKER_05

Like I was I was I'm helping one of my students right now. He he filed$400 to sue these motherfuckers, and the first thing they come up with is some bullshit to get the case dismissed. On some bullshit, if he didn't, he almost fell for it, but it's like just let me have you look at this shit. You know what I'm saying? So now we everything's good now, but yeah, everything if they file something, respond. Do not don't the last one who the one who leads the battlefield battlefield first losers, right? Just make sure you respond to anything they would if they file anything, respond to that shit.

SPEAKER_02

No, yeah, like on some real, yeah, fucking like I got my appellate court case number before the juvenile court has they still haven't sat the sent the appeal over, bruh. But I was going down there every day, like, hey, did you get my case? Hey, did you get my case? Hey, did you get my case? Oh, well, hey, when when I when I turned in these grievances, like, hey, I thought y'all should have these because I've to me, this is why they're dragging their feet. Bro, she went back there, made a phone call, she came back and gave me a case number on a poster note. Yeah, bruh. Like I said, I'm about to get this money, bro. I got you, bro. We were gonna do some things, bro. I swear to God, bro. Yeah. We're gonna chop it up, bro, for real. I appreciate you.

SPEAKER_06

No doubt.

SPEAKER_05

Everybody good, man. Let me know if y'all got any questions in here, man.

SPEAKER_02

I know that was a lot of my fault, bro. But yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_07

Uh I got one general question. This is more so for the new people that's here. Uh, if someone knew, uh what would be best for them to start? Would it be status correction or actually making your name a business?

SPEAKER_05

When me is making your name a business, man. Everything is business. Status correction is business because you're already doing business as a sole proprietor. Yeah, you know. Everything in America is capitalism, everything is business. In America, everything is.

SPEAKER_00

Business that's the literal is business. That's the literal reason they came over here was business, corporate expansion.

SPEAKER_05

That's it. English is the trade language.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. Virginia, that's a company. Delaware, uh, what was that? Uh, New York. That was like the what the wet the Dutch West Indian Company. All of them was corporations.

SPEAKER_05

You you can't you can't see remedy unless you understand that, anyways. You're not gonna be able to understand remedy if you if you don't understand that the United States means a federal corporation. You've been out, you've been acting. The reason you're getting hit with the tax is because under Systike Vite Trust, you're the beneficiary. Systic Vy use means beneficiary use. Because we all established in the beginning that the Social Security number is a trust. It's a Systike Vite trust.

SPEAKER_02

That's your crazy.

SPEAKER_05

That means you can only be the beneficiary, but you're acting as a trustee too. So you're co-mingling funds, which make which is illegal. The doctor and the merger. That's what's going on with Ty Lopez right now. If y'all look him up, he got a lawsuit right now for co-mingling funds.

SPEAKER_02

Bro, that's just because you're a motherfucker.

Responding, Appeals, And Persistence

SPEAKER_05

$112 million Ponzi screen. It was co-mingling funds, moving moving money from accounts to a different account. Everything is business. I don't even do personal. United States means a federal corporation. If you have a if you have a public bank account, all public banks are are owned by the government. Whether you think it's an individual account or not, it's a under United States corporation. Bank of America, you think it's private Chase Bank. It's still owned by the government. FDIC. Public banks are owned by the government. Now FDIC is a is insurance, so that is a private contract. Okay. And that's how they can fuck. That's how they fuck you over. FDIC, they don't let you know anything. That's what's really going on when they do the uh abandonments of like mortgages and shit. They file FDIC insurance on them.

SPEAKER_07

Good gem right there. That's a great gem.

SPEAKER_05

But yeah, so everybody's coming in the funds. That's why you have to learn how to create a the you're operating as a trustee. When you have an LLC, even though you're a member, that's a form of being a trustee. It's trusteeship. You work for the business, you're there to grow the business. You're not looking for handouts. When you have the social security number, that's that's a beneficiary position. You're always looking for the handout. So anytime you hear public, the public sector, that's the public handout, public welfare, public housing, public defender, public assistance. That's all government. When you the only thing that we're handing out is the family. The family's handed out for the family. That's wrong. That's good. That makes sense.

SPEAKER_11

Oh yeah, bro.

SPEAKER_05

The family takes care of everything. And then promissory notes. So if you have a car, you have a house, when you you sell it to the trust, and the trust gives you a promissory note. So when the trust holds value, when the trust has value, you turn in a promissory note to get paid.

SPEAKER_14

Will you do that one more time?

SPEAKER_05

So when you sell things to the trust, a car, because you don't just gift it to the trust, you sell it. The trust gives you a promissory note in value, whatever the fair market value is. Then when the trust has value in it, has capital or whatever, you can turn in a promissory note to get paid from the trust. That's what happens with all these corporations. You give them a promissory note at the car lot, and they go against your social security trust to get paid. Whoa, so that's correct.

SPEAKER_07

Correct. Okay.

SPEAKER_05

Wow. You give you need a promissory note for a mortgage, correct? They put it against your trust to get paid. So that's why I tell people start your family business. You want to start a family car line, a family mortgage company. Then you can do stuff through your family company. Don't have to worry about nothing. Why would you want to offset the debt? Just pay the family company. Oh yeah. But the beneficiary always needs to be the family, a family trust, a family charity. I don't make my kids beneficiaries of nothing. So like like that's the Warren Buffett way, man. I'm telling y'all, the Warren Buffett, that's who I study the most.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, you said like you would appoint them with a certain role in the trust. Right. Yeah. I remember you said something like that before in your previous videos.

SPEAKER_05

They're gonna become like trustees. One's Buffett's children will not inherit his fortune directly, but they will be in charge of a charitable trust.

SPEAKER_14

Yes, sir.

SPEAKER_05

I showed y'all the Susan Thompson Buffett Foundation. That's one of them. So they get to direct where the money goes. And we can, if everybody's name's a business or family libraries, things like that, then you can create something called endowments. That's what I was showing you. The the Bill and Linda Gates. They have endowments. This is charitable donations towards schools. That's how schools are started. Endowments. An endowment is a donation of money or property to a nonprofit organization. So therefore, it cannot be taxed. This is how family libraries, this is how this is how families are handed down. This is how families continue to thrive. Endowments are usually awarded by trusts, private foundations, or public charities. On the top of the food chain, everything's private.

SPEAKER_19

That's what I tell my daughters. Get the top of the food chain. That's where I want y'all to be at.

SPEAKER_05

Everything makes sense. I'm about to hop up on here, y'all.

SPEAKER_18

Okay. Hey, let me ask you one question before you go, though. Like, my son, like, he been in my oldest son been in prison for 31 years, bro. Never killed nobody. Just because he was with guys that that hurt somebody, they gave him 31 years, but they couldn't find no evidence or nothing. And I want to know how I can get the state to conversate for him, converse uh, you know, pay give him funds back for all that time that they took from him because they was they was getting money.

SPEAKER_05

I know you can file the bonds on it, man. He showed Rodery showed the book, Masters and Bonds. It's in the school, too. You gotta talk, Rodery.

SPEAKER_19

Master Bonds, masters and bonds.

SPEAKER_17

My fault, my fault. This is stocks and bonds, masters and bonds, mass masters and bonds.

SPEAKER_05

Okay, I'll get that.

SPEAKER_15

Read the back of it. What's it say, brother? You you mentioned every time you file a document in court, it's an opportunity to correct your status. Can you just elaborate a little bit on that? It's a record, bro.

SPEAKER_05

Ain't every court a record?

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, there's a record.

SPEAKER_05

That's a chance to put stuff on the record.

SPEAKER_07

As soon as you talk in the courtroom, they report everything in that courtroom.

Beginners, Study Path, And Boundaries

SPEAKER_05

So everything it's a chance to put stuff on the record for free. But you do it on through an affidavit of the I'm gonna tell you a book of consultation, bro. Holler at rotter. We got your force moving. Everything is in the school that you're asking me. Go watch the video. You need me to speed you up. You're gonna have to pay me. I don't even want to help you. I'm just gonna be honest. Holler at rotter. I'll speak the same language. That's good, my brother. Thank you. Hey brother, that's just common sense, bro. When are you gonna be in Vegas? What's up?

SPEAKER_14

When are you gonna be in Vegas?

SPEAKER_02

No, yeah. I'm I'm uh uh for real though. You know what I'm saying? I I appreciate it, bro.

SPEAKER_05

Because I appreciate you too, man. I'm glad y'all study and pay attention, put the work. I'm gonna tell y'all again, though, this is not for beginners. I don't want to help beginners, I don't give a fuck about your situation. I'm just being honest. I got my own life going on. I got people that's waiting. I do all this shit by myself, bro. So, you know, if you're if you're beginning, you're simple people, you don't even know how to make your name a business. I do not want to talk to you. That's the simple shit. That's the simple shit. I've been telling everybody since 2017. Make your name a business. If y'all don't understand that this school is not for you, like straight up,$50 a month is not worth the headache of me having to fucking speed you up when all this shit is in the school. That's what the school is for. You know what I'm saying? So that's just me, period. So I gotta be staying with y'all, but I'm tired of repeating myself over and over and over. Speed the fuck up before you want to talk to me. Make it a business, man. You business that court is an open record. I don't want to talk to you. I appreciate you, Dom.

SPEAKER_09

I'm I'm I'm getting off though. No, that's all now.

SPEAKER_05

No, all love though. I appreciate you though. Peace and love. This is why I charge for consultations. God damn, thank you, brother.

SPEAKER_00

Nah, Dom just motivated you to go in and study. He's saying that the information you need to study, yeah. That's all he's doing. He just motivating you to go in and study. I want y'all to know if y'all are in a state of 100.

SPEAKER_05

That's from the oppressor. I'm shining a light on situations. In order for you to see the light, you need to step into the light and holler at your maker and your creator. Right, right. Like none of this is gonna make sense. You don't talk to your God, whoever God is in your life.

SPEAKER_13

Absolutely, Roderick. You're elevating your frequency, you want to keep it up there.

SPEAKER_17

You gotta do the work. If not, holler at us.

SPEAKER_12

Um Dr. Minister Kalom. Yes, well, I have an unrelated question. I was I was digging the sounds, you know, that we were listening to before you came on. Could you please let me know who those uh artists were?

SPEAKER_05

I got you. But I want y'all to know y'all can I got music. I I create music like that. Oh, okay. Yeah, y'all look up Black Bach, Moore's art. I'm gonna give y'all what I was just uh listening to.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, that song at number at five minutes was fresh, though. I ain't gonna lie. Well, look.

SPEAKER_12

Well, um I want the whole thing, it was more than five minutes. Yes, black box right here.

SPEAKER_05

SPEAKER_12

Thank you.

SPEAKER_05

Wolf Gang. Um I make the same type of music, man. That's the shit I listen to. But yeah, y'all need to understand business, man. United States means federal corporation. So if you don't understand business, you're just always gonna be lost. If you don't understand bookkeeping, you don't understand taxes, you don't understand contract law, these are the things you need to study.

SPEAKER_13

One step at a time as it pertains to your personal experience. That's right, that's right.

SPEAKER_02

So, yeah, uh I'm gonna shoot you the uh bread for the uh for the one of them RDs.

SPEAKER_05
