As soon as you show them a government ID or government registration, your car is registered, you're now considered domestic. let's just look at the regular state. It has its own constitution. So if you live in Missouri, Missouri has its own constitution. Florida has its own constitution, which makes it a sovereign jurisdiction, possessing its own land, its own authority, and its own constitution. But the system has tricked the masses into stepping off of the land and stepping into the ship of commercial maritime corporate entity known as the United States Corporation. That's a ship. Now you have a relationship. That's a true slave ship. There was no slave ship. Show me the slave ship. Show me the slave ships. There was no slave ship. The slave ship is the relationship with the United States corporation. So I'm gonna teach you truthfully. If you go to DK's private business circle, and what I'm going over today, it's gonna show you how to move from the public sector back to the private sector. We are transitioning from a public debtor to a private creditor. The public sector is a part of the economy that the government controls, the private sector is part of the economy that the government does not control. Because you gotta understand how I bring this up time and time again. America was founded on not paying taxes. So if you're paying taxes, you're not American, you're a U.S. citizen. You can't tell me no difference. Americans do not pay taxes. Foreign nationals do not have to pay taxes because they're foreign to the system. You can be foreign and still be an American. That's the Amish. Do the Amish you can protect it and receive the benefits of the United States military? Say again, do the Amish receive protections from the U.S. military in their defense? And then do not operate in the system, but they operate within it, you know, not in it, but within it. So the system knows the difference, even if you don't. America is a continent, United States is a corporation. I'm gonna say this again, America is a continent, United States is a corporation. And I love to use this as an example, because people say they're African-American. That's two continents put together, not two nationalities. How can you be African? When I go to Africa, nobody's African. They come from a tribe. Nigerian, Kenyan, biddy biddy bombamian. But y'all not ready for that. So a national is someone who owes allegiance to the land or to the state or to the country. Not a federal corporation. Break down the uh uh the etymology of these words. Look at the history. Your true allegiance belongs to your organic state of country. America might have a flag, but so does your state. And under international law, you have a fundamental right to a nationality, and more importantly, the right to change or correct it at any given time. That's a universal declaration rules of human rights. The declaration rules of human rights. You have a right to the nationality, you have a right to change at any given time. That's under the United Nations. But being black and being white is not a nationality. They ask you what your race is, and you say white or black. How is white or black part of the human family? There's one race, that's the human race. So how can white or black be part of any type of human family? It's not, and being black or being white is not gonna be recognized as a nationality under the United Nations, so therefore you do not have human rights. Google this, look it up, do what you gotta do. Fact check your boy Don Kalam on this. Again, you have a right to a nationality and a right to change a nationality. Being white, being black is not a recognized nationality because there's no country, no flag. Being white and being black is an adjective under English law. English. You're not even from England, but you speak in English, and we don't speak in Lausanauts no more. The language always changed. But one thing that stays intact, black used to mean pale, first and foremost. Black means the bleach or the blakin. It comes from that word, the etymology, root family. If you were part of a tribal family or human family, they have their own language and own definitions of certain words, so they have their dictionaries in hand. When someone gives you a dictionary, they're defined in and dictating your definitions and your reality when you hear certain words and frequencies. Just had to break that down a little bit. And so when you think you're black, you're not. How can one be black? You don't even look black. This is black. So same way with white. White means pretty pretty means God, God's supreme ruler of the earth. You do need to be white, put white in front of your nationality. White German Shepherd. Yeah, white French poodle. Nouns, nationalities, and they still got a color. So their rights would be intact. So I hope that makes sense. So let's let's go ahead and address and identify the politics that they use to keep you trapped in the public matrix. So they do force on every corporate document. These are corporate documents when they ask you black, white, Hispanic. Look at the etymology and the law when you're dealing with these things. Alright? Black and white are legal fictions. be sued for the social security number. So even you put the car in your name, something happens to you, you can be sued and it can be taken away. And if you don't pay the taxes, it can be taken away. Everything that you think is your asset or your own, even your labor and your time, is considered the attachment to these documents. So a standard U.S. resident citizen, subject to full backup withholding in federal jurisdiction. That's where you're at, the lowest denominator. So how to transition this? I'm gonna teach you how to transition this. WABEN. The WABEN is your certificate of a foreign status. It is so you want to have your foreign versus substance. So I always create my own affidavits first because that's my cover letter. So your that's your document first, because the government can't interfere with a private contract and only control what you create. So I have an affidavit of foreign status or an oath of allegiance that I include first as the cover letter, because that's the first contract before I use their signs and symbols or their forms. So, but with this WABEN, you can think of it as like your birth certificate

in reverse. Instead of registering you into the corporate matrix, it certifies the matrix that you are non-resident alien and individual existing outside the domestic tax jurisdictions. But here's where the massive mistake happens, and a lot of teachers out there are getting this wrong. People take their private business or they take the non-granger irrevocable trust that I that non-revo at non-granger irrevocable complex discretionary spend the trust, and they try to follow a standard individual W A B E N for it or foreign granite trust. So you can't use the W-A-B-E-N for this, not for your foreign trust or your foreign business entities. You must use the W A B E N E. W-A-B-E-N-E. It stands for entity. You cannot mix the individual with the trust, they're entirely separate uh legal structures, and that's really what's going on with the social as well. Excuse me. So that's the same exact mistake that's really going on with your social care number. When you understand the social as a trust, they file standard 1040 tax forms for individuals instead of the 1041. A 1041 is for the trust estate, a 1040 is for the domestic individual. When you file a 1040 for the trust business, and when you use your sociality number instead of an uh appropriate structured EIN, you are dragging your private your private assets, your private life right back into the public mind. You are breaking the corporate view of your own asset protection. Anytime you follow 1041, you're gifting your estate. So I love the Amish, like I said, as prime examples of the concept because it perfectly illustrates how tax status dictates physical freedom. The Amish are able to travel freely, operate within their communities, manage their commerce without the standard state identification, passports, or social security numbers that the system forces on you. And how do they do this? It's because of their tax status. They operate under a treaty with the government, with these entities. And the United States government are providing their militia, protecting them, because they maintain their distinct separate status on the land. They're free men and women on the land. If they can do it through their community and faith-based status, you can do it through your private trust and state nationality. Your state has its own constitution, which means it has its own foreign jurisdiction outside the federal districts of D.C. Because the United States Corporation is just Washington, D.C. 10 by 10 miles square. So for many of my students, they take that oath of allegiance to the state nationality. And doing a status update is the perfect path. Perfect. You put this information on with your county recorder's office. You you update it with the in the school, I'll put all the locations. There's seven locations you need to send it. But the president, the governor, attorney general. Put everybody on notice so they know you put them on notice. So it doesn't matter if they know if they treat you differently, you've already put them on notice. You give them them notice. The gentleman gives notice. If you're from Hawaii, you're Hawaiian, Texas, you're a Texan, Missouri, a Missourian, New Yorker, New Yorker. Hope this makes sense. This is your nationality. But a lot of people don't know how to implement those codes and prove that you're foreign outside the United States corporation. So I have another idea for you that I utilize in the public that I show a lot. Is you get you a Palau ID. I'll make sure there's a link in the bio, look in the description box. There's a Palau ID if you're part of the school. Just type in Palau. P-A-L-A-U. Get you a Palau ID. It's to the Palau government. You'll be a Palauan, and now you'll truly be foreign, okay? So I use this. And then another place you can do this is Estonia. Become a digital resident. So you have a legitimate foreign identification. Now you can enter a different realm of operations. You never have to give a social security number to receive services. So think about that. The system tells you that social security number is mandatory for everything, but that's a lie. It's really illegal to even ask for it. It's only mandatory for domestic citizens and residents who are participating in the public social insurance system. As a true foreign national, you present your foreign credentials. Now, if you need an EIN for your trust now that you're foreign, you either call it in or fax it in. Put all zeros where I asked for your social or just write foreign over where I asked for your socials. You call it in or you fax it in. Now, if you want it costs $200 at this given moment that I'm making this video, but go to Northwest Register Agent, they'll also make you one. And you could still use the address in the United States, especially if they're your registered agents. So I want you to know it is easy to operate as a true foreign national and be protected, whether you want to be part of your state. And make your own credentials or go to mystatus select.com or you want to come become a true foreign national, have a dual nationality. You'd be a United States citizen when you're in a different country because they do protect citizens in different countries. And when you're over here, you become a Palauan. That's how I operate. That's the Don Kalam way. That's the Don Kalam standard. So the only thing that's keeping most people trapped in the public system is fear and lack of precise execution. A lot of y'all not executing. You take the gold fringe off the flag, then you're back under the republic. But better yet, how about you create your own flag, your own family crest, your own family seals, and now you're truly sovereign with your family? That's a whole different foreign jurisdiction.
