Stop Calling Me The Defendant, Your Honor
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
“Show me your authority” sounds like a movie line until you hear someone rehearse it like a real court strategy. We jump on a candid prep call ahead of a Friday hearing, where we focus on one goal: staying calm, staying precise, and getting everything onto the record so the court cannot pretend it never happened.
We talk through unconventional legal theories and courtroom scripts around subject matter jurisdiction, Article III authority, special appearance language, and the pressure to plead. You’ll hear why paperwork is treated like leverage, from building a fee schedule and invoice template to documenting notice by certified mail and tracking. We also dig into the emotional side of it: how you keep your footing when the system feels designed to label you, rush you, or trap you into answering the wrong question.
Then the conversation widens into money systems and identity systems: trust accounts, funding questions, insurance as collateral, and the speaker’s framing of Social Security as insurance and trust structure. We also touch Real ID worries, foreign ID options like Palau, Estonia e-residency, and why “status” language shows up in legal spaces. This is not legal advice, and some claims are controversial, but it is an honest look at how people try to regain agency through documentation, process, and mindset.

Bonds, Trusts, And Who Runs Court
SPEAKER_03Okay, I see you. Hey. Can you hear me?
unknownYeah, I can hear you.
SPEAKER_03All right. I appreciate the last minute. Um I cannot let me turn my volume up.
SPEAKER_01Got me working on the Sabbath.
SPEAKER_03Why did I know you was gonna say that though?
SPEAKER_01The Sabbath Saturday though. The Sabbath Saturday.
SPEAKER_03Right. I said today I said, okay, I'm gonna usually I the only day I really cook in the week is Sundays. So I told my son, I said, well, can I cook like later? You hungry now? He's like, I can wait, Ma. I can wait. I'm like, okay.
SPEAKER_01You've been eating for years, boy. You can you can miss a couple hours.
SPEAKER_03Yes. I don't know. I think it's me, but you're real faint. Hang on.
SPEAKER_01Nah, somebody else said that today, too. I don't know what's up with it.
SPEAKER_03Okay, okay. Then it's not me then. Okay, let me just pull it up. Okay, so are you ready for I wish I so wish I could be there on Friday? I know, I know it would do me some good. Are y'all doing uh video by chance or is it just in person?
SPEAKER_00On Friday, you just gotta go to the website.
SPEAKER_03Okay, I'm gonna be there. Well, after after course.
SPEAKER_00Let me show you. So it says view the live stream.
SPEAKER_03Okay, okay, okay. So I printed, I printed out everything you sent. I was just kind of reading over it now, but of course I'm not done because I read slow.
SPEAKER_00Oh, that's all good. The feds are the real people in charge, so just know that.
SPEAKER_03Say that again.
SPEAKER_01The feds, they're the ones in charge of federal courts. Ooh, okay. They can't bond the case if you you know, because the bond is like insurance, right? As long as you keep disrupting it, the case can never get bonded.
SPEAKER_03Really? Okay, okay, okay. Okay.
SPEAKER_01So regardless, if you default, it comes back to you anyways. But instead of coming back to you, you're paying the demon. That's why when you get out, you pay. So you understand that the demon's name is Bell, right? Right. That's who you pay. That's who you give a sacrifice to. It's Bell's court. That's real, that's the real spill.
SPEAKER_02Right, right, right. Okay.
SPEAKER_01I always go about it the name being a business. That's the first part I always go. Um, because people don't really understand trust, but when they go to jail, they want to sign up to be the trustee.
SPEAKER_03Yep. I've been there. Yep.
SPEAKER_01But you don't want to know about trust. You just trustees in jail, right? Right, right. To go outside and shit and get cigarettes. Guilty.
SPEAKER_03I didn't know no better.
SPEAKER_01Everything is a trust. Right. When my people call me on the phone from prison and says, I had money today on the defender's trust account.
SPEAKER_00So, yeah.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, yeah. You get your teeth done, anything medical, the account they charge is just so scary number.
SPEAKER_03Right. Right. Right. I I want to show you something real quick. I did a remember the last time I popped them over that fee schedule and notice of special appearance, and I have their invoice ready. But I want it, I wanted to use this time so you can look at it too, because I've never done it before to make sure I captured everything. I think you'll be proud.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, put that shit on record. You know, I'm not like attorney tax experduce for educational education for sending us a fucking invoice. I'm not sure if it'll let me uh why do I pop it over here?
SPEAKER_06Uh I'm seeing if it'll let me uh change the all right then. You should be able to share now.
SPEAKER_02Okay.
SPEAKER_03Oh, share a oh just oh meat. Okay, I got it. Let me just share my screen.
SPEAKER_01It took me a second too.
SPEAKER_03Okay.
SPEAKER_01Well, I've been smoking that gas.
SPEAKER_03Hey, I smoked it for the I didn't even smoke it. I had a cookie, some of a cookie, for the first time a couple weeks ago. I said, I see why people smoke weed all the time.
SPEAKER_01I don't know. I just don't like eating things that make me hungry. Well, I'm eating this cookie and I'm getting hungry.
SPEAKER_02Right, right.
SPEAKER_01Well, I'm at I grow my own oranges.
SPEAKER_02Really?
SPEAKER_01And lemons. Yeah. Got apples too. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03That's pretty dope, man. Okay, I am downloading it.
SPEAKER_01I'll try to be low-key where I don't really usually be online. I usually be somewhere else when I
Building An Invoice And Fee Schedule
SPEAKER_01do calls. You're not supposed to trap where you lay your head.
SPEAKER_03You bet not. Um, hang on.
SPEAKER_06I don't know why it's like in this image. Download.
SPEAKER_03Okay. So I did it on chat, of course. And so let me just show you. Okay, let me know if you can see it.
SPEAKER_00This is GGC has oh, that's lit.
SPEAKER_03Is that it?
unknownThat's lit.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. Yeah. I basically put a bill in there. I was like, hey, copy this water bill. Copy the water bill.
SPEAKER_01That's lit. That's lit. You're getting the hang of it.
SPEAKER_03And then so you see how it says like invoice talk. Well, they say course starts at 9 30. I was there.
SPEAKER_01Okay, I got you. You was there. That's lit.
SPEAKER_03I was there at 9 30.
SPEAKER_01You have a ticket.
SPEAKER_03Now we can settle. I'm willing to settle. We can talk about this. Right.
SPEAKER_01Right. That's how. So look, at the end of the day, I'm gonna show you something. Like, that's how I got out the feds. I didn't. My last resort was sue their ass. Yep. I hit him for 22 million, is what I sued him for. And it was like two weeks. It took me two weeks. I got out. I got out on two in the morning. It was like 2:30 in the morning.
SPEAKER_03After you sued their ass.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. They told my people. My people was waiting out there, but they was waiting out there. They said they were gonna let me go at midnight. Midnight. It was they wait until everybody went to sleep.
SPEAKER_03And and got you up out of there.
SPEAKER_01Oh yeah.
SPEAKER_03I think that's something. So you where it says invoice, invoice to all parties and their council of record. Is that is that I wasn't sure about that.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, that works.
SPEAKER_03Okay.
SPEAKER_00That works. That's lit.
SPEAKER_03All right. That's what they're gonna get. I'm gonna scan that shit in to no lights.
SPEAKER_00That's just hard.
SPEAKER_03Okay, that's all I wanted to make sure. All right, I'm gonna stop sharing. And okay.
SPEAKER_00Well, I'll show you really fast though. Look.
SPEAKER_03Okay.
SPEAKER_01It was uh boom. Let me find it then.
SPEAKER_03I really appreciate you. Like, I know I say it all the time in message, but you have no idea. So I just wanna, as they say, give you your flowers now, sir.
unknownI appreciate that.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, I know you got a lot of us.
SPEAKER_01A cop about to a black woman. I don't like it. You know what I'm saying? Like for real. Straight up. So look. So they had me locked back up and shit back here. So it wasn't that long ago, you see? Straight up. This is when I started learning this shit. And then I had tuna. So I don't know if it shows a date on this motherfucker.
SPEAKER_06Huh?
SPEAKER_01But I sue they ass. Look. Prisoner's rights.
SPEAKER_03And how long were you there for?
SPEAKER_01Uh six months. Before they let me out, yup. So it started in, you see. Boom, boom, boom.
SPEAKER_03You was hitting a ass.
unknownIt was in like August.
SPEAKER_03Uh-huh.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, right here. That's when I started filing shit for the first time.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Because I had walked down papers, but the P.O. tried to. So they're talking about uh pro se motions. But I would always they put my spiky value, see it? Yeah. So when when my spiky evaluation came back, that's when I started suing them. It's not like crazy. See everything left as exhibits? Yep. This is on federal court and affidavits. Yep. Boom, boom. They keep saying pro se I would eject to that every time.
SPEAKER_03Every time they every time they did a pro se you corrected it to suit suit jury.
SPEAKER_01Yep, and I dropped the case. That was the whole thing. Because I didn't get booked canceled that wasn't giving me showers, phone calls, nothing. I went on a hunger strike, didn't eat for like, yeah, I did a lot of shit.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_01I was learning this shit. Everything is taxes. Everything is taxes. That's why I said when you take it to federal law at the end of the day, because these days the federal courts buy this shit. They buy the bonds. Look at that letter rotatory that we have said. Court is any court created by Congress, excluding the United States Tax Court. Don't got a delegation from Congress or the Supreme Court, because that's where they get the rules from. That's where they get the law. Article three. Are you an Article III judge? Then this is not a lawful court. Right. That makes sense. We I brought this up to you before, right? Article three.
SPEAKER_03Yep, that's right. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01So on and then the right to face your accused are not a representational one.
SPEAKER_03That's right. That's right. That's right. And then I've never, and I don't know if I told you this the last time, but I've never really, I've never been arranged ever.
unknownRight.
SPEAKER_03It's been two years. I've never been arranged. And so her plan, I think, is to arrange me on Friday, but it says I was arraigned back in September. I know I wasn't. They know I wasn't. So I'm gonna challenge that too. Like, y'all stop, stop. Let's just let's just call this circus what it is. And so what I plan to do, like I I can hear her saying, hey, well, whatever, whatever, how do you plead, Your Honor? I will not be answering a plea today. Yeah, that uh that's right, that's right, that's right.
SPEAKER_01Guilty to the facts, but not the crime.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_01And the proof of claim, you know? They have to claim, they have to prove.
Article III Questions And Arraignment Script
SPEAKER_01Before we can even move forward, um, I'm gonna challenge subject matter jurisdiction because I want to see is this the true, are you a true Article III judge? Right. So that means you you got uh let's get the fuck out of here. If this is an Article III court, then you got um delegation order from Supreme Court or Congress. Because under Article III, Section 1, this the District of Party United States shall be invested in one Supreme Court, and it's such inferior courts as a lower level courts, as Congress made from time to time more dangerous established.
SPEAKER_00Okay.
SPEAKER_01And if you are put on the record, it's not from under 20 USC 2002 court means incorporated by Congress in the United States, including the United States House Court. Congress can have a hand on me.
SPEAKER_03That's right, that's right, that's right. That's and and uh if she'd be like, well, yeah, I am okay. Well, can you please put it on the record for my review?
SPEAKER_01All right, this is a court of record, right? Can you put on the record that you're off a judge? I I brought this up. I said I watch Law and Order. I I done seen too much TV. They said this judge sitting on the seat right now with no delegation of authority. Prove that your authority is greater than my higher powers for you to cast judgment on me. That's right. I just make I make I make all of this because you said I make it, uh I'll put some stuff up. You said I could put on with the school.
SPEAKER_00You sure can?
SPEAKER_01Yep. Yep. So I'm coming from my private way, and so far it still works. Sometimes it challenges, but there's really no way around it because this is what the wealthy use, like the ultra-elite people. This is where I learned it from. So you know, you turned into a sober partnership with the with the birth certificate, with this is what they're going off of, the the ID, kick cards. So we switch roles and we create the LLC. Right. Now your authorized representative or your fiduciary act on behalf of the entity. That's right. When they call you there, so before they cross the bar, you can reserve all your rights from in time to forevermore. If you cross the bar, that does not subject me to a foreign jurisdiction. That does not subject me to your jurisdiction. They're gonna ask you, are you the name defendant in this matter? For the record, you know, I'm here today appearing as a living woman in the flesh as an authorized representative for the corporate business neck. Listen on that paperwork. I do not stand as a scope of private, nor do I accept the status of a public debtor. I don't accept the status as a defendant. I I say all of these things. My mom calls me father. That'd be my mom calls me daughter, my children call me mother or father. The name printed on your docket is the register of business entity. I'm the authorized agent managing the affairs of the business. I ask you does this tribunal intend to enter into a private commercial contract with me as a living woman, or are we addressing? The accounting liabilities of that wretched corporate identity. They're gonna say this is a criminal proceeding, not a business matter. Do you understand the charges being brought against you by the state? I cannot enter an appearance or state whether I understand an unattached charge until the record clarifies the court's true commercial authority. I formally demand to see the delegation of authority order from Congress or the Supreme Court establishing this tribunal as a competent court of record.
unknownYep.
SPEAKER_01So I you don't have to get deep into the taxes, but I already, we've already sent all that information. Why haven't you responded to the information that was sent to you?
SPEAKER_03That's exactly what I'm gonna ask. That's it. So when whenever she starts asking me all that, I'm gonna say, Your Honor, does the record reflect that I have uh sent you in and accepted my uh accepted valuable endorsements? Because I want that on the record that that they've ignored them. And she'll probably say, Well, uh, we have to look. I mean, you you've had them for months.
SPEAKER_01So they try to operate you, uh appoint you as a uh a co-counsel or public defender. I always object to that.
SPEAKER_06Yep.
SPEAKER_01You're operating as sui jurors. We don't consent to co-counsel, we don't consent to be represented. A live woman doesn't have to be represented. I bring this up. Don't don't uh attorneys work for corporations and LLCs. Like I bring this up. So you can't tell me that this isn't all about business. There's a court in here. I have the right to face my accuser. And then all of these are legal questions when they ask where you reside, what's your address, that's pulling you back under their jurisdiction.
SPEAKER_03Yep. Yep. So that's I think that's where I went wrong in the last when we were on Zoom, because they were like, uh okay, remember you sent the paperwork, right? And then they called me back. I sent remember, I knew they were calling me back because they wanted to discuss that paperwork, right? But when I when I got on camera, they got that fee schedule right before court that that morning. I waited to send it from that morning, and then they switched it up. They want to talk about discovery. It's like, oh, we have another discovery. I said, Oh, mail it. Mail it. Why why y'all well we we were you you weren't you weren't responding to our emails? I say, Well, put it in the mail. Just like that. I say, put it in the mail.
SPEAKER_00I didn't see who it's coming from.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. They said, Oh, oh, so you know what I said? I said, Oh, okay, no problem. My trustee will be there to pick it up. Straight face. Oh, well, we gotta, because it's a court full of people. Oh, okay, okay, quarter's adjourned. They try to hurry up and hang up. Yeah, bitch. I I know quarters adjourned.
SPEAKER_01But uh but they asked me where you reside in my body. I say stuff like that. You're right, but you're right. Where do you live in a house?
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Where you from? I'm from Earth. That's right. I'm from my mama. That's right. You know, these are all the invisible lines. Demographics is the graph of demons. I'll put that right on the record if that's what they need to hear.
SPEAKER_02Mm-hmm.
SPEAKER_01Everything is fictional. I'm not playing these fictional games.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Okay.
SPEAKER_01Well, this is I'm not here following motions or praying to the bench to move. I'm submitting a formal administrative demand to this miss. Everything I always demand to this miss.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Is there, is there, I give a lot of different, different role plays, but this ever went in. But it just depends on how you want to go about it. Um I like to say, are you here that because you know Trinity versus Pegliaro? An attorney cannot be a witness and an attorney. They can cannot submit evidence in court and be a witness against you. But we're always there, suey jurists making a special appearance.
SPEAKER_02Right, right.
SPEAKER_01I always ask this is the court of record. I reserve all my rights at all times and waive none ever. I'm here to help administer this matter for the benefit of the court. If the prosecutor has a valid, a verified, valid claim against me, the living man, who is beneficiary to the state of the defendant, let me see it and I will tell you if I'm the name party or not. Mr. Prosecutor, please present me with the verified claim. Now, in court, I'm always the name you're gonna be the beneficiary when you actually on behalf of it, if that's the right you want to go, especially if you're getting the insurance, because it goes to the beneficial name. Okay. I don't really like to say I'm the beneficiary. I grabbed this from another script, but I've used this stuff. I just I'm there on behalf of the name. We we work with the beneficiary. This stuff still works. This stuff still works, though.
SPEAKER_03Okay. And then they changed my prosecut, they changed the prosecutor.
SPEAKER_01Remember, so they're trying to get you on somebody else to get you on their jurisdiction.
SPEAKER_03Yep. When I went back to court, they got two prosecutors now. Two new ones I've never even heard of.
SPEAKER_01If they try and talk to you or nothing, you you don't tell them um you only respond, you only discuss it by mail. Send it's right. You know, you're there by special appearance to handle the affairs, you gotta send it to the uh to the location on phone. But let them know, like, just because you're you're go you're going to this meeting, that doesn't mean you cross for the record. I if I cross the bar, am I entering into the contract with this court? Yes or no? Yes or no. Any proceedings, I need to know for the clarity of record. If I cross the bar, am I entering into the contract with the court? Yes or no. Let the record reflect the court's silence with all due respect. I have no intention to board your ship. I operate under the laws of the republic, and I hereby evoke the laws of the republic under Article 4, Section 4 of the Constitution to manage my affairs. My court is hereby set under the laws of the Republic, and I can operate just fine from the gallery, and I'm here to help you administer this case expeditiously. And like we try to move forward with it.
SPEAKER_02That's right.
SPEAKER_01If you force me to cross the bar against my will with threats of force and imprisonment, let's reflect it is only under the rest that I comply.
SPEAKER_04That's right.
SPEAKER_01Everything else. You know, your rights can never be given up. If the court deems that you've given up rights to this court, it's only done so under the rest.
SPEAKER_02Mm-hmm. That's right.
SPEAKER_01And then let them know also the the the lack of response to the um to the filings. The lack of response and silence is is is considered consent, because it would be consent for you. So let's reflect the court has accepted all terms of proceeding on the basis that was in the filings.
SPEAKER_03Yep, and I'm gonna put, remember, I said that um since they hadn't responded to any of the things that you had mailed out, I'm just gonna go put I'm gonna scan them into the record myself. And I'm gonna put on this here. This is the second notice because I I verified that y'all got got the first notice from here. Is your um the label, the the receipt?
SPEAKER_01Um did you guys have returned receipt?
SPEAKER_03I didn't get the green card back. Did you did you did you send it certified or just regular mail?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I sent it certified. I just wondered if you ever got because I ain't never got one back. What if we get the mail though?
SPEAKER_03I'll be I I get some. I didn't I didn't get any for this one, but I just tracked it. Like I used the tracking number. They got it.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, yeah, no doubt. No doubt. So but I used iPost of one to send all that out.
SPEAKER_03Oh, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay. Gotcha, gotcha, gotcha.
SPEAKER_01But you see, the jurisdiction of the post office, all paper under maritime law is treated as a vessel by placing a post stamp on documents, autograph costs, you add federal value to the frame. But sending it through the mail. When they sign for it, they're accepting the contracts.
SPEAKER_02Okay, okay.
SPEAKER_01This is how they get you. They send you stuff in mail or email. Once you send it, they they automatically say you uh you accepted it.
SPEAKER_06Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.
SPEAKER_01Oh, this is the one right here. So I've used this shit when I started,
Certified Mail, Silence, And Consent Claims
SPEAKER_01when I started, you know, I'm just gonna be me, but I let my nuts swing. You feel me?
SPEAKER_03Whatever the equivalent, whatever the equivalent there for a woman, that's what I be doing when I woke up in there. I know they be like, this bitch is crazy.
SPEAKER_01But I was just so look, I had some shit happen in 2017. Uh-huh. Look, no cap, this shit crazy. I was with 607 Uncle, I was supposed to be going on tour with him somewhere in the inland, but we in Illinois, and uh uh Charleston White called the police, I guess, to make sure we ain't have no guns. Yes. So look, I had some old warrants. I get I I get arrested. So it was so old though, because Illinois don't get bonds and shit no more.
SPEAKER_02Uh-huh.
SPEAKER_01But there was a bond, and they had a bond. Because I had high piece, I had high speed of police back then. Got away and shit. Hey, straight up. But uh, but I just sent this paperwork off. I ain't heard shit back. Like, I just did this. So that shit happened in December.
SPEAKER_04Mm-hmm.
SPEAKER_01And they didn't uh I'm trying to look for it. I'm trying to look for the case so you can see it. They didn't even put my shit in the file though, but they ain't did nothing. They just like warrant was quashed.
SPEAKER_03Wow. Wow. Okay, okay. Mm-hmm. And you sent them basically the same stuff.
SPEAKER_01Same shit, yeah. Okay. I forgot all about this shit when I became Dog.
SPEAKER_03I was like, that's alright. That's alright.
SPEAKER_01Because I thought I was cool, because I was worried about this. I was worried about the other side. I was on, I had some traffic tickets over there. I I remember I ain't never took care of. So I was like, be cool. And then um, not knowing, I thought I was cool. And we're legal over there. I showed them my weed and all that.
SPEAKER_00I was like, what the fuck?
SPEAKER_03But you didn't, but you, but you went and then they let you out or I bonded out. Oh, you you did say you bonded out, okay.
SPEAKER_01Hello, hello. Can I call you back in like uh 40 minutes? I'm on the call. All right, peace. I'm still handling this event, man.
SPEAKER_03I know, I know, I know. I wish it was something I could do, but when when this is over, I'm gonna be offering all my help. I promise. So whether you take it or not, but hey, I I I'm I'm resourceful, I promise.
SPEAKER_01So all they so look, this is what they had put. This is like on this one, this shit was in 18. See the bond one quash. Let's go. I ain't getting four dates, nothing. Nothing. Nothing. Uh-uh. That one was uh uh not everything's inactive. Yeah, everything's cool. Like shit. So then the other one, I don't know which one that was. I think that was the one I just did. There it is. So look, they got away high speed of police. Straight up.
SPEAKER_06Disposed.
SPEAKER_01Look, warrant returned.
SPEAKER_06Mm-hmm.
SPEAKER_01Everything went good. Shit.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, yeah. Okay. All right.
SPEAKER_01Let's go. Let's go. Yeah. That's okay. That's showing people my private records. I like people my business. But I'll just show you. I don't think I'd rather show you my shit than somebody else's shit.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_01But look, so when you when you get in, when you mean because you know you said you got a son, right? You about to cook for?
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_01So you gotta let your balls hang too. You make balls, so you gotta you gotta let your shit sway too. Listen, by what authority doesn't act in a fiction cover for beat? Like real shit. Like I've said you. Like you're showing me your uh your authority. Show me, show me a piece of paper. This is a court of record. Show me a piece of paper that states that your authority is greater than my higher powers.
SPEAKER_03Seriously. Mm-hmm.
SPEAKER_01Only God can judge me, pussy, and then go ahead and apologize for saying the pussy word. You hear me? Because as soon as you apologize, because they can hold you in contempt for curse cursing. Right. And you have to apologize right away, then that gets rid of that negative avertment. Saying apologize, Your Honor. Right. Right. Then you gotta apologize again. If it's a federal court, I know they'll go for it. They gotta understand the game. Yeah. But yeah, so those are the those that that is one of the main things that I've always stated. And then you, you know, delegation authority order, always demand to see full accounting, and always demand for dismissal. Any chance you get. Yeah. Okay. You can't think enough and make up shit.
SPEAKER_04Mm-hmm.
SPEAKER_01Like, I'm telling you. I've used in the federal court, I used Law and Order. I said, I watch Law and Order.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_01Because motherfucker brought it up. Because listen, let me keep it real. I was smoking, I was smoking weed. I had like 56 dirties. But I told him, what is THC? I don't know what that is in the alphabet. Was you there? How do you know what it is? Like I was just questioning him. I said, man, I'm believing none of y'all gotta be Illuminati. And that's why I went to the psychiatric evaluation. Right, right, okay. I went right back to my story. Yeah. I stopped it. I'm not crazy now. Mm-hmm. Yeah, Illuminati quinties. Who's your boss? I kept asking, who's your boss? Who's giving you all this information? Yeah. And then um, they had brought up, because I was smoking um K2 then too. I was I was touching out. And uh they was bringing up, well, we seen that people died from this on the news. And I said, I've seen that there's fake prosecutors on the news. That's right. That's right. Where's your delegation order? Where's your license to practice law? Or are you just a bar member?
SPEAKER_03Because they don't have a because they don't have a license.
SPEAKER_01You just a bar member. That means all y'all are two brothers and a cousin. That's right. Are you a lawyer or are you an attorney? Because a lawyer puts things in layman's terms, attorney turns things over.
SPEAKER_03A turn, a turn key. A turn key. Yeah. Okay, okay.
SPEAKER_01They cannot be a witness.
SPEAKER_03So technically, technically, and that's what I always thought. Like, technically, if the company wanted to sue me, put me in, sue me.
SPEAKER_01You have the right to face your accuser.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, sue me. But that that's civil, not criminal. Sue me. Exactly. And then I'm gonna file bankruptcy. So now what you want to do?
SPEAKER_01They already filed bankruptcy. That's what they can't enforce a debt on you. That's all contracts.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_01None of these corporations can enforce you to pay a debt because they're all operating under bankruptcy laws.
SPEAKER_02Mmm. Okay. Okay.
SPEAKER_01I get this shit from the ETH. I don't know how I know this shit. But look, an attorney for the plaintiff cannot admit evidence into the court. He's either an attorney or a witness. Franzi versus Pegliaro.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, I'm be using that. I will be using that.
SPEAKER_01There's nothing left to be said. Yeah. Who's the witnesses? Same thing with the state. These are these are fiction. Show me a land. Who's the state? If somebody here, a live, living man or woman, has something against me, let them speak right for wherever, right now, or forever hold their peace. I don't speak, Your Honor. Ain't nobody saying they got a claim against me.
SPEAKER_06Yep.
SPEAKER_03Okay. I got it. I'm excited. Like, I really I feel like Friday I have a chance to make all this shit go away.
SPEAKER_01All this is gonna be on the record.
unknownRight.
SPEAKER_01Like straight up, they can't move forward at the end of the day.
SPEAKER_03Right. Because they'll never be able to establish subject matter jurisdiction ever.
SPEAKER_01Ever. Everybody agrees to be a witness when I sue y'all asses. Because y'all the one forcing enforcing this shit.
SPEAKER_03That I mean that's that's the next step. If they don't, if they Friday, um Friday, if they don't dismiss with prejudice, Monday, they're getting a federal lawsuit. All of them.
SPEAKER_01That's it. That's it.
SPEAKER_03All of them. Just like I did the last judge.
SPEAKER_01I got rid of mine. But I had to learn too, so because I was fighting them for six months at first with the state. I was like, why is it so quick with the feds? So I start following this paperwork. I didn't have no problems assessing the tax doing taxes. That's it, bringing up the tax issue. Like everybody's a tax issue. All courts are tax courts.
SPEAKER_03Right, right, right.
SPEAKER_01Money off your state.
SPEAKER_03Yep. Yep. Yep. And I'm saying, no, we're not doing that. Facts.
SPEAKER_01Facts.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_01So you can always demand for the oath of office as well. Because not only the delegation order, I demand to see your oath of office. And what you're gonna see is that they do have an oath of office if they do the provide, if they do decide to provide one with you for you, and it's gonna be at the surrogate's office. That means they don't they can only administer trust and wills. What? Wait, say that again? So judges do have an oath of office. Uh-huh. And it's always put on record with the surrogate's office. That means they can only deal with trust and wills.
SPEAKER_03What? So so they can't really be up there on the stand, not even acting as bankers.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, but they're dealing with trust and wills.
SPEAKER_03I got it. I got it now. I got it now.
SPEAKER_01It's the probate court in Houston.
Filing Strategy, Dismissal Demands, Lawsuit Threats
SPEAKER_03Okay. And then when we say clerk of court, that's not this is for Houston or Texas, that's Marilyn Burgess, not the actual clerk sitting in the court.
SPEAKER_01What do you mean?
SPEAKER_03So there so the court, the court that I go to, they do have a court clerk. His name is Jose Salazar. He's probably 21. To Maryland, right?
SPEAKER_01You in Harris County?
SPEAKER_03It's not it's not Marilyn Burgess. Okay, look look up Maryland. The Harris County District Clerk. Uh-uh. It's a criminal, the Harris County District Clerk. That one.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I would I wouldn't send it to her. I'll send it to her. I'll send it to the other one. I'll send it to her first. You can send it to both, but make sure she gets it.
SPEAKER_03Okay. What's the difference with them two?
SPEAKER_01This district. So she the one really overtrusting everything. This hair. She's the real one in charge. She runs the county. The black lady. Yes, Tanisha. So the thing is, so here's how I learned all of this. I'm gonna show you. I'm gonna show you. I work behind the scenes. And what I learned is that they have companies that only deal with uh this is where all your birth certificates and all the titles that you deal with go. There's always a company there that deals with, and it comes from the main county clerk. That's who you want to send your shit to because there's one dealing with your estates. And uh I'm gonna show you something. This dude's called. This is who was doing my shit, right? You see, he's an attorney, right? Yep. So I'm I'm at I'm working at his company and he's also an attorney. Look, public accountant. Now check this out. I'm gonna show you how deep this town shit gets. Look, so boom, he got his own. He uh no, no, no, no, that's not it. Boom, you see him got his own law office, right? Yep. Not only has his own law office, he also has a title company where they're collecting your birth certificates and all that. It all runs through here. Right? Now let me show you something else. He's also a judge. Get the fuck out of here. They know everything that's going on, man. This is what I'm trying to tell you. But he also worked with him. Like he was the only one that was like, you write, you're not crazy, and have me fill in paperwork out for him. I worked for him before I became Don Kalam. Wow, okay. I just showed you how deep it goes, right?
SPEAKER_03I would have never known because I when I the only other time I've been to the to to Tanisha's office is when I was trying, like years ago, years ago, I was trying to file. It was some shit. And I'm like, oh, okay, because she's been there for a little bit. And I'm like, oh, okay, Tanisha, black lady, black power, right? But then when I walk in the district court, her Maryland name is all over. So I'm thinking that's who I go to, but Tanisha is over Maryland.
SPEAKER_01See, in the on the midsection, on the mid side, I know another Masonic Lingo to put in paperwork too. I don't know the Eastern star, the Rainbow Girl Lingo. I need to get around, I get around one of the judges or the prosecutors. You feel me? I know I could pull one. I just I never I never had the opportunity to connect with one like that, except on the other side like that. Like I could tell they're Eastern stars or whatever. So a lot of a lot of times in the federal cases, that's what they do. The put like to the master judge, once the once you get seen by master it, they they say if you're real or fake before you go to the next one. You can't see the chief judge if you're fake. Like you're a fiction, right? So you used to do a man and a woman, and then a uh a woman and a man judge, so they can't even use that lingo. You know what I'm saying? Because usually the men just know the men's uh secret language, you don't really get the you don't get the Easter star.
SPEAKER_03You know what? That's a good that's a that's actually good for me. Now I'm gonna put at the bottom of my invoice, I'm gonna put the phrase that if like if we were emblems and stuff, I never wear any regalia, nothing like that. But if I do see it, it's it's it's a phrase that we do. If I point at it, they have to tell me what that phrase is.
SPEAKER_01Do that, do that. I'm gonna put that phrase on there so they know too. That's right. So that's right. So I I put some certain signs and symbols in there. Um, I wrote a poem to let them know like uh more like a because the attorney is a court judger, anyways. That's why I wrote a poem, wrote it as uh uh motion to dismiss. That was the name of the poem. And just and dropped the Masonic language, the secrets in that motherfucker. Boom, boom, boom, boom. Yeah. And he gonna say, he then gonna respond back. I see your proficient in the craft. Yeah, hey, for real. Real shit. Why was why I was locked up? Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_03Okay, that's really good.
SPEAKER_01On the back of the paperwork, because there's a private side and the public side, the back is supposed to be the private. I just did my little spell casting on it with just some certain signs and symbols, they know what it means. Like I'm gonna show you one right now. You sure you're right. You're right. And then you can do sigils too. Like, look at this. I ain't trying, you know. Y'all know what it is.
unknownQuit playing with me.
SPEAKER_02You're right. You're right.
SPEAKER_01You right. They put their signs and symbols. This is how they get you. So ain't no difference between what I'm with this and then a state seal. What's the difference?
SPEAKER_03Ain't there ain't one. I'ma change the I'ma change the seal on that um that invoice. I'ma change it.
SPEAKER_01Um like people that don't be giving me one, I'm about to show you somebody's shit. Somebody's uh he was just responding. Like I mean, he's him. He's famous. Yeah, and it and the and the lights of play.
SPEAKER_03Oh wow. Oh wow, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay. What about the Q sit?
SPEAKER_01Uh so I'm waiting on them for Sean to hit back.
SPEAKER_03Okay.
SPEAKER_01I just I paid them like a week and a half ago.
SPEAKER_03Oh, what do I do with so you ask them for the one for my case too?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, you sue them.
SPEAKER_03So once I get it, I sue them with it.
SPEAKER_01That proves the securitization, yes. Right, right. But once you got the QSO, you can file taxes on the case too. 1099 INC, OID.
SPEAKER_03Which I'll be needing you again because I have no idea how to do that.
SPEAKER_01Uh the bonds, you file that with the GSA.
SPEAKER_03Right.
SPEAKER_01When after I get the QSIP, it's the same as the LLC. That's who's filing it, the LLC name.
SPEAKER_03Right. Right.
SPEAKER_01That's everything. They're following everything.
SPEAKER_03That's after I get the QCIP, though.
SPEAKER_01Yes.
SPEAKER_03Okay. And then one last thing.
unknownLet me hit him on.
SPEAKER_03I had a trust account with
Clerks, County Power, And Hidden Gatekeepers
SPEAKER_03Wells Fargo, but they shut it down. They shut it down because I I just I just kind of like had it. I didn't know how to fund the trust. And I didn't want to do it. I heard different ways.
SPEAKER_01I don't use Wells Fargo.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
unknownThat's it.
SPEAKER_03You know why? Because I walked in there running my mouth. I was like, can I talk to them? And we struck up a conference. I'm like, oh, you got a kid? And then she was black. I'm like, oh, well, yeah, can you can you turn can you turn my account into a trust account?
unknownThat's it.
SPEAKER_03She's like, yeah, but then they closed it like four months later because I never funded it.
SPEAKER_01Well, you can reopen that.
SPEAKER_03Okay. Because I don't know how to fund dude. I've heard money order or something. Money. Damn it, you be on it. I'm like, I don't, I just know I'm not supposed to use like paper money.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, money order. Go to the post office gonna post the money order. It's still back by go. You funded it lawfully out the gate. It's always a lawful account.
SPEAKER_03You know what? You know, nobody no nobody teaches that. And that was so simple.
SPEAKER_01Oh, it's simple to me. I do the shit.
SPEAKER_03I appreciate you.
SPEAKER_01I do call it a motherfucker penguin lip.
SPEAKER_03What?
SPEAKER_01I'm called it a motherfucker penguin lip.
SPEAKER_03You are like I would and I look, I think I'm pretty smart, but I would have never, I'm sitting here stuck. Like, okay, so I don't fund it with cash. Like, how the fuck do I fund it? Money order. I'm still learning.
SPEAKER_01You use a book. You can use anything that got value. Insurance policies. So listen.
SPEAKER_03How would you use an insurance policy?
SPEAKER_01Listen, listen, because the insurance policy has a value, right?
SPEAKER_03Uh-huh.
SPEAKER_01What's it called? Life insurance?
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Okay. Is it called death insurance or is it called life insurance?
SPEAKER_03It's called life insurance.
SPEAKER_01Okay, so you use it while you're living. It's life insurance. Right. Life.
unknownRight.
SPEAKER_01Once you have a value, you put in a trust. You got a two million. Listen, I'm gonna show you something so cold. Okay. I'm gonna show you something so cold. Just because you paid. You feel me? They charged you double. But I'm like, no, she persisted. I understand. I understand. I was there too. I didn't have nobody though.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_01At least you got done. Come on. Lucky.
SPEAKER_03You're right. And I'm telling you, I I thank my lucky stars all the time. Like, Lord, let this man have some patience with me. I'm just a sheep trying to learn.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I'm just I'm starting to just accept that I'm I'm a slave still. And I don't have no life. Straight up. That's what I'm starting to accept. Nobody get hugs and cuddles.
SPEAKER_06I'm sorry.
SPEAKER_01Don't care if I eat. That's why when I go out, I'm spending a thousand dollars at dinner. I don't get to go nowhere. I'll be in the house. Blue to a computer screen or a phone.
SPEAKER_03Sorry. But you notice I don't bother on the weekends no more.
SPEAKER_01No, it's all good. I'm like usually I'll pop out. I'll be here in Rolls Royces and shit now. I can't take this shit. I'm living my life when I step outside. I'm stepping out.
SPEAKER_02That's right. That's right.
SPEAKER_01Let me just go ahead and so you can see the website and shit too. Okay. So look, I'm gonna show you how cold your boy is. Okay. So this is business insurance. You see it? Mm-hmm. So what's the name of the business?
SPEAKER_03Jeffrey McBride McBride Jr., DBA Kalam International. Uh-huh.
SPEAKER_01So so you think it's a business insurance, but it insurance, it just insured me. Get the fuck out of here.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_01How much? How much per claim? How much they insured me for?
SPEAKER_03One million per adherence. And then right here, what's this? Up to two million per year, yeah.
SPEAKER_01Two million a year. I'll download a certificate. I'm let you see the certificate, so you know it's official. Come on, man. Hell yeah. Again, who they insured. So you I put because it because they insured me. Right. That's just a little quick little game right there that I learned from one of my higher-up mentors. Damn they're a billionaire. He was like, look, when you do that in a business, you wanted to insure you in your business.
SPEAKER_03And your business.
SPEAKER_01You are the business.
SPEAKER_03Right. Right. But how do you convert this? What do you do? Just send it to the trust?
SPEAKER_01And the trust, so the Kalam International Trust is the beneficiary of everything. Uh-huh. The whole life. The business, the business. That's who created this business right here. The unincorporated association. You got public, you got private.
SPEAKER_03But um how do you how do you fund the trust with it?
SPEAKER_01Because this is assets of the trust. This is the trust now. It gets paid out to the trust.
SPEAKER_03So when we talk about so when we talk about trust, we're not actually funding the bank account.
SPEAKER_01Okay. If I got insurance, go ahead and scan that shit. You can scan it.
SPEAKER_03How does the bank know not to close your account though?
SPEAKER_01What you mean? Are you a trustee? Do your job. You can't be asking questions and think you're gonna be a trustee. Yeah. Your bank, it has it has it's you're funded now. It's in the fucking. How does your bank have a net how does your business have a net worth?
SPEAKER_03They assign it.
SPEAKER_01I got a computer, right?
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_01So that does my business have a net worth now? Yeah. Yeah. Okay then. Get insurance on it. Now, now that I have insurance on it, I can get loans for collateral. Right. You can get loans against your insurance. That's what you're not understanding. I got collateral now.
SPEAKER_03I'm not like I I'm I'm following you.
SPEAKER_01Listen, I got a life insurance policy for two million. If I die, I get two million, regardless, period. Right? Right. Why wouldn't nobody give me a loan for that? If you die, I get paid.
SPEAKER_02Right.
SPEAKER_01I'm the beneficiary owner of your policy.
SPEAKER_02Right.
SPEAKER_01It's that simple. That's the collective. Oh, because you need collective. What do you think is happening in court? When you go to court, it's the same shit. You gotta insurance life insurance policy on you and you accept the charge. Yes. Yes. Tell me what is what is Social Security? Tell me what it is. Besides a trust? It's life insurance. Trust inside of life insurance. Listen, look. Yeah, yeah. Let's break it down because that's the name of the trust, right? Yep. So that makes you what? The beneficiary. So you accept the charge, you just switch roles, and they collect on the insurance. It's an insurance policy. Anytime you go to court.
SPEAKER_03It's an insurance policy.
SPEAKER_01Look, come on. Read it out loud till it makes sense. Because I'm telling you, this is not rocket science. This shit is simple.
SPEAKER_03The Social Security Trust Funds managed by the Department of the Treasury are the old age and survivors insurance and discipline disability insurance trust funds.
SPEAKER_01So I'm telling you, I got my own insurance. I don't need yours. And if you since you're making names against mine, I need what the fuck you getting. That's right. I'm doing the same thing they're doing already. I just showed you how to do it. Like I didn't sugarcoat nothing. You gotta let that shit sim and marinate until you get rid of rid of that public programming. That's what it is. You're going to be the beneficiary of it. So what are you the
QSIP Talk And Tax Filing Claims
SPEAKER_01beneficiary of? This right here. But since you're part of the government and you are a citizen, it all goes to them. You don't get shit. Because what comes out your paycheck first? Social Security. Before you even get your own money. Yep. You don't get to dictate the terms of this life insurance because it benefits the government. They dictate the whole aspects of everything. But all it is is life insurance. That's all it is. Well, death insurance. They're claiming you're already dead. Right. These middles, whatever it may be. Because if I'm signing over, if I if you know we got a policy that's good for life, no matter what happens, you're gonna die. Somebody's gonna give you a loan. There's people out there that will fund this because until it's paid off, they're getting the benefits of your life insurance so they know the company. It's called future money. That's all we care about.
SPEAKER_03Yep, it's collateral now. I'm telling you now, I get it. I'm like, how do you find it's the collateral because you're using it as collateral?
SPEAKER_01So I got an insurance policy worth two mil. That that's enough to open up a uh uh a trust account because I have a policy number. That's all you need. How do they open up and take shit from you? They open up account numbers, they open up accounts number is worth two million dollars. That's collateral.
SPEAKER_03That's right. That's right, that's right, that's right, that's right. What what what other bank should I go to besides Wells Fargo?
SPEAKER_01Um, where are you at again?
SPEAKER_03I'm in Houston right now. I have a Capital One Truist.
SPEAKER_01Frost is cool too. Okay, Frost is dope. Frost, but they the only thing about Frost, if you travel, they want to know your business. But that's it.
SPEAKER_03My favorite truist. Okay, we have a truist here, yeah.
SPEAKER_01No, it's down south thing.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_01So it's frost, ain't nobody else got frost either.
SPEAKER_03Uh-uh. Uh-uh.
SPEAKER_01Which is Texas.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. I know what to do now. Like, it's the the funding part, or probably I'll I'll probably get it tomorrow and be like, got it. But I got the basis, it's the collateral. Thank you for saying that because I understand that. So something turned on.
SPEAKER_01What what funds a truck's account is your future labor? That's why it's considered a futures contract and get around those article one, section 10. The government can't interfere with it because it's a future contract. They took gold and silver out, so the promissory know is for when gold comes again. Same way with dollars.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_01All those are just future contracts.
SPEAKER_03Mm-hmm. What do you what do you think about real ID? What do you think about them trying to make the banks basically you need your passport for the banks?
SPEAKER_01Get your Palau ID. Yeah. You get a foreign ID, Palau. I'm about to give you the link.
SPEAKER_00There you go, you get that last link in the chat.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Get your palal ID.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_01That makes you a foreign.
SPEAKER_02Okay, cool. I got it.
SPEAKER_01And you get that, you can put update the record on the court too. I'm gonna put that on a court record.
SPEAKER_03Okay. Okay.
SPEAKER_01It's their it's their the reason why I like using that, it's their job. They have a uh a treaty.
SPEAKER_03And it's only $288. Oh yeah.
SPEAKER_01That's just for a year, I think, though.
SPEAKER_03Okay.
SPEAKER_01Then it's then it's a thousand for like five years.
SPEAKER_03Okay, okay.
SPEAKER_01You need that motherfucker. For real, though. Cause listen, I get it everywhere with that motherfucker. But they the United States has had a treaty with them that they protect Palauans. Real real spill. So I just want you to see that. Okay. So Paul. They fight for Palauans independence. That shit's crazy, ain't it? That's crazy. Like that budget. It's like $880 million type shit over a summer time. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Okay. Well, I'm on it. I'm on it.
SPEAKER_01And uh
Funding Trust Accounts And Banking Choices
SPEAKER_01showed you that one more thing, too. Like if you start learning things, I'm gonna just throw this out there really quick. Don't forget to go here. If you want to get you, use this paperwork too.
SPEAKER_05Okay.
SPEAKER_01You can get one, you can get a digital one right away. And and I would say become a baroness or a uh maybe. So the reason why I'm bringing this up, so you see this? Say this word right there. What's that say? Countess. Accountess. What is that?
SPEAKER_03Some somebody royal.
SPEAKER_01So that's the that's the that's the female version of a count.
SPEAKER_03Right.
SPEAKER_01So the reason why I'm bringing that up is because you're being charged in the county. The county is a domain of account or earl. That's what I'm trying to tell you. Does that make sense? Earl and accountant. So instead of a account, they have earls. But an earl and account is the same thing. Count Dracula, this is why you have accounts. This is why you're in a county. Right. You follow me? A shire. The first the first definition of a of county is a shire. That's a royal title. Right. So you're in a jurisdiction of account. Of account. When you prove that you're let me and let me just show you. Let me just show you. I will give you access to the school. You need to come into the school, my school. I'll give you to I'll give you access for life. Thank you. You need to hop up in there. Okay. Let me uh hold on, let me add you real quick. The reason being 'cause I'm about to show you the stuff that we'll be going over is all in there.
unknownOkay.
SPEAKER_01So this is gonna be DK's private business circle.
SPEAKER_06Okay.
SPEAKER_01I'm sitting in it right now. And what's crazy is I'm about to show you. I put this on um um this girl I was rocking with court case to get her out. I made her a uh a baroness and they give you this. But you see, if you see at the top, it was it was filed in the courts, real courts.
SPEAKER_02Right.
SPEAKER_01Made myself a duke with the paperwork, they give you the paperwork.
SPEAKER_03I know that's right.
SPEAKER_05You get it right away.
SPEAKER_01Just showing because you know that that the uh attorneys are esquires, those are royal titles.
SPEAKER_02Right, right, right.
SPEAKER_01Everything is operating under that jurisdiction. The same way when you when you first get locked up, you you go to the sheriff's office, right? That's a Muslim word, that's an Arabic word, Sharif. That's a Muslim ruler. A lot of people don't know that. That's a real master. So when you start you start learning how we give up them titles, this this helps you get that.
SPEAKER_03Send me send me that link, or or you put it in the you put it in the business, the business group for the title.
SPEAKER_01I got you.
SPEAKER_03Okay.
SPEAKER_01You said you're getting that right now. Don't I don't like the word lady though, okay? And then um, if you ever do a man, I stay away from the word sir, because the sir, I was told the word sir over here means of uh uh uh like you you're still subject to them. And then I want to find you something else too. I want you to see that there's people that really uh let me show you.
SPEAKER_05Look at this shit. Once you get it, he che he updated his driver's license. They update their uh credit cards.
SPEAKER_01This is legal. You follow me?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, I'll be doing that tonight. Countess.
SPEAKER_01Well, you know, I'm just showing you, they can't go against it, it's a private contract. Who brings the count to court? Right.
SPEAKER_03Who brings the countess Chanel to court?
SPEAKER_01Fucking peasants. It's like black knight with my law. He's a more do you not know who I am?
Insurance As Collateral And Social Security Framing
SPEAKER_01Right.
SPEAKER_00Facts, facts, yeah.
SPEAKER_03Okay, okay, okay.
SPEAKER_01Then you got the Palau I need to. We're pimping all over the world with it. Now look, so the other one you have to go to DC to the to to pick up, but let me show you. Okay. If um, I just don't talk about it because I didn't plan on going to DC to pick it up, but I might. But this one's Estonian. I might, I might. I kind of want one now. Right? I kind of showed a lot of people.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_01I want one now. And they get you an address too. So does Palau? You can get you an address in Palau too.
SPEAKER_02Okay, okay.
SPEAKER_01But you see, you just become an e-resident and you get the little ID. Get an ID card from Estonia, the actual country.
SPEAKER_03Oh yeah. Oh yeah. Oh yeah. I'm gonna do all three. I'm gonna get all three.
SPEAKER_01That's what's up. That's what's up. I'm gonna do all three. I'm gonna do the I'm gonna do mine too. I'm gonna do mine too. I'm ready for one.
SPEAKER_03May as well.
SPEAKER_01I mean but I just like the Palau ID because it comes to your house. It comes to wherever you tell it to come to.
SPEAKER_03Okay, okay. And then there you gotta go pick it up.
SPEAKER_01You gotta go pick up in DC.
SPEAKER_03Okay. Okay.
SPEAKER_01Like council or something. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03That's fine. That's where I had to go and get my um, I sent my uh I sent for I had to send my passport. Oh, I I haven't talked to you. I had to send my passport to the embassy in DC so I can get my Chinese visa. And I got it for 10 years. That's so uh, I just got it back. I'm like, they got me fucked up. They will never put me behind bars. I need that, I need that black passport you got over there.
SPEAKER_01I'm gonna I'm getting a U.S. passport. Yeah, I used the world passport before it went into Canada and Mexico with it.
SPEAKER_03Really?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, they weren't tripping.
SPEAKER_03Okay, okay. Is there a such thing? Does the stars on the passport matter? I don't think so.
SPEAKER_01No, you you either got the you either got the black one or you got the blue one. The black one matters, you know. The black one, okay. Yeah, okay, okay. Yeah, I found five star shit don't matter. Motherfuckers, I'm like to jail.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, I'm like, it that don't matter. I and I'm like, okay, people still misleading people because that that like how does it matter?
SPEAKER_01It doesn't.
SPEAKER_03So whatever. Okay, thank you for confirming.
SPEAKER_01Yep.
SPEAKER_03I thank you.
SPEAKER_01Yes, yes. You got this though. What you say goes in your world, remember that. That's right. What's done in the dark comes out the light. So you know, and get your rhyme scheme together, too. That's that's what you need to be saying over and over in your head. That's what's gonna become your reality. That's right. That's right. That alpha cadaver spell put on back of your shit. That means I create what I speak. That's right. Uttering the word outer has the same room meaning so what you utter becomes outer around you in your world.
SPEAKER_03That's right. That's right. I did a test the other day. Um, I wrote a jingle two years ago when I got into this, right? And I and I seen the jingle every day when I shower, right? And so I was looking at the art of humming and how our ancestors would hum.
unknownThat's weird.
SPEAKER_03And so I I drive to Austin every three weeks for work to work in the office, and on my way back, all I did was hum. When I tell you, when I started, I started getting chills. I'm like, oh, I get it now. Like I felt not necessarily a tapping here, but on my pineal gland, but like a like it was a tap, but it wasn't a tap. I'm like, oh, I'm waking something up.
SPEAKER_01Right, facts, facts. So, so ways that I that that actually is very powerful. I'm gonna give you some powerful um. So just just say though, do though, the
Real ID Fears And Foreign ID Options
SPEAKER_01penal gland when you do it.
SPEAKER_00You feel it vibrating your penal gland? Uh-huh. Uh-huh.
SPEAKER_01That decapitates your penal gland and helps awaken your mind's eye. And then the same way with the um Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, same way.
SPEAKER_01So they do different things. The dough is very powerful. I suggest only do it a couple times a week for 10 minutes.
SPEAKER_02Okay.
SPEAKER_01But yeah, it helped awaken a lot of stuff for me. Okay. But yeah, my ancestors knew this for sure. They say um was the first name of God. Um simple state of meditation. You know what it's called that gets up, make a light bulb bright? How many ums does it have? Uh yeah, yeah. You're right. You're right. Do this. You right now you know how now look, speaking on the light bulb, this ain't got nothing to do with nothing though, right? But do you know how many um light how many white men it takes to screw in a light bulb?
SPEAKER_03How many?
SPEAKER_01Just one because white people screw anything. You hear me? I'm just messing with you. I'll just mess with you.
SPEAKER_03Anything and everyone, okay?
SPEAKER_01I'm half white, you hear me?
SPEAKER_03That's all right. That's all right, though. That's all right, that's all right.
SPEAKER_01We we're good. You feel good, you feel great about this conversation.
SPEAKER_03I do. I I feel good about it. I'm more um empowered. Like, I just um I I I feel good. Now thank you.
SPEAKER_01Thank you, thank you. Man, just know, especially now, you know you're royalty, you gotta make a bow to see you, man. A sovereign can't be tried in its own court. Remember that. Yeah, I like Texas because Texas knows about the Republic because they don't fuck with United States corporations, so they really know what it is.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. You know, yeah. They I don't I don't even know. Like, I will go, I don't even know why they fucking with me because they know I'm a sue they ass. They know they should know if they don't drop who going to trial. They should know if they don't drop this shit on Friday. They should they shouldn't know to expect a lawsuit Monday. Like, because I will not be going to any trial on June 1st. They got me fucked up.
SPEAKER_01That's the next step. You see them, that's what I did. I took them to the district courts and I had uh that's where they're going. It was great. It I had a great uh great outcome.
SPEAKER_03So yep. That's what's going on now. The first the first case, I mean, the the first court, because they had me in this court, but when I started filing paperwork, they moved me to a ghost court, right? And she tried to because I knew I had never been arranged my first day there. She's like, she gonna tell I because I had a lawyer, I didn't notify my lawyer. This is this was like January. She's like, she she told my lawyer, well, she needs to plea. And I told him, I will not plea. I'm not playing a shit. Fuck you and fuck her and fuck the prosecutor. I'm not playing a shit. And so I but I didn't. This is how God works. Source all universe. I didn't even know what I was doing back then. Right? Hindsight, I'm like, that was nothing but God because when I would go in front of the judge, I'd be like, I'm not playing take it to trial. I had no idea where this strength and courage came from. I was just like, fuck y'all, I'd run before I let y'all put me in any cell. Okay. And so, um, and so I came back, I did some setting. The the thing that was consistent was fire the lawyer. You got to fire the lawyer, you got to fire a lawyer. He's not on your side, fire the lawyer. So I can't, I went back to court and I've been trying to fire him. I have been trying to fire him, and I finally fired him in March, literally this year in March. Right? And so, hindsight, I'm like, they should know I'm not scared of nothing. They they should know they can't spook me by now. Like, they they should know this. But, anyways, that first judge, the one that was trying to coerce me to plea, I got her ass in federal court now with my lawyer because I want my money back from his bitch ass. All $38,000 in my motherfucking money back. So the parties to my federal lawsuit is the judge, the lawyer, and the prosecutor. Because y'all, y'all, y'all tried me. Y'all,
Mindset, Humming Practice, And Closing
SPEAKER_03all y'all collectively violated my rights. I'ma get these two. These are the two. I can do this all day.
SPEAKER_01As long as you put them on notice, you do what they do. Because they send you the bill, you don't pay it, then they enforce it. They do the follow up letters, boom, then they enforce it.
SPEAKER_03That's right. That's right. That's right. That's right. That's right.
SPEAKER_01Well, I'm gonna send the I'ma send you the copy of this this call. I appreciate it. Thank you. You're welcome.
SPEAKER_03Don't forget about that lifetime access.
SPEAKER_01I got you. I send it to you. Check your email.
