Life is hills and valleys. Life is one thing then the next. We cannot undue the mistakes of the past nor predict the events of the future. We can and must live in the here and now. Our recovery is based on the next right decision., One new correct decision at a time. We can only effect the here and now. We depend on our next breath, next heart beat, next eye blink. We need each and everyone in succession. Our recovery is defined as a decision to live and not die. We are not robots, but rather free moral creations. We live under a universal mandate that states we receive rewards for our correct decision and suffer consequences for wrong decisions. With this we live as free moral creatures, with the will to decide to live or not, to recover or not. Listen as Trent explains why his recovery is one day at a time
