 So many of us feel like it's just so hard to get any forward momentum toward our own dreams coming true. We have our dreams, we have our desires. We know what we, what we wanna experience, and it just feels like we come across one obstacle after another. In this episode, I'm going to help you stop feeling that way, and I'm going to reveal that you have a buried treasure right inside of you, and I'm gonna reveal what that treasure is.

So when we are feeling that we can't get forward momentum, we keep getting obstacles in our way, that's because we're on a level of frequency that is not true, but it feels and appears and seems incredibly true, but we're not.

Our power yet because we have not gotten to our buried treasure, okay? Our buried treasure, which is lives in every single human being, will help us not live on that level anymore. And the only way we can get to it is by practicing it every day and letting it prove to to us that it works. So here is what your buried treasure is.

Your superpower is your intent. Our intent when harnessed can change our, the energy we feel in our bodies can change the trajectory of our day, can change the relationships that we build, the interactions that we have with our colleagues and coworkers and friends and family members, it can do everything, but it has not been properly taught.

It has been buried. Let me explain first how our treasure got buried. Imagine yourself as a perfect, beautiful, precious infant. You came into this world, perfect. Just ready to explore, grow, experience, try, learn, become, find out what you love, and find out what you don't love. There's absolutely nothing wrong with you.

You are perfect, but all of us. Because of the way things are, have experienced imperfect parenting, perfect intent to be great parents, but residual trauma and impressions and teachings that got laid over our, our treasure. And instead of just being what we are, we learned, oh, in order to be accepted, loved and cherished, we have to become what's acceptable in this.

Family in this environment. So we create a false self because we can't handle the way that something feels. And so we have to become a protector to make sure that we never have to feel that way again. So if we, you know, live in any kind of a dysfunctional family, what we become is how to get love, and we sacrifice our whole self to do it.

This happens in small and large ways, but almost every single human being takes that first layer over. Are perfection, and then we become something that we aren't completely, so we become the false self. Then another layer comes along When we enter school, we just are curious. We just want to learn, but maybe we don't want to learn the things that we are forced to learn.

Maybe we wanna stay in music class for three hours and just. Explore what we could do with music indefinitely, but it doesn't work that way. So we have to stifle that and I'll learn this other thing and do it a certain way that may not really speak to us. And if we don't do that, we feel that we're not good.

Oh, we're not good at school, or we're not approved of by the teacher, or we're not someone that everyone else approves of, and we get another layer buried on top of this, this gift we have. Over time. We have layers that build on this when it comes to being socially accepted, and then we get the exploitation that comes with big conglomerate businesses that know that they can exploit these.

These very human needs. An example is in the eighties there used to be really strict regulations on what children's programming had to have. It had to have a good positive message. But in the eighties, they changed that rule so that they could create programs just to sell products to kids. And that was in the Heman and Shera days.

Now we created all these television programs just so that kids would attach to the characters so that they would wanna buy products. Since then be the people became aware that teenagers, adolescents have a very unique need at that stage of life to fit in, that became exploitable and in the nineties and two thousands.

Trillions of dollars were spent marketing to teens specifically so that they would want to fit in. If you have somebody that wants to fit in, you can control them. You can control how they feel, what they, what they buy, what they spend money on. It's also been, it's also happened that advertisers found out that they could go straight to the children way past the parents by putting little toys and.

Colorful characters on toothbrushes and everyday products. And so the kids shopping with mom will beg for those products and they cost more and they can get them to spend more. So we've just been buried in layers that have helped us, that have caused us to lose track of what we truly, deeply are inside of ourselves.

And once we lose that, we become. More concerned with how to operate in this world, and that becomes the way we operate. We like how? How do I make a life work? How do I become a person who's successful? How do I become accepted by other people so they like what I have to offer? And we become outside in. We are living in this world first to try to get our own needs met.

The buried treasure that we are is our truest self, but we've lost, most people have lost track of what that really is. That's why this podcast is about aligning back up with your inner guidance system. We do have this treasure inside of us, our inner guidance system, that when we get better at listening to it.

Honoring it will take us to the life that we want to live. It'll take us to our own dreams coming true that are totally unique to us. That was in us when we were born. That perfect, beautiful infant. So how do we get unburied? Well, the first layer, that false self that is in our subconscious, if I'll just give you a couple of examples.

If a child was kind of, you know, benignly, benignly, neglected, that they weren't unloved, but they just didn't get much attention, the parents were busy and they just kind of wanted that child to grow independently. They'll feel alone and not worthy of of love. So they'll become someone who often is a people pleaser so that they can get attention so they can get that thing they're missing.

Then that people pleasing is, is running a pattern, but it's not who that person really is. It's one example, but there are lots of examples. The way to get that first layer Unbury the fastest way is through hypnotherapy because it lives in the subconscious, and a good hypnotherapist can get that done in two sessions because the belief is in the subconscious that I must be this way.

It's the only way. I get to know that I'm worthy. I only get love if I serve other people and that makes me feel worth, you know, kindness and attention and whatever. They don't know that they're worth loving and cherishing without having to work for it. They don't know it. They may know it intellectually.

They do not know it in the subconscious, so that subconscious is running their life for them and they don't feel safe to say no. If they feel they have to say yes, because their whole way of having value is being that person for other people. So that first layer is the biggest layer, and that can be eradicated in one to two sessions with a very good hypnotherapist.

Now, the reason I'm saying hypnotherapy is because talk therapy, although it can be effective, it doesn't directly go in. So for example. Internal family systems. That is a therapeutic approach That is based on what I just said, that we've become a false self in order to protect ourselves from having to feel something that we couldn't handle.

That's in that theory, and there are lots of internal family systems, thera therapists that use that model, but with hypnotherapy, you can go directly into where that lives in the subconscious and in the body and eradicate it. So for example. Let's say that 2-year-old child is just, that's the first time they felt that they don't get attention.

They're always encouraged to play independently. They're always sort of left alone in that room with toys. They're always getting the message that if you want mom or dad to play with you, you get this reluctant ugh feeling. So that lives in the 2-year-old you. That's in the grownup, you. That 2-year-old is keeping you people pleasing now so that you won't have to feel that lonely feeling that's what's going on.

So when a client can feel that feeling, the subconscious can follow that very feeling to other memories where they felt that way and get to the first time it happened and the healing process there proves to the 2-year-old that that was never about her. It was never her fault. And the grownup client takes charge of 2-year-old because they can see in this memory that there, there's nothing wrong with that child.

They can see that it's a perfect, beautiful child that just deserves and wants attention and needs it, and they take over that role for that child. They tell them that, I've got you now. You never have to try to get that attention again. I'm gonna keep you with me and give you that attention every day of your life and take you to people who love you without you having to perform, perform for them.

When that happens, the child inside their subconscious calms down and just lets go and doesn't do it anymore. Doesn't have to protect you anymore. And the client then just feels, oh my gosh, I can say no to people if I don't, if I don't want to. If it's gonna deplete me, I can say no. And they do it for that child because they saw them in that experience, that they're perfect and innocent and that they deserve it.

Now they become the one who will make sure that they don't have to do that anymore, and it changes them. Okay. That is such an important experience because in two sessions you just won't feel that way anymore. You won't feel compelled to please as the example I used or whatever limiting belief is there for you.

It may be different, but that is what the. First layer buried your treasure because your treasure was your intent. Your intent to learn, grow, become, explore, and be you. Follow your dreams, follow your whims. Find out what you love. That was your intent, but that intent changed when you had to please to get love.

You had no choice, so your intent was not pure, it was buried. So when your intent becomes pure again. It has power, tremendous power, and it's buried because all of those layers taught us to think about how do I make it in the world so that then I can feel satisfied and happy. That is what I want to, you know, change back up.

So let's talk about how you feel when you wake up and start your day When we wake up and start our day. We can do it one of two ways. We can tap the power of our intent and shape the way that day will go, or we can wake up and just think of our to-do list and the world and what we need to do in that world.

And we aren't powerful. We're starting off our day being controlled by what's outside of us when we do it that way. And it feels that way. It has a frequency, it has a level. It's not inspired, it's not empowered. It's not. Fully alive. It just is that low level of like, I've gotta do this, I've gotta do that, and then I've gotta do this.

On the other hand, when we start with our intent, when you wake up and you, you know what your day has in it, but you imagine with your intent how that's going to be the very best day it could be with those things in it. You intend for it to be that kind of a day, then you use your imagination to imagine that day feeling the way you want to feel at the end of it.

So for me, I have clients every day I wake up and I imagine, okay, I've got five in a row. That's a lot. No breaks, really, so I'm going to intend that that day when I'm driving home, I feel inspired. I know I've changed every one of those lives I felt. Empowered and insightful the whole day, and I uncovered something for each person that they couldn't see before and all of that.

When I am in operating from that intent, then what happens next is, okay, since it's going to be that way, I'm gonna go exercise right now so that I'll know I'll have that energy that I just intended to have that will make me go exercise. Totally different than wake up. I should exercise, but I don't really feel like it.

I've got all this to do. It's a totally different energy. It's like you're living in a different world. It's a different frequency. When you use your intent, that empowers you. And then underneath that is the action, the action springs from your inspiration. So I will then just go run because I'll know that that is gonna bring me that day.

I just imagined and I with my intent. Okay, now this is a superpower that has far greater implications than just one good day. The only limitations that live in our world live inside of our belief system. The world literally does reflect back to you what you are and what you believe is possible. So if you start with your intent impacting one day.

Then you notice that day was different than how it usually is. Then you're starting to get tangible knowledge that this is a superpower and then you practice it more. But then the more you practice this, you realize that the only limitations you place on what you are the only limitations that live on what you can intend are ones you place there.

So if you could intend that day to be a, an incredible day, and then it. Turns out that way, what else can, can you use this for? What are you dreaming about now? This leads you, when you continue to tangibly experience that it is a superpower, what you start to realize is that the power of our consciousness is in our imagination and intent.

That that's actually what we're supposed to be using instead of just our thoughts. Our thoughts are supposed to be the servant. Of that imagination and intent. That's why if you just think about running, you won't go run. But if you imagine and intend this wonderful day, that the thought underneath that and the action underneath that gets you out the door.

Okay? So this is supposed to be the leader. That is why. This is why it's your treasure. It's our treasure. This is supposed to be our leader. Our thoughts, emotions, and actions follow that and take us to do the things that will give us what our imagination is dreaming. So I'm going to plug RJ Spino one more time because this is, this is explained in his book Access Super Consciousness, and I already knew it was true before I read it, but the way he said it articulated it in a new way.

So. What you find over time, and this is, this just became really obvious to me recently, is that instead of having that voice in your head, you know that voice in your head, you could call it the inner critic. People often call it the inner critic or just that, that nasty roommate or the one who just sort of ruins everything, that that voice eventually goes away.

And if you're using your superpower, what replaces it? Instead of those automatic doubting thoughts, those go away. And what replaces it is dreams. The automatic things that come in when you've now tapped your superpower of your intent and your imagination. Dreams are what pop in, and they all seem possible, so.

Instead of the, the inner critic popping up, instead of these limiting thoughts coming up, now new dreams are coming in that relate to what you're doing because you're using your consciousness the way it is intended for your own empowerment. Now it becomes an automatic dreamer. When it's dreaming, then your actions become automatic.

You do the things that. That will need to be done for those dreams to come true, but the dreams are what's running inside of you, and that is so much more fun than an inner critic. Okay, so this buried treasure idea, keep that what you are, the treasure and there's nothing wrong with you at all.

Somebody's limiting belief. Is that, is there is something wrong with them. And that's what keeps them from finding out that what I'm teaching is true. So if, if you have, you know, doubt about your own worth, because that was what you were forced to do when you were tiny, when you were little, that's just a belief that got put there.

That was not your fault. And I know that it's vulnerable to find that out, but. You will find it out. Every human being has this superpower and it's just been buried. I do believe that with technology, as advance as it's been and the way the world works, that we are all being suppressed. There are, there are those who have the ability to manipulate through social media.

We know that if we let. You know, children have screen devices without limits. They become a non-person. It's just how it works. We are being manipulated and controlled not to have this superpower at full function. And Greg Braden's talking about that lots more people are talking about that. On a more detailed level that I'm gonna go into, because I'm just about the empowerment.

But the point is you have this within you and nothing can stop you and your intent can grow. Once you've proved to yourself that it's working in your life on small ways, then bigger ways, bigger dreams will come and you'll think, well, why not that it's the same mechanism. I can intend to have that, that kind of day, and I can also intend for my loved one to heal.

Am I gonna put a limit on the power that I've noticed happens this way? No, I'm not going to, if I can use this mechanism for this, could I not use this mechanism to heal loved ones, have my children's, you know, dreams come true. Also, can I dream of, of world peace? Can we dream of money not being necessary?

I mean, I'm not gonna put any limits on it. The only thing that will put limit on it is what's in your subconscious that you can't help but believe. Okay, so the way I see this is humanity already is divine and has this beautiful superpower that has been buried, and it is time for us to dig out and it's the beautiful things.

We don't have to dig out. We have to remove. Some big limiting beliefs. After that, we just have to use the superpower that we have within us to intend. Now, if you use this superpower and you find that limiting belief pop up and you can't get past it, that's, that's time to remove that limiting belief. You won't be able to get past it.

If it keeps interrupting, you would have to meditate for hours and days and it would take a whole lot of work and a lot of time. And you notice that if you've tried that, you're like, oh, I keep trying that, but I just kid this. That's because it's in your subconscious and your subconscious runs 95% of your behavior, so don't tolerate that anymore.

Go to a good hypnotherapist that can age regress you to get that limiting belief out of you. Literally an hour and a half, maybe two sessions, so three hours. Versus decades of that voice running. It's just, just get that done. That's the first. Once you know that layer's gone, then you're really off and running.

Then your intention will have more power. Okay. You can't leap from, I believe I'm going to intend this day, you know, better into, I believe that the whole planet's going to heal tomorrow. You are only because you're, you have to be able to fully accept the possibility of that. But if you keep using this tool, we keep proving to ourselves in a tangible way that it's working.

So, for example, if you want to live in a more loving world, a huge way to use your intent is to intend to be that. To be loving to yourself first, to treat yourself with kindness. And to treat others. Everyone you encounter with kindness, assuming the best of them, and just offering help in the ways that you can help.

Every time you can serving whatever the moment in front of you is asking. That's you using your intent to be what you love and life will reflect it back to you. You will see it. That's, that's something tangible. Once you have something tangible that's showing you this works, then level up to another dream that you can, that you can accept can happen.

Don't take the giant leaps, take the small ones and then let life. Prove that to you, and then you can see how high this goes.

Another important aspect of this is that what you focus on grows children who have been given screen machines and hypnotized by fast moving images and used to being stimulated outside of them, will not grow a self. The way we grow a self is by. Work, you know, playing in the world, creating, having ideas, spontaneous ideas of things to do, and then doing those things and finding out what they're capable of and learning what they like and all of that.

Being stimulated on a stimulated on a by an outside source that is rooting an attention span, does not create a sense of self. This is happening everywhere. We have to be paying attention to what we're paying attention to. And the only, and the common denominator is our intent. What serves love? What serves human growth and transformation?

What serves me to feel empowered, alive? Happy and joyful and good. You know, we have the intent. To choose what serves us. We have the power to choose what serves us and to notice what's not serving us to be our best self. That is the power of our intent. And if that has been exploited to where we autopilot do things because of our society doing them, or because it's just easy or because it's always there and it distracts us, and then we find ourselves doing it again, we're not accessing our power.

Humanity has to start accessing this power.

Height of materialism, scientifically and economically in America is now, it's reached its peak, the belief that matter is solid and we are just bumping around in it. It's an old concept that is dying and science is proving otherwise that consciousness is primary and that it is interacting with us. That is what we're evolving into understanding and proving to ourselves.

We don't need science to totally prove it yet, although they're on, they already basically have, but we don't need them to. If it's true, is already true. We don't need the scientific experiments to prove to us what we've already experienced in our lives, and that's how I like to do things. If there's a guru that says this is true and it makes life constantly peaceful, I am gonna find out what that guru said is true by applying what he said to my life and finding out if it's true.

And that's my own scientific experiment. And if science doesn't catch up with me, but I'm 10 times happier than I was, then I don't care. And you can do that and I invite you to because that's exactly what has happened and continues to upward spiral to more and more beautiful, exciting experiences.

Because I decided to be my own scientific experience. Experiment. Okay, so science is figuring that out, that it is a you inverse it is reflecting to you what you decide to be, what you are, what you love, what you intend, what you choose to feed in yourself and in your life. That's what it will reflect back to you.

It is an inside out world, not the other way around. We've been doing this. Forever. It's just that if we are in a low level thought of, you know, the world is just so corrupt and there's so much, you know, strife and turmoil and terrible circumstance, and we just live in that belief, then that's just what we get.

If we are fearful and we don't go through our fears and confront our fears and find out what's on the tunnel of that fear, then we are just living in fear and we see fearful things. So we are doing it all the time, but our intent, our buried treasure is what changes it into what we love, believe in cherish, and want to experience.

So I would encourage everyone who's listening to this to start wherever you are tomorrow morning, intend that day. Get clear about what you are in love with that day, what you long for, what you desire that day, and intend that you're going to feel that way, that day you're going to do that. The moment you do that, you're gonna look for ways, how do I feel?

How do I feel in the spaces with joy? How do I feel in the spaces with whatever it is that you're longing for? And you will, because of your intention, you just will do that. If you don't intend, you'll be the pinball in the solid world. Out there living in that frequency and that belief system that makes you feel powerless.

It's truly simply a choice. It's just a practice. If you want to find out if what I've said is true, then use your superpower now. Let it prove to you that it has power and keep using it.

One other point on this, and that is your energy. A way to tell if you're in this level of frequency, or a high level of frequency is how energized do you feel? If you feel icky, you wake up in the morning and you just don't have it, don't have the energy that day, the first thing you probably need to do is just raise that energy so that then you can use your intent.

You know, if you're just feeling super sluggish, that's a good, you know, probably the best thing you can do is just raise that energy. Do something that will enliven you. That's why I recommend the cold shower and dancing to music, because everyone has to take a shower. You don't always have time to go for a run.

You don't always have time to go to the gym. Sometimes you can and sometimes you legitimately can't. But if you have that ritual that raises your frequency every single morning, and then you do your intention, that day's going to be different than if you don't. Okay. We don't have to be victims to low energy some days there.

It's just that way. And we also don't have to be high, high energy every single day. Sometimes if we're low, we just need rest and tuning in. If that's just that kind of a day you need to rest, then rest the next day. You will have energy because you rest it. Okay, so it's a, you know, you, it's an a way to assess that for yourself, which is needed that day.

But if it's that you wanna rest every single day, that's a chronic pattern. We've gotta do something to raise the energy up and then get to that intent.

I hope that this episode makes you feel that you have more power than you felt before because you absolutely do. But what you pay attention to grows, what you listen to grows. What you allow yourself to talk about grows. When you are intentional about those things and you decide to be what you love, your life will change.
