00:04:23.919 we didn't get much into it so I want to
00:04:25.360 hear more about what that means to you

00:04:32.800 like the Persona Dr Molly and I want

00:04:42.560 myself as a brand and it's it's not that
00:04:45.720 it's not real because I am a biohacker

00:04:52.880 my way in the last decade to optimize my

00:05:31.880 the identity that you created for
00:05:33.240 yourself is not the same identity that
00:05:35.199 you want to bring into your next decade
00:05:37.360 and women are so amazing in that we can
00:05:40.400 constantly transform and create and we
00:05:43.199 have this ability to just literally we
00:05:46.240 we we are like the Agents of Creation in
00:05:48.000 this world and so a lot of what I did in
00:05:50.440 my last decade was i' I I created a
00:05:53.680 Persona of myself I created a version of
00:05:55.759 me called Dr Molly and it was very much
00:05:58.120 like an ego Orient orientation in
00:06:00.160 service of helping the world you know it
00:06:02.560 was like okay how do I present myself to
00:06:05.360 the world in a way that people can make
00:06:06.919 sense of and I did a pretty good job of
00:06:09.440 of it actually Dr Molly came out of a
00:06:13.160 really deep desire to help translate
00:06:16.800 Health into a science and not have
00:06:19.440 health be this just you know we know we
00:06:21.800 need to eat right we know we need to
00:06:22.960 exercise we know we need to stress less
00:06:24.599 but I was really searching for like the
00:06:26.000 underlying reasons like why do we need
00:06:28.800 to do these things
00:06:29.960 and how do we do them on an individual
00:06:31.800 level how does a person actually take
00:06:35.759 those pieces of advice that everyone
00:06:37.080 knows are important we've been told this
00:06:38.720 since we were children how do we make
00:06:40.199 that real for ourselves so I got really
00:06:41.960 into personalized Health tracking AA

00:06:49.240 still use all of these in my practice um

00:06:59.919 supporting myself you know living in a
00:07:02.680 very intensely competitive city of San
00:07:04.759 Francisco which very much masculinized
00:07:07.520 me and I think the workforce today for a
00:07:10.520 lot of women we live in a very masculine
00:07:12.840 world and so we are taught that we need
00:07:14.680 to work like men we need to live like
00:07:16.840 men we need to basically be like men and
00:07:19.160 we are not men and when I was writing my
00:07:21.639 book The Spark factor I started having
00:07:23.639 this like you know awareness that like
00:07:26.720 wow like I need to take everything I've
00:07:28.759 learned that doesn't doesn't work for
00:07:30.199 men like that doesn't work for women
00:07:32.400 because we're not men and put it in a
00:07:34.160 book and a lot of what my book is
00:07:36.000 written about is like women honoring our
00:07:38.800 feminine Cycles honoring like where we
00:07:41.319 are at in a in a monthly cycle honoring
00:07:43.240 where we are at in our lifespan and
00:07:45.599 honoring our innate gifts as females and
00:07:48.960 I think in a lot of ways like modern
00:07:51.240 work culture has diminished our
00:07:54.039 femininity it's diminished our sexuality
00:07:56.599 it's diminished our connection to our
00:07:58.680 communities
00:07:59.960 and we are now in this moment of change
00:08:03.400 right Society is going through a massive
00:08:05.120 transformation everyone I know seems to
00:08:07.000 be going through change right now so it
00:08:08.560 seems like we're all kind of in it um
00:08:10.759 but personally what I'm experiencing is
00:08:13.599 like this like you know I'm very much a
00:08:16.560 scientist but I love astrology and I W
00:08:18.400 love woo and like I'm going like Pluto
00:08:21.000 just centered Aquarius and Pluto Square
00:08:22.960 Pluto happens when you're 40 so there's
00:08:24.759 a lot of Pluto transformative energy
00:08:27.159 going on in my life right now and I feel
00:08:28.720 it and I've been feeling this sense of
00:08:31.800 like wow this version of me that I
00:08:33.679 created that was super functional for my
00:08:36.080 30s is not the same P person that's
00:08:38.880 going to be coming through the 40s and
00:08:42.120 people go through changes and

00:08:51.080 to do this as women and this is how we
00:08:53.519 have it all is we recognize that we
00:08:55.440 can't have it all all at once but we can
00:08:57.880 change and transform over time time to
00:09:00.000 suit different needs as our as our lives
00:09:02.079 change so right now what I'm
00:09:04.440 experiencing is this like sort of
00:09:06.120 recognition that like my next chapter is
00:09:09.160 not just about science but also about
00:09:11.560 spirituality my next chapter is not just
00:09:13.720 about being an individual you know woman
00:09:16.480 in the world highly independent but an
00:09:18.720 interdependent being that actually needs
00:09:21.519 nature around her and needs partnership
00:09:23.519 and wants family and wants to really
00:09:26.240 value community in like a more tangible
00:09:28.120 way rather than like a intermittent way
00:09:30.399 you know um I I would say I'm probably
00:09:32.720 the mo one one of the most social people
00:09:34.920 in my community but I still don't always
00:09:38.279 prioritize it the way that I say I do
00:09:39.920 you know I still work a lot and I've
00:09:42.320 been really shifting into a new meth a
00:09:44.360 new a new question of like well what
00:09:45.959 does life look like if work comes from a
00:09:48.320 place of bliss what what does it look
00:09:50.519 like if work comes from a state of like
00:09:52.600 arousal you know or or ecstasy or just
00:09:55.800 like connection to God like what does
00:09:57.600 work look like in that space and that's
00:10:01.000 a different being that's coming through
00:10:03.560 like that is not who I was in my 30s
00:10:05.800 like I was working hard constantly
00:10:08.640 trying to prove myself and I was in a
00:10:10.839 masculine State and that really wore me
00:10:12.920 down fortunately I was really good at

00:10:51.519 I'm dating is like highly vegetarian I'm
00:10:53.519 like okay let's try it on see what it's
00:10:55.320 like this is a biohack I've never done
00:10:56.959 this before and let me tell you like I
00:11:00.639 was surprised that I didn't wither away

00:11:05.040 basically leaner than I've been in a

00:11:12.680 and I was like whoa she's really lean

00:11:15.959 ever do that started dating a guy now
00:11:18.160 I'm vegetarian and I'm like this is
00:11:20.040 ridiculous like I look like I am in my
00:11:22.000 20s again so love that what I love about
00:11:25.160 you know go on no I I love that I'm
00:11:28.279 you've a few things that are so timely
00:11:31.399 for me personally but also topics that
00:11:33.600 have been brought up even on this forum
00:11:36.240 recently and I do in a moment want to go
00:11:38.959 back and just start from defining like
00:11:41.920 what is biohacking who are your clients
00:11:43.800 what types of conversations do you
00:11:45.000 having but something that came up for me
00:11:47.200 as recently as this morning when I was
00:11:48.839 on a podcast and last night when I was
00:11:50.880 talking to my husband um was this idea
00:11:54.079 of us as women in pretty competitive for
00:11:59.440 for you it's the not only your field but
00:12:01.880 the physical location that you're in and
00:12:04.079 for someone like me and a lot of this
00:12:05.680 audience like my entire career has been
00:12:07.480 in Silicon Valley based company Tech
00:12:09.839 sales and such leading masculine energy
00:12:13.880 and what I watched when I entered the
00:12:15.760 workforce in my early 20s was what I I
00:12:19.000 didn't realize it consciously but like
00:12:20.480 subconsciously I was calculating the
00:12:22.160 formula of how to be successful in that
00:12:23.920 industry and it was leading with
00:12:26.399 masculine energy and communicating via
00:12:29.240 energy and that's at some point came
00:12:31.959 became too much of my personality for my
00:12:34.839 own comfort and it felt like in such
00:12:36.480 conflict with who a very big part of me
00:12:39.399 which is soft and has feminine energy
00:12:41.480 and nurturing and like maternal and all
00:12:44.639 these things and it felt like I had to
00:12:46.560 choose right and I think there's many
00:12:48.240 listeners here that haven't gone down
00:12:50.360 the rabbit hole to educate themselves
00:12:52.639 like you or I have on feminine feminine
00:12:55.240 vers masculine energy and like been
00:12:57.680 awakened in the
00:13:01.120 High performing aiing a l my and and
00:13:05.120 embrace my feminine enery slow paced
00:13:07.920 life in a fast-paced world is just
00:13:10.519 something that's been coming to me
00:13:11.880 lately so I would love for you to go off

00:13:15.800 what it mean to you okay so biohacking
00:13:19.760 and what I do what I would consider what
00:13:21.240 I do is like scientific biohacking so
00:13:23.320 yeah I took the scientific method and I
00:13:25.720 said okay why did biohacking emerge
00:13:28.320 biohacking as a term emerged as a way
00:13:31.959 for people to get things from the
00:13:33.440 healthare system that they couldn't get
00:13:35.560 from their insurance right so like if my
00:13:38.360 insurance was not covering Labs I was
00:13:40.120 going to go find Labs if I couldn't get
00:13:42.639 a CGM I was going to figure out how to
00:13:44.120 get one online if I couldn't do a stool
00:13:46.199 study I was going to figure out how a
00:13:47.360 company that could give it to me you
00:13:48.800 know there's a lot of things that you
00:13:50.199 can't do in modern medicine unless you
00:13:53.199 are sick in fact most of modern medicine
00:13:56.040 will not pay for you to be healthy they
00:13:58.079 will pay for you to be ill so biohacking
00:14:01.560 came out of a desire a lot of people in
00:14:03.279 Silicon Valley had to measure and
00:14:05.839 improve their health systematically with
00:14:09.040 hypothesis to begin for example someone
00:14:12.240 says you know I think I might have blood
00:14:13.560 sugar issues I'm going to put a blood
00:14:15.320 sugar monitor on I'm going to see what
00:14:16.880 happens if I eat different diets and
00:14:19.279 look what happens to my labs and look
00:14:20.759 what happens to my blood sugar and then
00:14:22.399 make changes so I have tried many
00:14:24.959 different diets and I've found that
00:14:27.160 consistently the things that C me to
00:14:29.040 spike my blood sugar are the same no
00:14:31.399 matter if I'm eating vegetarian or meat
00:14:33.199 eating it's refined flour and sugar and
00:14:35.959 liquid sugars and I actually just told
00:14:38.759 my boyfriend yesterday after we had tons
00:14:40.600 of delicious desserts last two weeks
00:14:42.839 because of my birthday celebrations I
00:14:45.120 was like can we just not have any more
00:14:46.399 sugar and flour for like the rest of the
00:14:48.079 year because I think I've had enough in
00:14:49.639 the last two weeks to last me for like
00:14:50.959 the next decade so like I I really
00:14:53.680 believe that like there's a lot you can
00:14:56.240 learn intuitively about your body and
00:14:58.199 there's a lot you can validate through
00:14:59.720 technology and science and so science
00:15:01.680 has always been I mean if you really
00:15:03.079 look at what science is today science is
00:15:04.720 modern spirituality it actually is a
00:15:07.199 modern religion and it is a way for
00:15:09.600 people to find Faith and Hope and
00:15:13.000 understand the nature of existence and
00:15:15.079 so I really believed and I still believe
00:15:17.279 that like science is a path for
00:15:19.279 understanding like parts of life but
00:15:21.199 it's not going to give you everything
00:15:22.880 but one of the things that it does it
00:15:24.040 can show you as a woman you can learn
00:15:26.639 about your cycle if you wear uh oring
00:15:29.720 and you track your cycle with natural
00:15:31.040 cycles you'll know which phase you're in
00:15:33.160 if you use the app clue which I do
00:15:34.920 you'll know when you're about to start
00:15:36.000 your period And if you start noticing
00:15:38.120 you know the week before your period
00:15:39.360 that you're really moody and you're
00:15:40.759 having a lot of symptoms you might have
00:15:42.440 a hormone imbalance that you can go get
00:15:44.120 checked in a clinic but what I really
00:15:47.600 think is really cool is when women start
00:15:49.880 to realize that like all of these
00:15:52.279 imbalances in our hormones and in our
00:15:54.759 life that may be occurring are often a
00:15:57.360 symptom of something deeper it's often a
00:15:59.519 symptom of disconnection from our bodies
00:16:01.480 and disconnection from our emotions and
00:16:03.120 actually not really feeling what's
00:16:04.880 happening and not being in touch with
00:16:06.800 like that's really going on and not
00:16:08.240 really talking about what's actually
00:16:09.480 happening in our lives because we're
00:16:11.160 living in this place of like I got to go
00:16:12.880 I got to achieve I got to do and if you
00:16:15.800 don't actually get still and quiet you
00:16:17.680 can't actually hear your body talk to
00:16:19.199 you and it will eventually scream at you
00:16:21.839 but oftentimes that's after months of
00:16:24.639 problems emerging so I am very much a
00:16:28.240 believer like I still for people who are
00:16:30.040 thinkers and not feelers which is a lot
00:16:32.240 of the population like data and science
00:16:34.319 is actually really helpful because it
00:16:35.720 can help you get in touch with your body
00:16:37.959 but any thinker can become a feeler too
00:16:40.319 like it just takes practice like any
00:16:41.920 feeler can be become a thinker it just
00:16:43.639 takes practice and um women who are in
00:16:48.880 traditionally masculine jobs and
00:16:51.000 biohacking was a very masculine sport
00:16:52.759 for a long time um it it's really
00:16:56.199 important that we still can get get back
00:16:58.720 into our bodies and really honor our
00:17:00.639 bodies and so what I'm learning is
00:17:03.600 really pretty much the secret and I've
00:17:05.079 been I've known this for a decade and I
00:17:06.640 haven't actually really honored it until
00:17:10.240 like the last few months is like
00:17:11.720 consistent Stillness like twice a day 20
00:17:14.199 minutes a day that is the first step to
00:17:17.439 trans transforming your life from a
00:17:18.760 fast-paced out of touch hard driving to
00:17:22.439 like slowing down and breathing and like
00:17:25.160 sitting and you know like I was just
00:17:28.439 desing like a lot of transformation I
00:17:30.200 went from living a really fast-paced
00:17:31.600 life in Austin to living in a very
00:17:34.640 natural environment with fewer people in
00:17:37.160 a much smaller City and it's a it was
00:17:40.480 really the the the exposure to Nature
00:17:43.120 and the like less exposure to so many
00:17:45.200 people that made my nervous system have
00:17:48.039 to literally recalibrate itself and I
00:17:51.200 was just like literally like I felt like
00:17:53.039 I was a freight train that had to slow
00:17:54.440 down like it was really hard to slow
00:17:56.280 down a freight train that was going
00:17:57.360 really fast and um so now as I'm
00:18:01.720 entering this next decade of my 40s it's
00:18:04.159 like I'm literally composting my
00:18:06.159 previous life and really like letting it
00:18:09.080 all dissolve and then figuring out
00:18:11.360 what's the new spring that's going to
00:18:13.760 come through like they call it a crocus
00:18:15.720 it's like it's it's like the buds of
00:18:17.440 spring what is going to come from the
00:18:20.840 composting of a life that was so

00:18:41.159 it was like work sleep party travel work
00:18:43.159 sleep party travel it was literally just
00:18:45.880 nonstop I am actually surprised I looked
00:18:48.159 this good at 40 given how hard I put my
00:18:49.960 body like I really really worked my body
00:18:51.919 into the ground and like it's funny
00:18:55.480 because the stuff of my book was what
00:18:57.880 supported of that yeah you know if you
00:19:00.159 actually optimize mitochondrial function
00:19:02.159 if you optimize metabolism if you really
00:19:04.919 really optimize nutrient status and gut
00:19:07.440 health you can do a lot more with your
00:19:09.880 body like I am Living Testament that
00:19:11.720 like you can get more out of your time
00:19:14.559 than the average person can get out of
00:19:16.320 an hour if you just have more capacity
00:19:19.320 but what I've learned is that just
00:19:20.679 because you can have more capacity
00:19:22.360 doesn't mean you should use it all
00:19:24.159 doesn't mean you should spend all it's
00:19:25.520 just like energy currency is money of
00:19:27.120 the cell right ATP
00:19:28.919 just because you make a lot of energy
00:19:30.679 does not mean you need to spend it all
00:19:32.520 because you could go from Rich to broke

00:19:38.919 live a long and healthy life that's
00:19:40.400 actually how you live a life of of

00:20:36.240 changed but 2019 I had a massive
00:20:38.880 Spiritual Awakening and it freaked me
00:20:41.000 out completely I mean it was totally
00:20:43.080 destabilizing and the funny thing is is
00:20:45.600 that like a lot of the things that I was
00:20:47.600 doing to optimize Health like literally
00:20:50.000 shut Kundalini energy through my spinal
00:20:52.240 cord and literally like blasted me open
00:20:54.480 and I was not prepared for it and
00:20:57.200 typically that will Happ happen ideally
00:20:59.760 that happens if you're in I was doing a
00:21:01.120 pretty heavy duty yoga regimen and
00:21:02.880 fasting regimen and um breath work and
00:21:06.559 hit training and I was doing literally
00:21:08.400 all the things that I recommend but all
00:21:09.760 at once and it was doing the most I was
00:21:12.799 doing so many things to optimize energy
00:21:14.720 and I just literally like had a
00:21:17.159 Kundalini Awakening um which I thought
00:21:19.400 was a totally madeup Indian concept from

00:21:50.480 reconstruct my ego even stronger and I

00:22:48.600 like isolation damaged so much so so

00:22:58.799 literally about how do we build products
00:23:01.120 and services around the science of human
00:23:02.559 connection and the science of love and I
00:23:05.200 got really obsessed with love and I was
00:23:07.200 like what is love like obviously this is
00:23:09.080 important but what is it what is it on a

00:23:16.279 out that love was a con it was con

00:23:44.480 survival I know about resources and and
00:23:46.400 why do we need to find food and why do
00:23:47.919 we need to like gather information I
00:23:50.120 understood that and then I understood
00:23:51.960 why we needed to connect and then my
00:23:54.320 company you know was basically like
00:23:56.480 trying to figure out well what are our
00:23:57.520 first prod product is going to be about
00:23:58.720 and our first product was a new Sex

00:24:26.880 more spirituality is because one of the
00:24:28.840 main reasons why spirituality is
00:24:30.399 actually good for people is because it
00:24:32.200 actually encourages connectivity and
00:24:34.399 human connection is literally
00:24:36.760 fundamental to healthy nervous systems
00:24:38.440 and healthy longevity so I am really
00:24:41.039 bought into this idea that like human
00:24:43.200 connection is is is both spiritual but
00:24:45.120 also scientific and we can marry these
00:24:47.399 two Fields by recognizing that this this
00:24:50.760 human connection concept is as as
00:24:54.320 important as food and air and water and
00:24:57.320 so that's
00:24:58.360 that's kind of where I went from there
00:24:59.559 but it was literally last April that I
00:25:04.080 had a wakeup call and I was like I'm not
00:25:06.960 married I don't have children and I have
00:25:09.399 got to prioritize relationships I'm

00:25:15.240 prioritizing it I am working myself into

00:26:27.279 was like a better or worse thing I just
00:26:28.919 didn't it was a prioritization thing you

00:26:34.000 times of their lives we're very
00:26:35.399 fortunate to have technology and have
00:26:38.399 physiology that's enabling us to have
00:26:40.320 children later in life yeah but I really
00:26:44.039 do think that we need to honor the gifts
00:26:47.640 that we have as women which is we need
00:26:50.200 to honor the fact that like we are the
00:26:53.360 glue that binds Society together we are
00:26:56.279 the Agents of connectivity in
00:26:57.760 communities we are the reason why we
00:27:00.159 have Community like women are best at
00:27:01.960 this this is what oxytocin is for it's
00:27:04.200 for social bonds so my next decade is
00:27:07.640 even though the previous decade was so
00:27:09.200 about food and metabolism and health the
00:27:11.760 next decade is like how do we actually
00:27:13.399 help our society at scale reconnect to
00:27:16.919 itself and if we don't we are going to
00:27:19.480 continue suffering from mental illness
00:27:21.039 addiction family like the decline of the
00:27:23.760 family and the disconnection from
00:27:26.080 ourselves you know like that's really
00:27:28.000 the saddest thing is like the level of
00:27:30.080 dissociation in society is
00:27:32.880 profound and the I mean it's such
00:27:36.080 important work that you're doing but
00:27:37.640 also in practical purposes I think at
00:27:41.240 least in my experience and the peers
00:27:43.120 that I watch around me who have followed
00:27:44.919 similar paths the reason that the
00:27:47.440 disconnection from self and
00:27:49.519 deprioritization of our gifts as women
00:27:52.320 is so it happens so quickly and it's
00:27:55.799 almost reinforced in every place you
00:27:58.279 look as a woman in society it's it's
00:28:01.039 because there are real things that are
00:28:03.640 happening like okay well if you take
00:28:05.880 this time out of your career path to
00:28:08.200 have a child and and spend time with
00:28:10.480 that child not rush back to work then
00:28:13.919 maybe you're not going to have that
00:28:14.840 opportunity and I think I think what you
00:28:16.679 mean is that like there's there's work
00:28:18.640 to be done in a lot of different areas
00:28:20.480 but certainly culturally speaking if we
00:28:23.559 want to prioritize connectivity and
00:28:26.760 really embracing female gifts and one of
00:28:30.279 those gifts is creating people then
00:28:32.600 that's going to have to also require a
00:28:34.440 cultural shift around how we how we like
00:28:36.720 message to young women entering into
00:28:39.440 their career how it's going to look for
00:28:40.799 the next 15 years if they start at 20
00:28:43.519 between 20 and 35 or 20 and 40 whatever
00:28:46.840 um like how tell you like yeah let me
00:28:49.919 just tell you right now that like it is
00:28:51.519 an absolute existential crisis to go

00:28:59.519 okay how am I going to do this and have

00:29:04.440 have a child and I see a lot of women

00:29:11.960 levels and raise a kid and all of their
00:29:14.600 extra income is going to child care and
00:29:16.760 it's like is that like what is the best
00:29:20.279 solution for our us as a species in the
00:29:22.279 future like I don't know I don't have
00:29:23.720 all the answers but I do think that one
00:29:26.640 of the things that keeps coming back to
00:29:27.960 me is this concept of tribes like we are
00:29:31.960 overlooking the fact that like like for
00:29:34.440 example I grew up in a in a neighborhood
00:29:36.840 where neighborhood families like we all
00:29:39.120 kind of raised each other like it wasn't
00:29:40.919 just one family raising of like five
00:29:42.840 kids my neighbor like the neighbor kids
00:29:45.200 that we hung out with we would have
00:29:46.919 hours alone for like four hours straight
00:29:49.559 my parents would leave us to our own you
00:29:51.559 know our own like spices yeah we could
00:29:54.039 just roam the neighborhood you know as
00:29:56.320 like little packs of kids
00:29:58.320 and you just don't see that as often as
00:30:00.159 you did Growing Up and more and more
00:30:03.159 kids are on computers and it's like how
00:30:05.480 do we create containers for children
00:30:08.720 that enable them to interact with each
00:30:10.279 other socially without it being on front
00:30:12.279 of screens you know like what does what
00:30:15.240 does it look like if if communities come
00:30:17.399 together and raise children together you

00:30:35.360 to pay for everything you know like
00:30:37.039 there's a lot of like questions
00:30:38.440 happening in society like men are
00:30:40.279 questioning their role women are
00:30:41.799 questioning their role like we're I mean
00:30:44.240 I I like to go back to like look in
00:30:46.720 history you know when when in history
00:30:48.760 did women have power but also were able
00:30:51.360 to submit right like what does that look
00:30:53.720 like and like Spartan times were really
00:30:55.360 cool right because women were both
00:30:58.279 powerful householders who owned property
00:31:01.559 who had jobs but they also supported the
00:31:04.120 men who went to war and I think as a
00:31:06.919 society we might want to look at that
00:31:08.480 model a little bit closer because it was
00:31:11.200 it was a pretty functional model I mean
00:31:12.880 like my personal gut feeling is
00:31:15.480 that the world's going to become like
00:31:17.559 pretty unstable the next 10 years and
00:31:20.080 our communities are going to be far more
00:31:22.080 important to us than we have we we give
00:31:23.679 them credit for and work is going to
00:31:26.000 change and monetary systems are going to
00:31:28.559 change and so with all this change the
00:31:31.200 thing that's most valuable is your human
00:31:32.720 connections and so I'm less interested
00:31:36.720 in like money for the sake of security
00:31:39.320 in as much as I'm interested in like
00:31:41.000 Community for the sake of security and
00:31:43.519 connection and purpose and meaning for
00:31:46.919 the sake of security you know like don't
00:31:48.760 get me wrong we do need to survive and
00:31:50.039 eat but um it's interesting to to think
00:31:54.320 about how if we are the creators of the
00:31:56.880 next world that we're going to be
00:31:58.320 entering like what do we want it to look

00:32:05.799 definitely still feel very drawn to
00:32:07.799 purposeful work but I don't feel drawn
00:32:10.519 to working 16-hour days anymore like I
00:32:13.840 don't feel drawn to being sleep deprived
00:32:16.080 I don't feel drawn to yeah um having to
00:32:19.120 blow off steam going out with
00:32:21.639 friends I just don't feel drawn to that
00:32:23.799 like I feel like I've already had all of
00:32:25.159 those experiences and like I certainly
00:32:26.600 don't feel dra to like alcohol um you
00:32:29.600 know those things just don't interest me
00:32:31.200 like the traditional like social

00:32:36.919 interesting at all anymore like it

00:33:07.000 want to do in I'm I'm calling forth in
00:33:09.840 my being is there's a lot of government
00:33:12.600 funding for tribes that does not get
00:33:14.399 spent because there's no vehicle to put
00:33:16.559 it to use and I'm like I've got a lot of
00:33:19.639 friends in in government and I'm like
00:33:22.399 how do we harness the power of tribal
00:33:26.600 wisdom and bring that to modern society
00:33:30.200 and so that's one of the things that's
00:33:31.399 like really coming through me right now
00:33:32.679 is like there's something disconnected
00:33:35.200 from our culture and we're we're losing
00:33:37.720 the the core um elements of being

00:34:05.080 human connection is making us sick and
00:34:08.239 it's not hard to get back to to Basics
00:34:10.960 but I have offered some really good
00:34:13.719 solutions to getting people to re to get
00:34:16.040 better in touch with their
00:34:17.719 bodies but I really believe that like we
00:34:21.000 need more than that now we need actually
00:34:23.839 simplification like I love complex
00:34:26.440 technology lab testing and optimizing
00:34:29.000 that's great if you have a bunch of cash
00:34:30.599 to spend but what about the people who
00:34:32.440 don't have all of that right what do we
00:34:34.359 offer them and like that's to me like

00:44:47.319 because I was doing all this research on
00:44:49.280 omegas and pharmaceutical grade omegas
00:44:52.079 highly refined EPA DHA is basically an
00:44:55.520 anti-ag drug and there's like literal
00:44:58.280 evidence in menopausal women that it
00:45:00.839 reverses epigenetic markers of Aging so
00:45:03.440 when I saw these studies I was like oh
00:45:05.760 my God I mean everybody should be taking
00:45:07.520 pharmaceutical gr omegas and I take like
00:45:09.119 four to four grams a day so like I'm

00:48:55.079 like I am literally at my wits end

00:48:59.040 expensive supplement but it totally
00:49:01.240 works and it's not habit forming and
