I've been asked this question more times than I can count, so in this episode I'm opening the door and taking you on a tour of my own farm office. I'll share the technology I rely on every day, the equipment that has stood the test of time and the renovation decisions that have completely transformed how I work.

This office has been more than five years in the making, and every decision has been about reducing mental load, improving farm office management and creating systems that help me work smarter rather than harder. From my laptop and ultrawide monitor through to scanners, printers, data backup, Starlink, mobile signal boosters and the Friday Workbox, I'll explain why each piece has earned its place in my organised farm office.

I'll also walk you through the custom cabinetry, boardroom, digital whiteboard and practical storage solutions that make the space calm, functional and enjoyable to work in every day.

My hope isn't that you go out and buy everything I have. It's that this episode helps you think differently about your own farm office systems. Sometimes a small improvement, whether that's a second screen, a better scanner or simply reducing visual clutter, can make a surprisingly big difference to your productivity, focus and stress levels.

Creating an organised farm office doesn't happen overnight. It's built one decision at a time, and every improvement helps reduce the overwhelm so many rural women experience while managing the administration of a busy farm business.
