The Breaking Moment Podcast is an encouraging and inspiring podcast. In 2021, I had a breaking moment that caused an interruption in my life. I had to change my old patterns as they were no longer serving me because a new me was forming. While finishing my bachelor's and master's degree in social work I had the loneliest, darkest, and scariest days of my life, until it led me to a better version of myself. Through scriptures, education and personal experience, I will discuss topics about mental health and spirituality, to help you with your healing journey.  This podcast provides encouragement and support and is dedicated to serving anyone who wants to become a better version of themselves!
