Laura Lillie - Human Design at Work
A British born adventure seeker who moved to Canada on a whim without any friends, family or even a home. I've grown my career from HR Assistant to Head of HR and I love Dogs, any and all dogs. Don't mind cats either.
I empower first time and middle managers through the transition into manager with confidence and skills to drive results quickly. After 10+ years in HR, it grinds my gears that there is still not enough support for managers. I have seen a tone of sh*t in my career and coached over 60 people leaders in 6 different industries, across 3 countries, from 1st time Managers to Executive level. I have always been passionate about human development, not only career focused, but building both self and emotional awareness.
Laura Lillie Coaching was built to develop People Managers in business because management is is not as simple as giving orders and getting results. As a collective, People Managers have the largest responsibility and generally manage over 50% of a company's people, their outputs and outcomes. In order to do this, Managers need to understand their role, responsibilities, their management style, how they work and their weak spots in order to truly be of service to themselves, their team and the company. Management is not a small job, but it can often get the least attention and I plan to change that with my 3 month coach-learning program that levels-up managers with the fundamentals skills needed to go from Oh sh!t to I got this and can show results.
