53 minutes just isn't enough time to really talk about the impact that this mom has on her community, but we tried! Ciarra Covin is a woman, a mother, an advocate, a boss and a beast on the TikTok Challenges, who happens to have a diagnosis that makes her aware of her choices. 

She and Tamara talk about A LOT - including advocating for your health as a black woman, managing time as a mom, and building a legacy for herself and her family.  This mom of two loves hard!
