The Fowl Frontier: Poultry Science Unplucked
Dr. Zac Williams, assistant professor of poultry management at the University of Arkansas, sits down with both academic and private sector experts to provide the latest scientific information to poultry producers. The host and guests breakdown the information in a manner that can be applied in the field. The show focuses primarily on large scale poultry production of domestic species but will provide information relevant to small flocks as well.

Insect control
This episode is all about insects. Kylie Sherril from Central Life Sciences is my guest this week. Part of the audio for her introduction was deleted on accident (still learning this new equipment), but she works with producers and provides education, product management and technical services for all of the U.S.A. We look at the importance of insect management in livestock production, prevention, and control. Kylie focuses on two of the most prevalent insects in commercial poultry production; house flies and litter or darkling beetles.
