All the Grief
A podcast for everyone touched by grief - which, as our hosts figure, is all the humans.
Hosted by Rebecca and Andrea, a therapist and a social scientist whose friendship deepened when they were connected by each having lost their father. Through the shared bond of being in “the club no one wants to be in,” they explored death, connection, mortality, and life. As they watched grief be bottled up around them they decided to bring grief to light and continue to explore all the ways that we, all the humans, experience it. They hope to inspire honest dialogue, create connections, and obliterate the loneliness that can come from the societal pressure to hold it alone.
We hope you’ll join the conversation.

Love, Loss, and Legacy: A Conversation with LifeBooks’ Co-founder, Matt Jacobson
In this heartfelt episode, we’re joined by Matt Jacobson, the Co-Founder and CEO of LifeBooks, a powerful platform that helps families preserve the stories, voices, and legacies of loved ones who have died. Matt shares how the loss of his own father sparked a deep desire to create something lasting—something that would allow future generations to truly know the people they’ve lost. From that grief, LifeBooks was born. We explore how creating a LifeBook can be both a healing ritual and a meaningful legacy project. Whether you're navigating loss or supporting someone who is, this conversation offers a beautiful, tangible way to honor memory, connection, and love across generations.
