In this episode we are joined by Chloe who is a lecturer in adult nursing at Plymouth University 

She also is leading a project on curriculum review for undergraduate nursing programmes. Chloe is an RCN Learning Rep, and mentor with the Citizenship for Life charity, supporting young people with increasing their life skills, build resilience, self-confidence and developing skills including team building, respect, and courage.

Chloe shares with Kate and Tina her personal reasons for becoming a nurse, her coping strategies and tips and techniques for students and newly qualified nurses to find their successful selves.
