Know Your Enemy - Recognize
(Ephesians 6:10-12 csb) Finally, be strengthened by the Lord and by his vast strength. 11 Put on the full armor of God so that you can stand against the schemes of the devil. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers of this darkness, against evil, spiritual forces in the heavens.
1. Recognize the *Reality of the *Battle
(v:12) For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers of this darkness, against evil, spiritual forces in the heavens.
(2 Corinthians 10:3-4) For although we live in the flesh, we do not wage war according to the flesh, 4 since the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but are powerful through God for the demolition of strongholds.
2. Recognize the *Strength of the *Lord
(v.10) Finally, be strengthened by the Lord and by his vast strength.
(Zechariah 4:6 “Not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit…”
3. Recognize the *Strategy of the *Enemy
(v.11b) so that you can stand against the schemes of the devil.
