Okay, so if you have small rocks like sand or you have sand and you have big rocks, so the big rocks are your like big things that you need to get done in a year, like your goals.

If you start with putting sand in a glass right first, then at the end you won't be able to fit all the big rocks in. Right to it basically sucks in the heat into your body and like, locks it in and then you feel warmer in general. But it also has to do with like it like helps with circulation and then helps with serotonin and stuff like it's just that's why you feel good after.
