In this episode of Studio CPO, Steven Buck, President/CEO, interviews Tanecia Davis, Director of Workforce Development for CPO. Tanecia shares how she began her career journey with a band scholarship at Langston University and eventually began her career in work that helps others discover and advance in their career fields. In the last 18 months as Director of the Care Careers Oklahoma workforce development initiative, Tanecia has helped approximately 500 Oklahomans take their first steps into a health care career as CMAs CNAs at Long Term Care facilities.
