This special edition of Studio CPO features an engaging conversation between host Steven Buck, President/CEO of Care Providers Oklahoma, and Tandie Hastings, CEO of Guthrie-based Companion Health Services, which operates Long Term Care facilities in Guthrie and Stillwater. Tandie also is chair of the CPO Board of Directors. In this podcast she discusses her climb up the career ladder, the importance of her team, how she relies on her faith in making difficult decisions and how Companion has embedded kindergarten classes in its facilities.
