Telligen's purpose is to help healthcare providers pursue best practices through data driven improvements. And that includes helping facilities like CPO members prepare for potential disasters like tornadoes that damaged Oklahoma LTC facilities this past spring, as well as other crisis events. Brian also shares his thoughts on leadership and the importance of listening to the perspective of others.
