LISTEN as Steve Buck, CPO President/CEO shares a conversation with Mark Long of Rich & Cartmill Insurance and Bonds, a CPO Business Associate member and one of the largest, privately-held independent insurance agencies in the country. Mark discusses his career journey that began as an engineer before entering the insurance industry. His 'do-the-right-thing philosophy is taken from his Boy Scouts experience as a young person, he says. Rich & Cartmill provides essential insurance coverage for many CPO member facilities, and the agency supports many of CPO's annual activities as a Diamond Level sponsor. It's because Mark and his associates have a 'give back' philosophy to the customers they service.
