Studio CPO is back with Episode 28 as Steven Buck, CPO President/CEO welcomes his counterpart from the Nebraska Health Care Association, Jalene Carpenter.
A West Coast native, Jalene shares her journey to Nebraska and the challenges of working in a state that has seen the number of LTC facilities shrink dramatically in the last decade and whose state legislature features only one house.
Jalene describes her leadership style as 'knowing where my lane is and not trying to do things that aren't in my lane.'
