Steven Buck, CPO President/CEO and host of Studio CPO is back with the milestone 30th episode that features Justin McGrew, chairman of the CPO Board of Directors. Justin operates a mix of ICF and nursing facilities across Oklahoma through Sallisaw-based ONHL Health Services. In the conversation, he tells Steven that he emphasizes a "do the do's and don't the don'ts" leadership philosophy in which if you do the right thing, everything else will fall in line.
