Joe Hauser - Business Operation Specialist
Joe currently works at Boeing where he is a Business Operation Specialist. He is working at the 737 Seattle Delivery Center working on special projects. He runs the Paint Obeya Room, where they go over Kaizens which are little projects that take less then a month to complete. Obeya is a Japenese word meaning large room. Kaizen is a compound of two Japanese words that together translate as "good change" or "improvement." However, Kaizen has come to mean continuous improvement.
