My dedication to those stories and healing broken hearts didn't go unnoticed and I’ve been recognised as the mother of Scotland by the United Nations.
Scotland in her essence, is also a narrative powerhouse.
As a Scot, we are a nation infused with identity, culture and deep-rooted folklore. Who else would have the national symbol as the unicorn?
Our ancient tongues weave spells and our stones act as portals through time and our constant companion rain?

Charities Lizzy Supports
Mama Baby Haiti is a charity of midwives supporting women, babies and families in Haiti where a private healthcare system is in place. Women generally birth at home but if they require intervention then they have to pay. Mama Baby Haiti has midwives supporting care for women and babies and also pays the fees to release the women from the hospitals if they've been held captive after birth, unable to pay extensive hospital bills.
