Steve Grimsley | TemplePM | What Makes the Perfect Block Management Candidate

Jodie Fraser Episode 36

Welcome to Beyond Four Walls, the podcast where we delve into the stories and experiences that shape the block management sector, exploring the lives and careers of those who make a significant impact in this dynamic industry. I'm your host, and today we have an incredibly special guest joining us: Steve Grimsley.

Steve is a seasoned recruitment professional with over two decades of experience in the block management sector. Throughout his illustrious career, he has successfully placed hundreds of talented individuals in rewarding roles, forging strong partnerships with top companies in the industry. One of his most remarkable accomplishments includes placing our previous guest, Helen Roberts, in her stellar role at Remus. It's been fantastic to witness her rise and gain the recognition she so richly deserves.

In 2009, Steve founded TemplePM, a recruitment agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to both candidates and clients. His deep understanding of the block management sector, combined with his commitment to building lasting relationships, has positioned TemplePM as a trusted partner to numerous businesses.

Beyond his professional achievements, Steve is a dedicated community member. He has served as Chairman of the local primary school and rugby club and was a Parish Councilor, giving back to his community while developing invaluable leadership skills. Not to mention, Steve is a passionate rugby player, still competing at the first team level at the age of 45, demonstrating the importance of teamwork, perseverance, and maintaining a positive attitude—qualities he brings to every aspect of his professional life.
