Whatever happened today — it doesn't get to follow you in here.
This is a meditation for the end of the day. Not for sleep exactly, but for the transition into it — the deliberate act of putting the day down before it follows you into the night.
Using a breath-mapped body release, this session lets each exhale do the work: your forehead, jaw, shoulders, hands, belly, legs — each one softening with its own breath out. Nothing forced. Nothing rushed. Just your body being reminded that it's allowed to stop.
Because rest isn't a reward for finishing everything. It never was. Find somewhere comfortable, press play, and let whatever happened today wait outside for a while.
