Hey, what's up everybody. This is Dietrich with Get Fit Methods. I am a fitness coach. I've been a fitness coach for over two decades and my journey of training has gotten to it. Because of health issues when I was younger and that led me to training other people like fitness coaches, other fitness coaches, rubber instructors, kids, the YMCA I first started my journey and then, as time went on, I started doing professional bodybuilding for quite a while, started focusing on moms, and that's what Get Fit Methods is all about.

Speaker 1:

It's focused on moms because, as a kid, my single parent, my mom, like many mothers I find, would just focus on the kids and not really focus a lot of time on making sure they were healthy or making sure they were valued as much as they should be. So Get Fit Methods, the Fit Life Blueprint, is all about that. I started this journey because I was trying to help as many moms as possible. I would call my mom waking up, wake up early in the morning, driving to work at this semi-line work for many years until she retired and a little time for herself. Just everything about the kids. And from the women I train now it's from the same thing, except for business professionals and stay at home moms or mom bosses, stuff like that. I see the same similarities in them, where they basically just work and they may not feel like they're at their best and may not feel the best in their skin, but yet the focus is going to be kids.

So through my training, I found ways that basically I feel can help get them in better shape or get you in better shape faster and more, which is what I'm looking for a more convenient way of doing it and not take up all your time, because I know you still want to spend time with your kids. But this way Get Fit Methods way is basically kind of save you time and make it still just as effective as other ways of training that they do now, which is like an hour or so in the gym. So my motivation for the channel is to basically help moms get the best shape they can at a less time. My thing is less is more to getting fit or faster way to get fit. So thank you for joining my channel. We have a lot more people invited on this channel through time goes on other professionals that are well versed in nutrition and fitness.
