Welcome back to Get Fit Methods. It is a Monday. Welcome back to the week. This is Dietrich, with Get Fit Methods, a bit like blueprint. So today I'm going to talk about how our bodies and our muscles, how they grow at pretty much any age or get stronger. Especially, we talk about females and I know a lot of the issues are as you get older, our estrogen levels decrease. But, on a more simpler way of addressing these things, less is more in the faster way to fit, and I was explained that how this works and how this thing called amp grazing works like our bodies work as far as production, as far as how to grow by the heavy hit method, and our hit training kind of goes hand in hand with this amp grazing method. So if you are, or are you, one of those who find it hard to put on muscle, to get stronger, to get leaner, carry extra layers of fat, unwanted or not even trying to, but it seems like this keeps happening to you because we've tried before eating wise, training wise, but there's so many different, a lot of information out there and somebody can be overwhelming. You don't know what to believe, what to apply, what to take away, what to add. So I hope I can break this down for you, for you, ladies, and hope this works well and it's easy to understand. So I'll try to make it as simple as possible. But first I'm going to play this clip about amp grazing how it works for the farmers and this is their method from using from many centuries ago, how they did it with the buffalo and all that kind of stuff and the method used to help grow the grass and how that worked. And they're trying to get away from that using these fertilizers. Going back to the same method as before, but just take a quick listen to this and how he explains the heavy hit method was amp grazing, so that method which he's referring to is kind of the same premise or same approach.

Speaker 1:

We have to I get fit method and tempo training. Tempo training meaning that you have which I explained before in one of my other episodes where you have a slow tempo on the down and the up movements of any exercise, is constantly being hit hard as possible to absolute exhaustion or failure, and the best part about that method is, once you do that, you can rest. It takes roughly 20 minutes to do it, maybe 30. You rest until now if you're a super sore. I don't suggest and I say super sore meaning, say, on a scale one to 10, your soreness is about a seven to 10. Anything less than that, you probably can go back into it, maybe down to a five. But if you're still super sore, especially first time, trying to rest.

Speaker 1:

Rest, because the only time you really grow muscle is if you recover, and that's where your speed comes in, especially if you're natural. You're natural you need a little bit longer to recover. The thing about why the ones who basically take steroids can't go back in the gym so fast because the stuff they use helps them to recover faster. Therefore, they're gonna put on muscle a lot faster as well. But for those who are natural, it takes a little longer to recover. Again, this is not for someone who's probably in their 20s, but as we get older that probably takes a little longer.

But I would like about to get the temple method is that you don't have to do as much. The goal is not to is like how many can you do Is how little can you do and be just as effective. That way you get your time back. Time is very important, especially when you get past that. What should be important all the time, but as you get older you'll find that you probably feel like you're running out of time or you don't have enough time. So, with that being said, you want to try to minimize one damage over training of tearing down the muscles. Give them time to grow back, and that way they will grow back stronger and a lot faster. Faster is kind of a relative word, but that's the idea behind the training. So if you're one of those women who don't feel like you're getting in shape fast enough things are not happening fast enough.
