Hey, what is going on? What is going on? We are at提 horizon. Address it. My name is Dietrich Horsey. Owner brain heaning behind to get fit method. Bit like blueprint here to address the elephant in the room and redefine what it means to be fit women after 40. No calorie counting, no endless hours at the gym, just mindful eating and smarter way to fitness. Cool, so let's get it cracking. They were gonna shake things up a bit. We're going to talk about why those knees resolutions are letting you down and how you can turn things around with smarter, faster approach to fitness.

Have you ever felt like every year you tell yourself the same story, the same lie about why you couldn't get fit? I've heard quite a few. One is post COVID. It is COVID. Somebody else would allow me to get fit, somebody else would allow me to do my routine because things kept happening to me. Things came up, my schedule changed, my work changed Anything, but the actual truth, right? So let's dive it in.

Speaker 1:

And why do so many make the same resolution year after year and you find ourselves back to square one? Answers pretty simple we're setting ourselves up for failure by setting unmalicious goals. It's like trying to climb Mount Everest without proper training or gear, crazy pants, right, yeah, that's what we do. So let's take weight loss, for example. How many of you have vowed to get in shape as a specific four, that a clear plan or timeline? Kind of like setting up on a road trip and not having a map Bound to get lost for sure? I knew I would. I get lost even with the map. So instead let's get smart as an acronym, s-m-a-r-t about our goals. That means specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and timely. So instead of saying I want to lose weight, let's say I want to lose 10 pounds by June.

The first by following, of course, plug the fit light blueprint of get bit methods. It's not just about where you're lost. Same thing applies to spending more time with family, quitting smoking or getting out of debt. It's all about setting clear, achievable goals and having a plan to reach them.
