Hey everybody, what is going on? This is Deetra with Get Fit Message Welcome, welcome. So exciting news for coming to New Year Mark your calendar. We are having a free webinar on how to get fit in less time, sleep recovery, best way to get to sleep in less time, and how to eat or sit us up for the right way to eat in less time. So everything is about being, or doing things in less time. One thing you cannot get back, if you all know or should know, is time.

So my focus, heading to the New Year, especially my moms, who are extremely busy always got a lot of stuff going on, for good reason, going all the love and making the house a home and all that kind of good stuff which they do so well, but very little time for themselves, and I'm sure they don't mind, except for when it comes to that point where you basically have worked yourself into the ground and now you have nothing else to give. I suggest every mom out there grandmom 40 plus, who are in that range make time for yourself. It's hard to give what you don't have and if you're one of those people, one of those moms who work yourself into the ground, especially during the holiday season or any time really. I mean, you think about moms. That's what they do, they give and they don't mind giving. They love. To give makes them feel good, that's their love language. But the same token that comes to the point where they've overdone it, because then they get really short, they're depressed and sometimes they don't feel worthy because their work, the stuff they give, is hard to get back. All they give, plain and simple. So everyone who's kind of moms, grandmoms, have done this to yourself or allowed this to happen.

I've talked with this many times in our podcast before and also in the new year we also plan on having a few other speakers that are in the health and fitness industry to speak on these certain topics, information that maybe I'm not aware of. That can help you guys out, get there a lot sooner or at least be more aware of how to get there in the most efficient way.
