Good day everyone. Good day. This is teacher with get fit methods. Less is more to get fit fast. That is our motto. So welcome everyone to our podcast. We have some exciting news. We are having a guest speaker tomorrow, susie Ruth, who is her business called Life Walker, and Susie is a knowledgeable person when it comes to one goal setting for women 40 plus and those who are just goal setting period, but especially for women who are 40 plus in self care, but also she's a grief counselor. So we are having her on our podcast tomorrow.

So you guys need to tune in. I think it's a lot of lessons to be learned there, but a lot of information that will be helpful for those who are, you know, struggling with where you are or can't seem to get started, even though it's February and you know the New York's resolution thing is something to wane and stuff like that. This happens on its time of the year, but also just to kind of get your get on track where you want to be. There's no better time than now, if I know that, and there's no better year than now this year. Again, this is Deitchie. Of course, you get fit methods and I'd like to leave you with this. If it doesn't challenge you, it won't change you. It's all about the challenge. Start this year, this month. Think about 10 X in wherever you are. It's easier than two X. This one of books I've been listening to and it makes perfect sense that if you are just kind of kicking that can around that two X neighborhood. That's where you probably end up be for the rest of your rest of your life. So you definitely want to 10 X and accelerate where you are, have a person walking by who's? Yeah, anyway, yeah. So anyway, 10 X, not two X. Get on the horse, get going giddy up, and I talked to you guys soon, stay in tune.
