The M.A.K Podcast
This is a continuation of the How R.u.d.e! Podcast. Follow this underground underdog of an artist’s journey to success. Follow the growth, progression, the trails and tribulations of a disenfranchised entertainer alongside with his friends and contemporaries.
The MAK Podcast — Too real for the faint-hearted, too funny for the boring.
Welcome to The MAK Podcast, the audio equivalent of kicking down the door to a late-night hangout where nobody pretends to behave. It’s music, madness, and mouthy opinions — all thrown into one glorious, unfiltered chaos. Expect Hip-Hop/Rap, R&B, and Alternative tracks that slap, paired with conversations that definitely weren’t cleared by any legal department.
We’re talking social and political commentary with a side of sarcasm, sports debates so heated you’ll think someone owes someone money, and life philosophy that might actually fix you… or break you. Either way, you’ll laugh. Probably too hard.
For listeners 21–55 who are tired of polished nonsense, The MAK Podcast is your sanctuary of reckless honesty, questionable wisdom, and jokes that will absolutely get someone in trouble.
It’s wild. It’s messy. It’s for entertainment purposes only — seriously, don’t quote us at work.

Bobby Drake Flow
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
This episode got a little filler-ish, but Asaad & Kemistree still found plenty to unpack. The duo dives headfirst into Drake’s latest project, Iceman, going track-by-track with reactions, artist notes, production breakdowns, and honest feedback throughout. Somewhere along the way, they pose the ultimate Drake debate: which intro track is really his greatest?
After a quick music break, the conversation shifts gears. The two react to internet food critic Keith Lee saying the number of children he and his wife have is ultimately her decision — and the bizarre incel outrage that followed online. Then it’s a brief stop in politics as they discuss NYC mayoral candidate Mamdani’s “tax the rich” stance before wrapping things up with a short but brutal review of Kevin Hart’s latest Netflix roast.
Music takes, internet nonsense, politics, and comedy slander — just another episode of The M.A.K Podcast.
Alright, look. Going back to what we was talking about before we got on there.
SPEAKER_10Yes, but after I want you to play some Michael Jackson at some point.
SPEAKER_04Oh, we we will. We'll we'll get there. We'll get there. But no, it's uh it's Iceman Day, you know?
SPEAKER_10Okay, but honey, we Iceman Park. We got a lot to talk about. Who the big with the fucking? Go ahead. Um, but but so so so just to uh catch up, because we already just gonna hop into it.
SPEAKER_06I like it.
SPEAKER_10Uh I don't know why you are staying office, but you do come off staying off. Okay. You know what I mean? Okay. You do, and maybe that's a good thing. Like you're protecting your feelings or maybe moving around or whatever. It taught you. But that's the crazy part. I'm not staying off.
SPEAKER_04I don't I don't think I'm staying office. You like what about me that gives stand office?
SPEAKER_10What look what does connecting look like with somebody outside of like me or people like your Tyler's me? How would you yes?
SPEAKER_04Yeah. I mean, uh, I treat everybody with grace, kindness, respect, you know what I mean?
SPEAKER_10Like you do. You give everybody respect.
SPEAKER_04Of course. So you speak to me, I speak to you. If there's a conversation that you want to have, I'm definitely down to have a conversation. No matter what. No matter what. Even if it's aggravating. Even if it's aggravating. No, if it's aggravating, it makes you more fun. Because I could be no.
SPEAKER_10I haven't seen it.
SPEAKER_04Because no everyone's afraid to talk to me.
SPEAKER_10I've seen you though with like uh because you're a lot of people are afraid to talk to me. Because you know you do the uh the boys, like the camp shit, the joint, the camp stuff, right? So and a lot of these guys, you are older. I've seen with the younger men out here that you that you have been some type of mentor or guide for them, you know what I mean? Okay. So you I feel like uh somehow, somewhere you ended up coming into that role. Like it's like a teacher role, maybe, or uh mentor, but I I don't see you easily connecting like how I do. I mean, because you like prime example.
SPEAKER_04Because you're you, ma'am, are very enthusiastic, you have a very high energy, you're you're you're funny, you're you're charming, you're charismatic. You have a very draw-in vibe about you. People gravitate towards you because you are a gravitating per person. That's not a bad thing.
SPEAKER_10That'll take so bad. So I'm just saying, so it's it's different because you have a bunch of people around, and sometimes that energy just because I can take it on, right? Could y'all help me with this? And so this is what I mean by why you stand off, that's what I'm saying.
SPEAKER_04But I'm so I'm I'm right there with you though. Like I could be the same way. You feel what I'm saying? But I'm not interpreted as that.
SPEAKER_10But maybe it's not meant for you to be the same way in that regard. That's what I'm saying. Okay, all right? Because why I can take it, it do be a lie. You know what I mean? And sometimes you're taking on energy that ain't meant for you to take on, take put you in a place, you know what I'm saying?
SPEAKER_04I can see that. But like with me, because I've been I also honestly just like it. Because I've been the type of person where people did no, well, I gravitated towards people, because like the thing is, I was the one just like out and about in everybody's faces. Because, you know, that was just me. But like lately, I just chilled. Because you definitely have that energy, like I've definitely chilled over the years.
SPEAKER_10It's been nice when we have been out and we don't know nobody. We both been going and having a ball, you feel me?
SPEAKER_04Yeah, so I am that, but like, you know, I've been chilling these past few years because it's like, yo, like, I already know what type of time I'm on and what kind of energy I'm giving to whoever's trying to come and get some of this energy. I know it's dope, I know it's good, I know it's like standoffish.
SPEAKER_10What do you mean? It's not a bad thing. That's what it is.
SPEAKER_04Alright, hold on, hold on. Having knowledge of self.
SPEAKER_10No one's ever said it in a bad way to you, though.
SPEAKER_04If you think about it, they just like to my face, but probably amongst other people behind my back.
SPEAKER_10Or probably exactly, right? You know what I'm saying?
SPEAKER_04Like And I don't like that. I wish people who have their opinions to me just come talk to me and tell me about their opinions. Because I would love to see where you're coming from. Well, I see. I know how you can fix it. That's how we could connect.
SPEAKER_10But you know how you know you can fix things. Because so let me just tell you what I see. They're not gonna come to you. That's how I'm saying. How about you go to them since you don't? I love you. How about go to them? Because you know I love the Alleyope, because I opened the door, honey. You know I will. Puss that'd be hilarious. We can just go straight, like how could you have. Yeah. With uh dropping names, but when someone lied on your name. Of course. Right? Remember that situation when the mo uh he lied on your name to the girl trying to get in, and you went straight to him and was like, alright, we ain't doing it. Like, who was I with? You know what I'm saying? But that was that's a rare thing for you to do. Like, I uh you talk about it on here and you will confront it, but you want them to come to you. But it's hard for them to come to you if they feel like you're saying offer. So if you open it up, maybe you gotta open it up for you.
SPEAKER_04I think y'all, I think y'all being scary. I think that's just you know, scary. I'm trying to be scary. Because me it's just like it's it's a one-sided conflict. If it's of a conflicting opinion, if it doesn't match mine. I'm down to open, I'm like, no, no, no, no. I'm down to hear. Hey, look, I'm down to hear your point of view. I welcome it. I got it.
SPEAKER_10But they got to do it.
SPEAKER_04I can take notes from it. I can grow from it. I see it as an opportunity of growth.
SPEAKER_10You are open to it, but how did we open this door for them to talk? If they won't come in you, and there you go. Standoffish. You can't, they don't want to open the door because you see what you just said. That I wouldn't open the door. The door's already open. I'm gonna open it. I might get that more again, but everybody knows me. But these people who, these are folks who everybody ain't like, but even though you are standoffish, once your mouth is open, you got some sh to say. You have an opinion, you're gonna go, and now the conversation can flow. It's about how does the door get open? You're not gonna open the door to them because you did that, been there, and I guess whatever something happened in between, you was like, never again. They're gonna have to open the door now.
SPEAKER_04It was like some chilling. It's like a chill.
SPEAKER_10Now people gotta knock on the door. Yeah, not killing. Like I like you always say, if you invite me, I'm gonna come.
SPEAKER_04Exactly. But it's never turned down in everything.
SPEAKER_10But if you see it, even if they don't invite you and you rock with them, do you need that invite to come or are you just absolutely? Absolutely. And that's why you standoffish.
SPEAKER_04No, that is called being No, that's manners.
SPEAKER_10I think that's some, I'm talking about anything.
SPEAKER_04But that's on anything, though. No, no, no.
SPEAKER_10That's not anything. If it's like an open, like uh, like uh, uh what's up? I I'll talk about that.
SPEAKER_04All right, we're gonna get too.
SPEAKER_10Hold on, no time. We ain't going nowhere yet. We're gonna look up what standoffish means definition wise. You see me, I'm right. I know you're standoffish. Standoffish. Being standoffish means behaving in a cool, aloof, or somewhat unfriendly way that makes other people feel no, no, don't know, no. Hold on, talking about.
SPEAKER_04Cool and aloof, I agree with. Unfriendly, first of all, can you let me finish the sentence?
SPEAKER_10Because since it's standoffish, um, this is what the I didn't say this, they say. All right, well, we're gonna argue afterwards. Let me finish. Um behaving in a cool, aloof, or somewhat unfriendly way that makes other people feel kept at a distance. Someone who is standoffish might seem unapproachable, overly formal, or disinterested in socializing. That's what I mean. It says that they might act like this out of shyness, but others might mistake it for being stuck up or rude. I'm shy sometimes.
SPEAKER_04I wholeheartedly disagree with this.
SPEAKER_10Well, you sit in the break room and try, like, say you work in another five, and when you leave, like it's no point when you go on your break, ain't no point to leave because it ain't nothing clothes, so you gotta sit in the break room or your car.
SPEAKER_04Okay.
SPEAKER_10Are you gonna sit in the break room with other people that work with you, or are you gonna sit in your car?
SPEAKER_04I'm in the break room.
unknownAlright.
SPEAKER_04Right there in the middle. Open table.
SPEAKER_10So you don't avoid casual break room chatters? Absolutely not.
SPEAKER_04I'm here for it. Let's talk about the weather, Bob. Aloof. Definitely not aloof. Aware.
SPEAKER_10Emotionally detached or removed.
SPEAKER_04I'm so invested in the moment.
SPEAKER_10You do love the moments, though. I love you. You do love the moments, though. I ain't gonna hold you. That's why I'm so invested in the mom. I ain't gonna hold you. You might he ain't staying office to me, though. You couldn't be staying office with me anyway.
SPEAKER_06Thank you.
SPEAKER_10But uh, but I ain't know everybody, everybody ain't me, and that's why I'm special. Uh but for real though, you you really know you funny, bro. Once you get really known this motherfucker, bro. Okay, we're gonna. I don't know. Haughty. Arrogant or acting superior. Uh nah. I don't think no. Nah, that's usually always.
SPEAKER_04Absolutely not. You are haughty. I know better than anybody, but nobody's gonna be able to do it.
SPEAKER_10Arrogant or acting super.
SPEAKER_04That's not arrogant. You're a little arrogant, but it's a tablet, but it's like it's a healthy amount. It's a healthy amount of, I believe it is. It's a healthy amount of arrogance, you know.
SPEAKER_10I tell you, I'm not arrogant, so I can't relate. I think that's a masculine trait. Like you never hear like a woman's arrogance.
SPEAKER_04It's like, it's like, it's uh arrogance is like male's delusions. Like, you know how women be delusional? This is this is our delusion. Arrogance just makes us just feel like we're ah, I love it. I love it. I love it. I like that way.
SPEAKER_10I think all the girls are haughty. You're haughty. That's your part of standoffish. That's a good word. Standoffish.
SPEAKER_04That is crazy. All right, let's get to it, man. Let's get to it.
SPEAKER_03Type of money, everybody acting like they know you're in New York City being head. Some Spanish girls love me like a mouth. Tell Uncle Luke, I'm out of Miami too. Clubbing hard fucking women, ain't much of a big thing. It's your favorite podcast, favorite podcast. How you feel? Uh I'm in the building and I'm feeling myself. Rest in peace, Mike Gray. Tellin everybody that I know we about to be. Uh-oh, uh uh, uh, uh uh. I ain't tryna look like a lot to these niggas that I came up with. That's my team. You know what type of time we on. Oh yeah, but show me a good time. Show me a good time. Show me a good one. Oh yeah, oh yeah, oh yeah.
SPEAKER_10Okay, okay.
SPEAKER_03Gotta do what I gotta do. Uh, all my exes live in Texas, like I'm George Straight, or they go to Georgia State where it's in a tandem by some random nigga that live in Atlanta. That she only sees when she feels obligated. Admitted it to me the first time we dated. But she was no angel and we never waited. I took her for sushi, she wanted to fuck, so we took it to go. Told him, don't even flate it. And we never told too much after I blew up, just only hello her. Happy belated, and I think I texted and told her I made it. And that's when she texted me and told me she prayed it. And that's when I texted and told her I love it. And right after texting and told her I'm faded. She Whatever I learned since getting richer. I learned working with the negative to make for better pictures. I learned energy and enemies. I'm still fucking bitching. Damn, is it the fall? Time for me to be visited the past. If women are called, the doubles to drop, the flippin' involved, and stories to tell. We've been through it all. Interviews to like confessions. SPEAKER_10With the whole Michael Jackson glove, which really was an authenticated glove.
SPEAKER_04Come on, we're gonna play Michael Jackson too.
SPEAKER_10Alright, um flexing over that.
SPEAKER_04If you guys are expected this episode to be, you know, what we've been doing, I thought that out the window. It's Drake, it's Iceman Day. It's Iceman Day.
SPEAKER_10We keep over there.
SPEAKER_04It's Iceman Day, and we are talking about this album track for track. So this is pretty much our reactions, thoughts, and opinions on this. Um I really, really sat down with this one, man, and I'm I will as a man of accountability.
SPEAKER_06Shit.
SPEAKER_04I have I have defecated on the boy's name.
SPEAKER_10Not defecated on the boy.
SPEAKER_04In the earlier episodes, man. Crazy. When that whole beef thing was going on. I was Team Kendrick. I was Team Kendrick. Yeah, but you know who didn't? Hey, hey, but uh, but I'm still I'm still low-key Kim. I'm still there.
SPEAKER_10I'm I'm Kendrick Artist. Don't get it twisted, but you know what?
SPEAKER_04You know what, you know what team I really am? I'm team great music.
SPEAKER_10I'm team good music. I'm team good music overall. And shout out to Drake because no one else would do it. Like literally J. Cole, who could have hung with Kendrick, made a whole apology.
SPEAKER_04Listen, we're not gonna We're not.
SPEAKER_10I'm just saying we gotta get rid of it.
SPEAKER_04We're not gonna mention Cole. We're not mentioning nobody else.
SPEAKER_10Bro, crazy work is I was done with that.
SPEAKER_04We're not mentioning Rick Ross.
SPEAKER_10Drakington, we're not mentioning Kendrick. I honestly was we just We ain't mentioning nobody else. No more, but the boy! Let me finish, because I'm with you. Because I'm with you. I just want to throw that out there because with that being said, Drakinton. Sir. He did that. You know what I mean? I haven't listened to other one be 100. I have listened to Ice Man Game.
SPEAKER_04I skimmed through. I've listened to no one we're gonna go through. This is the one we're gonna go through them in order. Let's go. All right, man.
SPEAKER_10I think we should get into it. This is what we're doing.
SPEAKER_04No, okay. This intro in comparison to Tuscan Lemon.
SPEAKER_10Oh man, listen, I don't like the intro. I'm gonna say it now, but I'm sorry.
SPEAKER_04Oh, you're tripping. Oh, we're gonna do it. We're going through it. We're doing it. We're doing it. We're doing it right here right now.
SPEAKER_10You're gonna be really shocking. Shocked at this point.
SPEAKER_04That's crazy.
SPEAKER_10I like what's going on. The beats are amazing. Right. Forty calum show is all over there.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, no way.
SPEAKER_03Hold up.
SPEAKER_10Come on now.
SPEAKER_03Quit playing. I'm an only child, no one could have made another. I have to father my mother and treat my son's grandfather like my older brother. The skies of Grand Toronto, they not a golden color. I'm feeling like BTS, cause it took the whole career for me to be so discovered. I know for sure that my parents they look at me and see a overcomer. I'm looking back at them, and these days I see a older couple. I see my only uncle looking like that shit that I ain't owning up to.
SPEAKER_04Hey, come on, hey, this man reflecting on some real life stuff right now. But what we've been asking. What we've been asking Drake to do. He's doing it right here.
SPEAKER_10Bro, he got throws at big on good keep going.
SPEAKER_04Alright, we do it.
SPEAKER_03I'm looking at all my niggas, they say, bro, we love you. But all my words really the shit that they be going up to. Feel like Forty won't even listen to my words when he knows I'm in a load of trouble. I'm in the cut, just loadin' rebuttals. Then I got a bunch of hits on my hand, see the swollen knuckles. I try to tell him it's working out for me now. He said they show your muscles. Poo to me that you're still as strong when it's only us two. They know you thorough with bread, but there's some shit you gotta pony up to. Basically saying I got growing up to do, I gotta dig deep. I really hate those two words, they never bring peace. I'm at the Bulgaria in Turkey with my bitch, and we ain't come here for no big teeth. Nah. I came here to turn a new bigger. Okay, you gotta tell you.
SPEAKER_10Alright, alright, so it's okay. Intro. Right now. No. Play over my dead body.
SPEAKER_04Of course, of course, I'm of course.
SPEAKER_10You got to. Because I'm telling you where I'm coming from. You gonna fit me. I haven't listened to two and three yet though. That intro, cool.
SPEAKER_04Okay, come on, man. Come on.
SPEAKER_10This is take care of Drake.
SPEAKER_04This is the first thing. Listen, take care of Drake. Don't let him. You can't bring Take Carry Drake into this argument.
SPEAKER_10Yes, I can. You say that he this is the first time he can't.
SPEAKER_04I say Tuscan leather.
SPEAKER_10Intro break too. But I don't say a butter.
SPEAKER_04Oh my god.
SPEAKER_10Yeah, you gotta let him come this way.
SPEAKER_04Of course, I'm gonna let him do the intro. Of course, I'm let him like get him. I gotta give him a few parts of this one.
SPEAKER_06This is an introduction.
SPEAKER_04That sample's crazy. This is an intro. That sample is so crazy. Oh my god.
unknownHold up, y'all.
SPEAKER_04Y'all don't know what y'all listen to right now. Oh my god.
SPEAKER_03The sample is I think I killed everybody in the game last year, man. Fuck it, I was on the boat. And I thought I found a girl on my trees at the strip club. Fuck it, I was on the Shout out to all my niggas living tax free. Nowadays the six figures when they tax me. Oh well, guess you lose some and win some. Long as the outcomes in come. You know I'm on it off. Shout out to Asian girls, let the lights dance. Shots came.
SPEAKER_04I don't know what they're doing. Okay, okay. That's unfair. That's unfair. It's unfair. That's unfair. Alright. That's unfair.
SPEAKER_10Now we can get to number two. But his intro, honestly, I'm gonna tell you which one should have been the intro, I feel too though. I can tell you.
SPEAKER_04Hold on, hold on, man. Hold on.
SPEAKER_03Number two. Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Nah, this right here. The B switch?
SPEAKER_03I'm still processing that shit. It got me so distracted. I think he's so desperate, and our life is going fantastic. Even his baby mama been saying he'd been moving backwards. To me, he's so the only thing that is one though to my phone and my heart is in pieces. You keeping your options open for real. That's a me shit. I can't believe it.
SPEAKER_04I got I gotta I gotta I gotta get okay I'm walking back that one.
SPEAKER_10I'm rocking with it. I like it though, like the beach.
SPEAKER_04I think I think this intro's might be in like in the bottom ten.
SPEAKER_10No bottom the intro beat switch is dope, but that's not the that's not it.
SPEAKER_04Nah man, you maybe play over my dead body, though.
SPEAKER_10I know because you because intros, bro, you know what I mean? Like, that's crazy.
SPEAKER_04Why you gonna bring up one of the greatest intros?
SPEAKER_10Well, Drake said he wanted great, and he is though. He dropped three. I haven't listened to two up. I feel like this one was like uh beginning, middle, end tight joint.
SPEAKER_04I fucked with this one too.
SPEAKER_10Oh, this one? And she banked in the room.
SPEAKER_04I'm gonna let Shibang rock the whole time.
SPEAKER_03They're gonna listen to some two bangs. Yeah, see, I like it. All the numbers are final, no t-shirts, no vinyl.
SPEAKER_04See, at this point, I was like, I'll be rich. This is like whatever, man. After that intro for me, and then this is right here. I was like, yeah, we can let her roll. But I don't even know what's going on back on street.
SPEAKER_14You know, I love you so much. I just gotta have something bigger than us. Triple late, really show you my love. I think it's what you need to do. This is on your pants.
SPEAKER_03Go blow the dust on your pants. What was the year that they say ass snaps? Cause I don't remember it going like that. I don't remember one word in your raps. I don't know nothing about you and them checks.
SPEAKER_04I feel like he's too late for this though. I feel like he should have came with this at least last year.
SPEAKER_10Nope, he shouldn't have.
SPEAKER_04This one right here? Nope. At least this record. Bro, Kids are already this record shouldn't okay. No. Disagree. After not like us, he should have hit this one. He should have hit the people with this one right here. After not like us, this no, stop it. That would have worked.
SPEAKER_10That would have worked. That would've worked.
SPEAKER_04That would have worked.
SPEAKER_10I actually agree with that. Okay. He probably didn't have it then though. I'm just saying, but he's a little bit of a we see when he went through.
SPEAKER_04That should have been a lot, but like I said, he got back into Degrassi.
SPEAKER_10I was really mug, and now he can't.
SPEAKER_04After not like us, if he came with like a little bit of a little bit of a little bit.
SPEAKER_10We joined a whole review on it because I joined him.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_10We ain't talking about who you said don't say his name no more. But I um, we ain't talking about K Dot.
SPEAKER_04Man, look, it's Iceman Day, dawg. We're here. I love this one though. This is my one right here. This one's hard.
SPEAKER_10Yeah, this is the box. It's not one of my favorites, but I like it. I get skinny.
SPEAKER_04You feel what I'm saying?
SPEAKER_03That's my favorite album now. Yeah. Ash to ash, it's dust to dust. The dustiest niggas been fucking with us. Am I a goat? Well, probably not. I probably was, but you probably forgot. My white label had to go white label shit when he stepped out his body and finally got hot. Give me the truth, like I'm picking a lot. Me and white bitches been kissin' a lot. I honor the shit that I do for the ones that I love is between them and I come on. Come to the court and the office of pleaded so that you could cut off some time. Nowadays, y'all don't won't put in no work. Y'all just won't jump to the front of the line and hurry and run out the nine. Baby boy, please. I heard what you said to Little Bro about me. You not in the streets. I'm cutting this off at the knees. They ain't no standing on business with me. If I'm lying, I'm flying the economy. Give me a motherfucker.
SPEAKER_13This one had means to me. Well one day, I beat this time.
SPEAKER_03They tried to kill me once but done, and you just resurrected me.
SPEAKER_10I got this part me, baby.
SPEAKER_12I'm so free, I got the teaching baby.
SPEAKER_04You know what I mean? This one had to grow on me. This one had to grow on me, but I'm like, okay, I'm here. So right now he's four for four right now for me. Hey, one four four. I'm gonna go to the city.
SPEAKER_03If I follow your money right now, she picking up. You boys got big on my head. Pussy, I know and it's real. How many souls would you heal off the back? Like the money just grew up a tree. Like the money just came up.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, no, I like this one. I like Janice um STF.
SPEAKER_10But also though, I will say this. Uh if you listen, like I know you have, these beats are hard, but they kind of do get a little Repetitive. It does, it does, uh redundant, and I felt like that was too hard. It was.
SPEAKER_04It is giving like um he's using uh The Legends of Zelda beats.
SPEAKER_10Exactly.
SPEAKER_04You know what I mean?
SPEAKER_10So like you get repetitive to the beats, like that's it.
SPEAKER_04It does. But then like, okay, so the brand to Atlanta that that's a skip for me.
SPEAKER_10Um, you know.
SPEAKER_04It's a skip. But I'm gonna play it. I'm gonna play a little bit of it though.
SPEAKER_10I rock with Fuji, but it nothing Yeah. Yeah, this is a skip for me. It's not that easy. Free man, this one's a skip. It's kind of a cold flaw.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, we're gonna say, Yeah, and it's just like everyone's like doing this whole, like, you know, like the whole beef and stuff like that, and all this like over to the reunion thing. Y'all, these dudes are not friends.
SPEAKER_10First of all, nobody in the industry is friends. Never ever top. What they did with uh Diamond, Diamond, Diamond, the album they did, the album they did. Uh you know what's all right.
SPEAKER_06What a time.
SPEAKER_10What a time. What a time. That was all they needed. This one's a scary. Right. And we're not gonna play it.
SPEAKER_04No. Then we're gonna go to my favorite joint. I'm gonna play the whole song in this time. This is my favorite song in the whole entire project. I am so sorry for those who don't like this one, but I ain't playing the whole three minutes and eight seconds.
SPEAKER_10How you can't like it.
SPEAKER_04And I'm gonna vibe out here in the studio the whole entire time. So y'all just gonna be here vibing with us.
SPEAKER_10And we'll come back in on this.
SPEAKER_04We'll come right back in. There's gonna be no commentary during the song. This song gets the full play. Okay? Listen to the word. Don't play with the boy on this one.
SPEAKER_03Yo. Ice. Yo. My niche on a beach, she bang. All of my ops say dead. Why do they gas me up? Where does it go? My head. How much I got, a lot. Don't even get, I won't. I didn't press play on that hoe. Meh, meh, meh, skip, skip. What should I take? A trip? Who should I take? His bitch. Tennis lessons with a Nike skirt on and an ass poppin' out, you sick. Gotta ain't better than that. What's up with life? It's lit. But I know it get better than that. I know it get better than that. I know it get better than that. My niche on the beach, her bang. All of my ops they dead. Why do they gas me up? Where does it go? My head. How much I got? A lot. Don't leave again, I won't. Picking and trying me, do like bryson, put ass nigga in. SPEAKER_13Yeah. That's the one for me.
SPEAKER_10And I love the placement of that one. I love the placement. That's the one for me. That's one for me. Um the bar is the beast. I it sounded completely different from the first one.
SPEAKER_04That's the one for me.
SPEAKER_10That's the one for the one.
SPEAKER_04I will play that all summer.
SPEAKER_10Oh man, that's the game.
SPEAKER_04I'm playing that all summer. I'm playing that all summer.
SPEAKER_10Oh, yeah, we definitely are.
SPEAKER_04We definitely are. Alright, I'm going to make 'em pay. Yeah. I do like this one too.
SPEAKER_14I like this one. Yeah. I just wanna be free. I just wanna be free. Free.
SPEAKER_10I just wanna be a little sample.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. Look, Albany Marina, they deserve us a hundred subpoenas. I done got my shit inside arenas like Gilbert Arenas. I remember Lobster Ravioli up at Serafina.
SPEAKER_04I was in a dream hotel before, I was in a loop like a Now the only thing that kind of like bugs me out after the intro, like, you know, he's trying to get all deep and uh introspective, but now it's just like the run that he's in right now. It's basically just regurgitating what he's been through over the past two years. And being like, okay, cool. But there's people who are criticizing that, and I'm trying to understand what is the criticism in that. Well, like what are they trying, what are they looking for in the city?
SPEAKER_10I don't I don't know because I'm trying to figure out the discourse. The discourse is crazy. It's kind of crazy too.
SPEAKER_04This is what we wanted on both spectrums, by the way.
SPEAKER_10But this is what we wanted. Remember when the whole thing did happen with him and Kendrick? Everybody was like, after it was done, we wanted Kendrick to come back. I mean, Kendrick, we wanted Drake to go back to his his the mo. Yeah. And he he did a bunch of other things besides do that. And now, this this is mo, so I don't know what this man. He he now also that little bar was crazy, but the flow is always nice. Of course. That is Drake.
SPEAKER_04He has an elite writing team.
SPEAKER_10We're not elite, but they have a solid writing team. And he he delivers very well. You know what I'm saying? This is what we enjoy about. Like you can ride to this.
SPEAKER_04I stopped uh taking Drake as a lyricist like off a while ago, so now I'm just looking for his He's an regurgitate other stories and what he sees around him really well.
SPEAKER_10But he's an actor, and I feel like he takes what he sees around. And Drake as a character and puts it into the music. Yeah. He he's telling us everything else. He said something about K Street being Killer K in Texas. And literally people in K in Texas who know about K is like, there's nothing gangster on earth. The most ghetto thing, you the most gangster thing is probably the dick you're gonna fall in. You feel me? But he never grew up there. Never he ended up finding out on his daddy's side. But that's what Drake has always done. He's always giving us come on, we'll see a Jimmy. I want the Grassy Drake back though. I like when he does this.
SPEAKER_04Elena. Elena Rena.
SPEAKER_10Yeah, I'm not gonna I'm not gonna remember these words besides Gilbert Arena's Gilbert Arena, because I, you know, I ain't heard nobody ever use that name.
SPEAKER_04This was a skip for me, too.
SPEAKER_10I can't remember what you got the keys. This instrument is. I'm gonna let it play a little bit.
SPEAKER_14I rather say the rather take the always. Yo, yo.
SPEAKER_03I swear I could cry when I see your face.
SPEAKER_14I wait too in long, just to let you walk away.
SPEAKER_03I know it's your dream to start a family in LA. I know they love me too much, yeah. I cannot relocate. I just can't move away.
SPEAKER_14I can't leave my brothers in the trenches. Gotta lead the way. I cannot relocate. Just even the thought to turn my back on them is not okay. This might be not the one.
SPEAKER_10This is not the one face. We just scared post time, yeah.
SPEAKER_04We're going to national treasures.
SPEAKER_10It's not a bad hero. I just know what it's the keys on the beginning of the road.
SPEAKER_13This one right here, though. Let me say. For the city though. This one's a side. Yeah. Gotta light the tower up for this. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Okay. I didn't six, I'm a national treasure. The niggas that bat me gon' bat me forever. RP Kobe, but y'all niggas brokey. That's probably why y'all be shacking together. Cabo and lead up got habits together. Like couples vacation, they packin' together, like rushing to finish. They'll slap it together. The charges like COVID, they'll catch it together. They hate me so much it's a sickening thing. They must have heard wrong on the call. I sent them a sack, cause I wanted you shipped to the king. When you was a part of the team, we used to be planning our Mexico trip in the spring. We must have been dealing with spurred a moment. Kawhi, we think you could get us a ring. They bagged my own. Cody, we threw them away.
SPEAKER_10G pops in us for real from Dago and next and we knew we was done.
SPEAKER_04Natural treasures slapper.
SPEAKER_10Bro, bro. I didn't get that one a good list. And that man said Kawhi would ooh.
SPEAKER_04That was a slapper.
SPEAKER_10Okay. Okay.
SPEAKER_04Bees on the table with the money and pushes exactly the same.
SPEAKER_03Amount on my money on rack and brain. Pussy could never get back with the game. Go to the whole tour after your game. I come to your show and get back on the plane. This contract talk is frying my brain. The numbers they talking are actually insane.
SPEAKER_13Alright. B's on the table. Right.
SPEAKER_10I don't want to talk about it.
SPEAKER_13I want to talk about how this shit started, man. I wanna talk about how this shit ends. Okay, the B's on the table. B's on the table. Alright, man, let's give it back this fucking talking about B's on the table.
SPEAKER_04Hey, boy, it's pretty okay.
SPEAKER_03I don't give a fuck if you love me. I don't give a fuck if you like me. Asking me how did it feel? Can't say it didn't surprise me. Last time I looked to my right. You niggas was standing beside me. How can some people I love? Hang around pussies who tried me. Let's go.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, all right.
SPEAKER_03What did I miss? What did I miss?
SPEAKER_04I think this is like a league single.
SPEAKER_03What did I miss? What did I miss?
SPEAKER_04He should've done this one.
SPEAKER_03Let's go.
SPEAKER_04He should have led this other price.
SPEAKER_03Let's go.
SPEAKER_04I would have led with dust. I would have led with dust. See, see what I'm saying though? I would have led it with that one.
SPEAKER_10And see, this one's good, but this one is a good one. Or she's gonna do it up, but this one's more like that. I would've lead with one of those two. Was on like that. Like it's shebang? Shabbang. That's a single. That's a sh that's a single.
SPEAKER_03I look at this shit like a BTC. Could be down this week and I'm up next week. I don't know.
SPEAKER_10I think this one I like, cause he changed his flow up on a little bit.
SPEAKER_03I told his owners the label. Set figure deal was a fable. Ain't figure bought out the neighbors. Now figures turning the tables. You pussy boy better be ready and able. I'll come. I can't talk on rocks cause it's sticky. Free tea and freezy my killies. My youngest put lots on the city, so niggas be shut to come out when it's litty. T that's the cody, so free on these niggas. I'm just saying, man, the production of this project is like what's that nigga because we're gonna be able to do it.
SPEAKER_04No, no, like yeah, have you noticed like after uh they cover their head and their mouth after Bernie Bridges they took out the uh legends of Zelda?
SPEAKER_10Yeah, it's a instrumental package, yeah.
SPEAKER_04I was saying, but that's a good flow to it.
SPEAKER_10Oh, really well, yeah.
SPEAKER_03I still want to that intro still listen it.
SPEAKER_12Too hard for the radio.
SPEAKER_10I like this one.
SPEAKER_04Oakland really likes me for real. I have a show with Oakland, by the way. Forget you, K Dot. Oakland really likes me, by the way.
SPEAKER_10I ain't mad at Sassy boy.
SPEAKER_03Listen up, it's about to be so Ain't nothing but some shit I wrote about a rich ass nigga that's deep in the game. They call me Drizzy Drake, and I'm keeping a name. I squat Nike shoes. I got a mic to use to talk bad about you, pussies. I don't like you fools.
SPEAKER_04Oh, yeah, humble crack account is gonna go crazy on this one. He keeps this gonna be like the most played song I hear in Humboldt. I promise you. I promise you.
SPEAKER_10But he made music for no matter where you at. Who can do that? Seriously. Oh, this one here. This one, yeah.
SPEAKER_03Okay. For real, for real.
SPEAKER_10This could have been the instant.
SPEAKER_03You know, we I would have been there. This could never been nothing. I tell you, Century. For real.
SPEAKER_10I don't want to hear none of that shit.
SPEAKER_03Look up turbulent flights, dodging cumulus clouds, squares drawing a line, but we at the root of it now. It feels like I got a lot of even top. So I don't know if these are wins or not based on what's suitable now. You don't even hear me though. You put that jacket on anybody, your funeral bound. But like the goalposts, I'm out here just moving around. They say conclusions were drawn, but I'm in super denial. What is a loss? I'll be damned if I'm losing it.
SPEAKER_10That would find me up. What do you mean I put my jacket on you? Now you're really putting boots to the ground.
SPEAKER_03A boost to see for yourselves.
SPEAKER_10That was tight, though.
SPEAKER_04This could be an intro. We're gonna leave that. But yeah.
SPEAKER_12What they say, they just smelled it.
SPEAKER_04All right, little birdies dance. I like this one.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, his and hers it. I don't like going to Vegas. I start missing Virgil. He'd be sick if he was witnessing this shit in person. All these pussy niggas trippin' like they clipped a hurdle. All these pussy niggas actin' like they missed the murder. All these air women treat me like the prince of Persia. Speak on me and gain a lot just like the dish detergent. I put C's on there, hold the sack of titty shit. This song in the right place.
SPEAKER_10Hey, especially if you sit down. Shut up. That man was a fashion icon.
SPEAKER_04That's not a skip. No, that's not a skip. This one's cool too.
SPEAKER_10That beat on crazy though.
SPEAKER_04I feel uh I hate the singing on it.
SPEAKER_10Yeah, this I hate this. Yeah.
SPEAKER_04I hate it. Yeah. Love the beat.
SPEAKER_10I love the beat, but he called me.
SPEAKER_04Hate this. Hate this. I mean, that's like this is one I can like listen in the background.
SPEAKER_10Honestly. I'm not, yeah, I'm not paying attention to nothing yet. Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Because boy, I hate that.
SPEAKER_10He can't be flat. Like you gotta know about you like it. That's what I like about Drake though. I can't say I can hold a note. Yeah. And it hit the beat right now. But you gotta do on the right beat.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_04This one's cool. Conductor.
SPEAKER_10Yeah, I like the conductor. Shout out to the conductor. I actually like conductor.
SPEAKER_04Shout out, Rap Flame.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_10Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Alright. You think I didn't see that you stayed silent? That's like you endorsing it all. May as well stand behind him.
SPEAKER_04Oh, he was sending some shots on this one. So situations like that. We're not gonna go through the whole five minutes, y'all. Don't worry about it. Alright, and then the last one is make him know. I like I like how you ended this project.
SPEAKER_03Hey I tried and tried and tried to the arts which place with that eye. I never forget that July, the worst that I felt in a while. I'm glad that you think that I'm soft. I'm glad that you think that I'm shy. I need you to think all these things. I got bigger than what's in my mind. I'll take it an eye for an eye. I send a boy up to the sky. I still haven't lost any sleep, and I definitely didn't cry. Hey, yo, good you get back in the ride. Cause that's definitely not the guy. Mistaken identity mixed with adrenaline. I must just kiss you goodbye. It's rap, so it sounds like a lie. When I talk to you and I confide, I'm going back to Cali. I got hearts in both my eyes. I'm sleeping with death on my mind. Cause the shots that I caught in my time. And karma has been on my side, but I also just heard that she's blind. I just switch on a dime. She can't even see I'ma guy. Pressure been getting applied. And I know I've been better replies. The lawsuit I got is fried. To the R switch placed with the eye. The frame of this people retired. But we know it's the truth and a lie. And I act like we start in the deal when they pay me for wastin' my time. And I act like I lost my appeal. But they'll pay me for changing their mind. They got win in the fact that I was hit. And the whole world started to chime. Not scared of no suit of no tie. Cause shit, victory always been mine. If I free up my bro, gotta live with it. Cause we know that that man is an innocent. If they say he did it, he did the shit. But he still might come home in a little bit. Four hundred rats on the head. Yeah. How am I spinning so frivolous? I act like the money's a limited. If a roll is I'm on about to drop, I reserve the shit like I'm indigenous.
SPEAKER_10Nah, nah, you gotta cut off right there. I reserve that joint like I'm indigenous.
SPEAKER_04I know he costs a fight for that boy.
SPEAKER_10No, you didn't, bro. That joint's so hard. That joint's hard. I didn't listen to the last one. I ain't gonna hold you. I listened to all up till then. I think maybe I thought it was gonna be repetitive. I don't know, but I'm glad I didn't. That one fire. That's a good ending.
SPEAKER_04Out of ten, what do you get this project?
SPEAKER_10I'm at an eight point five. Oh, damn. No, I'm not like it. I'm not like it. I just thought about when I said it. But based on this album, I mean I am at a like I in my head, I already said 7.5. I think it's good. I think it's a good jump off on like Drake. He's gonna break. It's like what how many songs on the album?
SPEAKER_04Uh eighteen.
SPEAKER_1018, but we like about what? Oh, between nine, five and nine.
SPEAKER_04I'm gonna skip like four of these things. So there you go. That's a that's a 14 out of 18.
SPEAKER_10Okay, it's crazy, right? Because you haven't listened, listen, right? But I know now I got some other songs on the edit besides two, three, three. So I'm like at seven, eight. Okay. I'm right there at nine, too. So like that's a good jump off for the first one. So now you got something though. That's the second album I gotta go listen to. We're gonna revisit it.
SPEAKER_04Let's see what's going on over there.
SPEAKER_10He gotta come harder.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, I I uh I'm giving this a smooth six point five.
SPEAKER_10Yeah. I like it, I agree with it. Like, I think he did a good job, but it was it got redundant in the beginning.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. But I liked it though. I for sure like it. That was cool.
SPEAKER_10Oh, we're gonna close it in and we're gonna call back in one more for that last hour, cause I gotta pee pee go down and drain. Okay.
SPEAKER_04Oh, yeah, some more music for the music break, y'all. You know what it is. Alright, yo. Hey, hey, give me give me a second though. Give me one second though. Give me a few seconds. Give me like one or two seconds. I'll play with my blood and I will not be on the penis. I ain't gonna want you do that for a second.
SPEAKER_10I got two seconds, wait, so you got two seconds?
SPEAKER_04All right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right. And you can go now. Bye.
SPEAKER_10That's crazy.
SPEAKER_08I'll rip this back pool like a crossroad, ring like a clock those, don't forget, get the black clothes. This is nigga try to beat me at the crossroads. Nice, nice, then at the mud to the top though. Uh skin of hood, baby, type of castle. Small but a ball like a cross stone. I can get the wall, let it ring like a waffle. I let it purr in a cat fight. Light skin, but a nigga ain't half white. Every bit of moan is a crap site. Seven years ago when my dad died, no doubt. My experience was serious. The river run a mirror. Nigga three, small epithets, but a rebel with rabbinists get a feminist, one of seven list, pedalists for everybody's tooth be the best win. You ain't doing bad as well. Hey look, that's the best that I'm just I stole with a stick like a popsicle, but I did a turtle. If you ever touch a post channel, see a package turtle. Uh, don't ever suck on through a light nigga selling you dreams. Merrimary on the wall on the fairest of them all. But then a nigga hot hair running in the mirror on the wall, I'm the first of the mall. But this nigga hot hair running in the queen. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03But I don't bother badawick Got everything, I got everything. I cannot complain, I cannot, I don't even know how much I really made, I forgot it's a lie. Fuck that, never mind what I got. Nigga, don't watch that cause I came up, that saw me. Stay true, that's all me. No help, that saw me, all me for real. Came up, that saw me, stay true, that's all me.
SPEAKER_09No help, that's all me, all me for real. Money in my mind, you should think the same. Jay's on pink and ring. Dogin' these hoes, I need quarantine in the same leave, but we don't bow the same. Oh, she wants all the things. Oh, I hear this shit all the time. She said she love me. I said, baby girl, fall in line. Okay, made a million buffer down a fork. Watch me switch it up, walk thin. Be on nigga alert, eat a nigga alert. You need that work, I got that work, got bitches in my condo. Jess, ball the shirt, that customer say this bit's car. No, from the eight to Toronto. We let the metal go off. And my dick so hard and make the metal detector go off. This that sauce, this that dressing, cheap for cheap. Nigga, God bless you. If having a bad bitch was a crime, I'd be arrested.
SPEAKER_03Got everything, I got everything. I cannot complain, I cannot. I don't even know how much I really made. I forgot it's a lie. Fuck that, never mind what I got. Nigga, don't watch that, cause I came up, that's all me. Stay true, that's all me. No help, that's all me. All me for real. Came up, that saw me. Stay true, that's all me. No help, that's all me. All me for real. Knew I was a man by the age of six. I even fucked the girl that used to babysit, but that was years later on some crazy shit. I heard your new shit. Nigga hated it. Damon Wayne's told me, Don't play that shit. I get paid a lot, you get paid a bit. And my latest shit is like a greatest hits. Got that. Ain't no wishing over on this side. Y'all don't fuck with us, then we don't fuck with y'all. It's no different over on this side. Got that. Shill I listen to everybody on my step. Cause my stuff just told myself you the motherfuckin' made you don't need no help. Cash and text, and I'm biggin' up my chest. Y'all keep talking about who next. But I'm about as big as it gets. Look, just understand that I'm on the road like Cotton L. I was made for all of this shit. And I'm on the road, boxed over sales. I'm getting paid for all of this shit. Ask you to please excuse my table, man. As I was making room for the table dancers. Cause if we judging all your advancing, I just got paid like eight advances. God dang. Got everything, I got everything. I cannot complain, I cannot. I don't even know how much I really made. I forgot it's a lie. Fuck that, never mind what I got. SPEAKER_01That's all me.
SPEAKER_04Alright, alright, alright. We back. We back, we back, we back, we back. Alright. We bake. So what's good? What's good? What's going on?
SPEAKER_10So I was gonna say to you. So you can pick the next one. We can go political for a little bit. Okay. Or we can do uh it's kind of like a follow-up I leave from the Incel conversation we talked about with this. This is a follow-up. You wanna do a follow-up? So I do want your input on this because well, it's nails that's upset. Uh Keith Lee went on an interview. If you don't know who Keith Lee is, he do all the fools joining. He used to be a fighter too, you know what I mean? Look him up, whatever. But uh, he goes on uh interviewing it, it's like uh he just had his latest baby, so he got three kids now. And so the uh the whoever, I can't remember who it was, whatever, but uh, they asked him how many more kids do he wanna have, and his response was, uh, well honestly it's not up to me. It's up to my wife. You know what I'm saying? Like if she wants to have another baby, we'll have more babies. But if she doesn't, we won't. And and even the interviewer kind of stone off because he's a male, and was like, what do you mean? You know what I mean? He was like, well, I don't have to carry the baby. Yeah. It's like I it's it's a lot that goes into it. So it's up to her how many more kids we have. And and let me tell you something, you can look it up, bro. It is an outrage. Like, dudes, it's like, what do you think? What's the outrage? Well, they I guess I don't, I honestly, just like I'm trying to like think like what? Intellectually, I don't know. Yeah. Because that's not real outrage to me. But based on the world we live in and what we like I said, it's a follow-up to incels, um, it it's it's it's it's that it's that mindset, I guess. You know what I mean? Like that toxic masculinity type joint. Like, yeah, I don't know. It's a mindset of like, well, if I if if I want to have a football team, she should be willing to have a football team for me.
SPEAKER_04It doesn't work like that.
SPEAKER_10But that's how that's with the com like I I find some comments, bro. It's crazy.
SPEAKER_04And it's just like it's just a lack of knowledge that men have or a lack of interest to have the knowledge to understand what exactly goes on with the woman's bodies when she is birthing a child. Because that's some men think the effects afterwards.
SPEAKER_10Yeah, they don't care.
SPEAKER_04It's like that they don't care. They just think like, oh, it's a baby making factory.
SPEAKER_10Exactly, bro. That's insane to me. Roe versus Way got over overturned. And that's cracked. By a bunch of men.
SPEAKER_04Again, like people, men governing woman uh women's bodies never made any sense to me. And for like anybody to have like just, oh no, have as much baby as a man wants. No, that's not how it works. If a man wants like 10 kids, okay, then you're gonna have better one woman's not gonna do all that.
SPEAKER_10And guess what? And it would be irresponsible.
SPEAKER_04No, it'd be like, no, not only irresponsible, inconsiderate of your wife's body to ask her to, hey, bear ten of my children. That's nuts to me.
SPEAKER_10First of all, make sure you can't take care of 10 or 10. But I'm just saying, like, no, back in the day, that was a mandate.
SPEAKER_04Like, you know what I mean? That was a thing.
SPEAKER_10But women, our bodies are made for that. And if she's loved correctly and taken care of, her body will do that. But you can't be asking for 10 kids and you ain't doing nothing but making 10 kids. That's true. You feel me? Which is why most people who, most men, that's that's why I say people, who have 10 kids, they got about five to eight baby mamas. Mm-hmm. Well, you know what? That's that's because it's a lot of dramatic.
SPEAKER_04No, but it's a lot of challenges and obstacles. No, no, it's a lot to ask a woman to even have one baby, let alone ten. Like, come on, let's keep it a buck here.
SPEAKER_10Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Some women's bodies are like very different in the body. Everybody's not the same. Everybody's not the same.
SPEAKER_10And you know what? You're right. Why are you doing that? Maybe you want to be able to do that.
SPEAKER_04Maybe if you want, like if you want 10 kids, but your wife can only produce two max. You're either gonna be happy with that two max. Or maybe that's unacceptable, then you and your partner are gonna have to talk something, talk, talk about it. But that's where like adoption and all that good, yes. Yeah, there's alternative means to it, but like most men want to make their babies.
SPEAKER_10But the fact that this is a conversation means that it has to be had. Right? And I love your standpoint on it as a man because you are you can make ten babies. You can, you can, you and honestly, most of the times a woman who has your first baby will have all your babies depending on the type of man you are. You know what I'm saying? And so with that being said, like, yes, women have a responsibility, but men who have a problem with this, the responsibility is on you. Yeah. You can't ask nobody to have all these babies for you, and they don't even want to pay for them. Ten babies is a hundred thousand diapers. Hell, five babies. Hell, one baby.
SPEAKER_04Man, look. But no, all in all, like.
SPEAKER_10What's your word for the fellas though, man? I'm answering. No, no, no.
SPEAKER_04No, no, it's just like, again, like you have no autonomy on a woman's body. It is outrageous for you to even think that you do have any autonomy. You say so. Any anything regarding anybody else's body but your own. Like, that is just absolutely nuts to me. To think you can govern and rule over anybody's body. Anybody's body.
SPEAKER_10That's male and female when it comes to outside of that conversation, though. You know what I mean? Like, a lot of things in life to me are kind of like they it don't make any sense. No, it doesn't. Like, I can't even see how it's like.
SPEAKER_04It absolutely doesn't because, again, it just like man created it. That's why it doesn't make any sense. And a particular uh race of men created this, and that's why it doesn't make any sense.
SPEAKER_10And see, I take them out.
SPEAKER_04Like we're all subscribing to it.
SPEAKER_10But it's 2024.
SPEAKER_04Well no, we're all subscribing to it.
SPEAKER_10Uh, yeah, cool. Not all of us. Not all of us, but the majority of society. It's because we are so used to subscribing to things.
SPEAKER_04No, I'm just saying, hey, this is how things are going to done the this this is how things are, and we're gonna be like, okay.
SPEAKER_10Mm-mm. Most most people do not. Most people are like, okay, that's how it is, okay. But it's 2026, and at this point, the only reason things are happening is because like it's being allowed. Absolutely. It's being allowed.
SPEAKER_04It's being allowed. At this junction, at this point, is we're we're again subscribing to it and signing up to it. At this point.
SPEAKER_10And for us to be so free, we the most afraid.
SPEAKER_04To be free.
SPEAKER_10To be free. Like we we crave people die to come over here.
SPEAKER_04And we crave things. Like, no, that's what I'm saying. That's what confuses me about people. No, no. But that's what confuses me about people. You know what I'm saying? Like, a lot of people out there in the world, right, wouldn't say, like, oh yeah, man, I want someone, I want people around me to be real and authentic. But when they get real and authentic people around them, they say you're standoffish or you're rude.
SPEAKER_10See, that's like a personality, that's personal. That's crazy. I don't have that, I I meant some, because no matter what they say, if you real and authentic, once you do everything for a reason, right? So like once you do come in and meet these people and interact with them, it it does take that vibe. You're just standoffish from jump, but once you're not going to be able to do it. I'm not going back to that.
SPEAKER_04I'm saying that it is the interpretation of some people, though. I do agree. Not taking it, like taking me out of the whole thing.
SPEAKER_10Taking you out of it, though, because once they get the whole thing.
SPEAKER_04Because that is the interpretation some people get. Like, oh, this person's being rude or stand-office. Were they just really being their real and authentic circle?
SPEAKER_10Most people, not you, me, no one. I don't. Most people leave with judge me. Yeah. I will hold up a homeless person, unhoused, whatever y'all want to call it, uh, straight up. The same way that I do a someone who got bread, living in a nice house, manage all that, because I don't judge until you give me a reason to. But most people don't lead like that. I do know that that's something about me. You feel me? And the ones who love me, they tell me, they tell me so maybe you should judge first. But no. No. I can't. I honestly, I I can't. I I should, but maybe, I don't know. Not judge, but have some discernment. There's two things. I don't have I don't I have discernment in the back end. Like I have, I'm I have empathy, so I feel. I can feel when someone's wrong or something's off, you know what I'm saying? But I don't have that discernment.
SPEAKER_04That's discernment, right?
SPEAKER_10I can feel it, but I don't mean I'm gonna acknowledge it. Okay. People with discernment acknowledge it. Okay, gotcha. Y'all ain't even gonna go for it. Gotcha. That's the difference. Like, I got concernment. Concernment. I be concerned. And I'm nosy, so I need to know more.
SPEAKER_04Concernment's nuts. But yeah, no, going back to the Keith Lee thing. Yeah, no, man, dudes, man, man, yo, I'm so tired of this, yo. Just let women decide what to do with their bodies. And their bodies is their business and have nothing to do with you. Mm-hmm. Like for real. Worry about your body.
SPEAKER_10Like I said.
SPEAKER_04Worry about your testicles.
SPEAKER_10That's a problem. They don't worry about their testicles. Most of y'all don't even. Okay, throwing off other women's. Worry about your health. Eat some pineapple, some with some fruits. Do something with your life. Okay, wanna be upset, but yo, ugh. I heard too many stories and I hate it here. Dusty, man. I hate it.
SPEAKER_04Dusty. Dusty. Dusty. Alright, um. I only got a couple things I want to talk about. Really, we could get out of here pretty soon.
SPEAKER_10Okay, hold on. I wanna hit this too.
SPEAKER_04Okay.
SPEAKER_10Cause you know, I told you I did two things I want to hit on. Okay, uh, so besides that, uh, kinda goes into it because it's like, whatever. Um, this is the political part I was talking about. Gotcha, let's go do it. So the mayor of uh New York City, right? And let me go get his name. I'm gonna I'm gonna mess it up. Mondami? That's him. Uh, he decided to like, because they had like a billion dollar deficient budget, whatever. It was a lot of money. Mm-hmm. Excuse me. You know what he did? He taxed the rich folks. So anybody who had a second home um in New York City that was worth over five million dollars, he taxed them on it. Mm-hmm. And that took over all the debt that was hold in New York City. Okay. Like I'm sure it's like to certain areas or whatever, but that's a big thing. We've been saying it. We've been talking about it. But like it takes us one. And he's like, what? Uh, uh, what's his naturality, bro?
SPEAKER_04Like, I don't want to say I think he's uh born in America, but he's a Muslim.
SPEAKER_10He's a Muslim, bro.
SPEAKER_04Arabic descent. Arabic descent. And Middle Eastern descent.
SPEAKER_10Exactly, especially after 9-11 and everything. This man came in and he just showed what everyone was saying. Let's tax the rich, they won't miss it, and we don't have to worry about nobody getting the tax.
SPEAKER_04And look at them, they didn't miss it. And it worked out.
SPEAKER_10People who don't make no money, barely no money, get taxed.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. That's crazy working.
SPEAKER_10The rich get tax breaks.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_10Why do they need a break?
SPEAKER_04I don't understand it either. Okay. I'm not rich though. So maybe it's a different No, maybe it's a different stratosphere. A whole different game that we don't know. Maybe it's just go down to just plain old greed. Like, no, this is my money. I want to give none of it away. He's Ugandan. So, oh wait, what? Wow.
SPEAKER_10Uganda? Bro, American Ugandian, look. That's Africa. That's Africa, bro. We are in the Uganda. That is. He is part of Melanci. No nature.
SPEAKER_04But geographically speaking.
SPEAKER_10Um man.
SPEAKER_04No, but like, um, again, that's we all know what my feelings about capitalism. Go back a couple episodes. Mac retrust. It's just like again, like, it just goes down to just greed. It's a just a matter of greed about this whole thing.
SPEAKER_10And again, like and voting.
SPEAKER_04And there's another thing about this too, is like we who are just like not rich is looking at the other side of it, but we're not on that side. So we don't no no no no. Let's be fair minded here.
SPEAKER_10I am fair minded, honey.
SPEAKER_04All right, so you just showed us. So you got three billion dollars to your name. What are you doing with it?
SPEAKER_10That's why they can tax me so that we can. Can take care of whatever deficient is in the county or state I'm living in.
SPEAKER_04Well, you worked hard for that three billion dollars.
SPEAKER_10I don't care. Am I gonna miss a hundred thousand of that to help something out? Because I'm not the only billionaire getting taxed. I'm not gonna miss it. None of them missed it. No, I won't care. I have three billion. If my state, the state I live in, the place I love and I live in, I want to see do better, the deficient is uh uh a million. One person alone can pay that. So we'd rather ten billionaire or however a millionaire, come on, man. No. I wouldn't do that. No, I don't care. I work hard to get that so I can go back. Everybody don't think like that. But guess what? If you tax them and and they can't do nothing about it, what are they gonna do? Live their life still. True. Okay. Because that's what happened. Okay. We need to learn how to vote. It's time to vote. You know how mayor Madama de Madame God day from Uganda.
SPEAKER_04That's her guys, and I know how to say Madame.
SPEAKER_10I don't know how to say his name. Say that's his name, Madame. I knew he's gonna get me right.
SPEAKER_04No, but shout out to that though, man. I hope that uh Cisco gets implicated in all across the station because man, all I know is poor people are struggling now more than ever. People can't afford their rent, they can't afford gas, groceries, gas is nasty outside. So it's just like, yeah, man, and just knowing that billionaires can just snap their fingers and make it all better is kind of nusty. They won't do it just simply out of greed and just competition and just ego and all that crazy stuff that has nothing to do with anything at the end of the day. That's what we should be talking about. So, like, I don't know. But again, I'm not a billionaire, so maybe my whole perspective would change if I was in that club. Who does? I don't want to be a billionaire. You don't?
SPEAKER_10That bro, first of all, how do I see all that money? That's wild. Yeah. Um, I'd be cool with being a millionaire. A couple meals, you know what I mean? Couple meals. I don't need no bill though. Like, that's too much, bro.
unknownShit.
SPEAKER_10That's too much, cause.
SPEAKER_04Nah, billion is crazy for me, too.
SPEAKER_10Billion's crazy, man. Billion's crazy. When we're crazy about money, you left the shit on money.
SPEAKER_04That is a crazy amount of money to have a lot of people.
SPEAKER_10Yeah, bro. It's a message. That's nothing. People be hungry.
SPEAKER_04And I got a billion dollars, bro. I got 400 billion dollars in my name. They better hope I never become a billionaire.
SPEAKER_10I'ma have chefs at every homeless site just because. I'm gonna make them their own little site. Because some homeless people like to be homeless. Like they like to live outside. They like to live outside.
SPEAKER_04They like it outside, yeah. Yeah, some people don't. Yeah, some people don't want outside.
SPEAKER_10And I ain't gonna hold you. A lot of unhoused homeless, whatever y'all wanna call them, people, they do keep junk like going. Like they, like, uh literally, they take the recycling and all the trash that people throw out the road. They can they can react. They're true hustlers. And they take it and get that money off of it. They true hustlers. I don't care what they use it for. Oh, absolutely.
SPEAKER_04So um, you know what I mean?
SPEAKER_10That's that's what I was on tonight. What's who we at?
SPEAKER_04I'm good. I want to talk about the Kevin Hart Roast, but then I'm gonna skipped that.
SPEAKER_10I'm skipping that.
SPEAKER_04I'm skipping that because why?
SPEAKER_10That's we we gotta touch on it. We're gonna touch on it. It's relevant.
SPEAKER_04It's relevant because it was cringy. It's cooning for a check is crazy.
SPEAKER_10All right then. You gotta talk about it.
SPEAKER_04Cooning for a check is crazy. I mean, there's some things that I would do for a billion dollars. But cooning for a check is like uh As a comedian though, you don't have to do that.
SPEAKER_10And as a black person. As a as a man.
SPEAKER_04As a black human being on this planet knowing how things are today's society and how and it was just a cringy time.
SPEAKER_10It's a reservoir.
SPEAKER_04It was not the time to do it because with the whole uh MAGA cult going amok, and we got the whole like the Charlie Kirk's other world. We got the uh the the the well, the Nick Fuentes.
SPEAKER_10But they made jokes about all that stuff. I ain't been gonna hold you.
SPEAKER_04No, no, no. I'm trying to tell you, man, this the MAGA crowd would love this roast.
SPEAKER_10But they did. That MAGA crowd's part of it.
SPEAKER_04And it was written by MAGA Crowd.
SPEAKER_10What I will say is it was so insensitive that I know that anybody who usually wants to be sensitive about pronouns or anything, I better not hit, I better not see you laughing at that one bit. Not one bit. You feel me? And it's cringy because as a comedian, you have a job. You have real comedians that could have stood up and did what they did.
SPEAKER_04And wrote their own jokes about it.
SPEAKER_10Exactly.
SPEAKER_04Now I have a team full of dusty white dudes write write racist jokes. And because that's what happened. That's just nuts to me. Like that whole production is nuts to me. The variety team was nuts to me. Like, the real part was nuts. It was just disgusting to consume.
SPEAKER_10It okay.
SPEAKER_04Like, luckily, but shout out to Regina Hall.
SPEAKER_10Regina Hall.
SPEAKER_04Shout out to Cat Williams.
SPEAKER_10Cat Williams, sure on the website.
SPEAKER_04Shout out to Tiana Taylor. She was actually funny.
SPEAKER_10She was actually funny.
SPEAKER_04Oh man, forget Shane Gillis.
SPEAKER_10But you know what?
SPEAKER_04Throw that dude in the trash.
SPEAKER_10That was the one who we hosted it, right?
SPEAKER_04Yeah, he should have been swallowed.
SPEAKER_10That's how you know.
SPEAKER_04That's when the pull-out method should have been.
SPEAKER_10But he when once real comments came out. Don't know why dude showed up the club. I'm gonna tell you something, though though. Once real things started hitting the stage, you see how like he even started saying, like, what if they roast?
SPEAKER_04Whatever the dude's name is. He's out of here. I don't know.
SPEAKER_10That's why they roasted him the most flavor on. That's what they're calling him.
SPEAKER_04Boy.
SPEAKER_10Uh Dre Margreen.
SPEAKER_04Positive boy. Let me get it. Let me stop it.
SPEAKER_10It was weird. It was weird. Didn't like it. Tiffany has Jose. It was a lot of folks that could have done some shit.
SPEAKER_04That could have like Jose that could have been actually funny. The Rock? The Rock was weird and very homoerotic. Good word. Like, wow.
SPEAKER_10Wow.
SPEAKER_04Wow. Dwayne. Dwayne, what are you doing?
SPEAKER_10Shame on you, Kev. I, you know, honestly, shame on you for that money.
SPEAKER_04No, I just didn't like the roast. I didn't like uh I think that maybe it was like a humiliation ritual. It was humiliating for sure. Um, I was getting secondhand humiliation. I was embarrassed. Man, they did my girl Cheryl Underwood so dirty.
SPEAKER_10And then to bring up, like, it's cool. I get we bring up personal things, but like the way they kept going in on what happened with her husband is wild. Um, but you know what? She handled it great. She handled it great.
SPEAKER_04But she's like, she handled it with class, man.
SPEAKER_10Shame on you, Kev. Bro, you're supposed to be better than that. At least on your own roast. Show us something real.
SPEAKER_04If it's your roast. But again, why is it? But you know what though?
SPEAKER_10Maybe you can't. Because they're.
SPEAKER_04And when he did the whole clap back, man, that was so corny. That was corny. It was the corniest clap back roast ever.
SPEAKER_10Wasn't it Kat Williams who said he was an energy plant? Yeah. And it was Kat Williams who also had the best part of that show. The best part. Alright. The absolute best part. So you know what I love about Kat? He will always be a truth teller, bro. No matter what. That man stepped on that stage and made it seem like he made peace with him.
SPEAKER_04No, he didn't. That was no peace here. Oh, we knew that.
SPEAKER_10But come on, man. You see how Kevin came up to him. So stage. Kevin was so happy, he was like, what? But you know what I love? That they had Regina Hall pull him up.
SPEAKER_04Oh yeah. That was good.
SPEAKER_10Yeah, that was cringy. That was terrible.
SPEAKER_04Like the two realists back to back was doing it.
SPEAKER_10That was terrible. It was cringy, but it was good parts that we'll take for the culture. Other than that, because you're a black man, we're always gonna do that. We're gonna look out for our people on the culture.
SPEAKER_04You know what I mean? We definitely are.
SPEAKER_10And funny AF. I'm gonna check that out because it's some of the things.
SPEAKER_04No, I'm not because that thing is. No, it's Kevin Hart endorsed. I'm out. I'm cool.
SPEAKER_10Well, he actually has some people on there, though.
SPEAKER_04Like I learned my lesson. I learned my lesson. Alright, I'll watch in again. I'm done with Kevin Hart. Officially. It's over, Finito. I'm done.
SPEAKER_10We know his place, but like.
SPEAKER_04D O Annie. I'm over.
SPEAKER_10He said, D.
SPEAKER_04Okay. Anything else in your heart and minds, baby? It's a cool little filler episode. It's a filler. It's a filler.
SPEAKER_10Y'all, I finally got back in the studio. You know how long I can talk about. Anybody who've been falling for a long time, you're gonna be like, what finally got back in the studio, you know what I mean? Me and me and I feel like I can say this, Malik. We dropping some joints. But uh, yeah. I'm I'm good, honestly. I'm feeling dust in the notepad off. I'm feeling good. I'm feeling great. I'm here for it. It's it's good times right now, you know what I mean?
SPEAKER_04Alright, this is your very approachable, very you can um be friends with him, host. It's their walking out. I saw the artist out here sounding off. This is Mike's attitude and knowledge. This is music, art, and culture. This is making audio classics. This is some Mac Podcast. Thank you for joining us for another episode. SPEAKER_10I got one request. Can you play Michael Jackson rock with you? Michael, Michael just dropped. Michael got a big one. Well, because I gotta go watch it. He dropped a new version of it with his nephew, actually playing a part of Michael. I gotta go see it.
SPEAKER_04Okay. Whatever. Yeah, have at it. Have at it. You ain't gotta play. Have at it, man. Alright, one time pull with swaggy 10. You know what it is, baby. Go see Michael, go see Michael.
SPEAKER_05Girl, close your eyes. Let that rhythm get into you. Don't try to fight it. Come on. You gotta feel that food. And a week gonna ride the book. And that's what I'm gonna do.
