The Biblical Roots Podcast
This is a Bible-based, Christ-focused theology and apologetics podcast hosted by Professor R. L. Solberg. We talk theology and apologetics, test the claims of questionable teachers, and offer a range of Bible teachings, including verse-by-verse Bible studies.
The Biblical Roots Ministries is all about helping believers stay grounded in the truth of Scripture. Founded by Professor R. L. Solberg, our Christ-centered ministry is dedicated to creating faithful, Bible-based content that deepens your understanding of God’s Word and equips you to discern false teachings. We do this in two ways:
1. Dismantling false teachings – We take a systematic approach to breaking down ideas that challenge the sufficiency of Christ (2 Cor. 10:5), clearing away myths and misconceptions so believers can stand firm in the truth.
2. Building biblical literacy – Through Bible studies and teachings on biblical theology, interpretation (hermeneutics), and Bible history, we help believers dive deeper into Scripture and better understand it in its proper context.

The Full Assurance of Faith: Hebrews 10:19-39 (Part 15)
The last half of Hebrews 10 contains a bold and timely message: because of Christ’s once-for-all sacrifice, believers now have full, confident access to God!
This is a major turning point in the letter. After 9.5 chapters of deep theological teaching, the author of Hebrews pivots from doctrine to application. The message is bold and timely: because of Christ’s once-for-all sacrifice, believers now have full, confident access to God. No longer restricted by an earthly temple or mediated by a human priest, we can draw near to God directly—boldly, sincerely, and with full assurance of faith. The author lays out a threefold exhortation: draw near to God, hold fast to our hope, and stir up one another to love and good works.

But it’s not all encouragement. This chapter also includes one of the most sobering warnings in the New Testament about the consequences of rejecting the gospel after having received the truth. Yet it ends on a pastoral note, urging believers to remember their past endurance, keep the faith, and live with expectancy for the return of Christ.
This episode not only unpacks a critical theological moment but brings it powerfully into the life of the believer—what we believe about Jesus isn't just doctrine; it’s a call to a radically transformed life.
