Episode Description

Dr Su Khant Chei (GP) and Dr Sean Liu (FY1) discuss the Civility Saves Lives project with Dr Maria Clement, Consultant Paediatric Anaesthetist and Clinical Director for Health Inequality at Newcastle Hospitals. This is an initiative aimed at improving workplace culture and patient outcomes through promoting respect and professionalism.
