I have been absent for a few weeks and in this episode I explain why and also why I feel its OK to just take that break when we feel it is needed. We do things out of fear rather than sometimes just taking a back seat and focusing on what needs our more urgent attention. This is a wonderful place to be when you allow yourself to have these moments instead of doing what we are not in the right frame for because of fear so take a listen. This week is a short podcast but I wanted to share where I am at right now because I am sure it will be relatable.
