The Middle Aged Bloke Podcast is about life and the things we come up against. As a man it is not safe to open up, to express or share topics such as Mental health, work, parenting, friendships, life goals, fulfilment, marriage and relationships which is something I found myself battling with and I have found ways to help me and I wanted to share them with you so it might give someone else some tips or ideas. There will be stories and laughs along the way, usually from my truck while on the road but the main purpose is to show you are not alone. We all have our issues, so lets share them rather than suppress them and a huge way to do that is to work on our mindset which is something I am passionate about.

Sorry for this weeks podcast being late. Ive been having some health issues and trying to get better so recording this week and getting it uploaded have been a longer process. While I work on this I shall get the podcasts up when I can however they probably wont be on a set day. Thank you xx
In this weeks episode I am talking about role playing your dream future but for fun. It is called Kylego and I came across it from my wife who learnt it from a man on Youtube called Kyle Cease. Hes great at what he does and this exercise is actually alot of fun once you get out of your head about it. Take a listen and try it with someone and see if it helps you.
