Wanting A career Change In Your 40's, Normal?

Hi Everyone, 

Here is the latest episode for you where I am talking about getting to a certain age and that if you are not where you want to be career wise that you find yourself changing jobs and looking for that career you love and can thrive in. Alot of people are not in their dream careers but for me its becoming more more important to find it.
