A second deal, worth $10,000, followed, and CJ decided to take the leap, quitting his comfortable corporate job. However, he was quickly humbled after losing $25,000 on a flip and enduring months without any deals. 💸

CJ talks candidly about hitting rock bottom and relying on faith to get through tough times. "It's easy to have faith when you're riding high," he says. "But when your feet are against the fire, that’s when true faith kicks in."
