Tez Arbertha Season 1 Episode 30

In Episode 30 of Wholesaling Blueprint, Tez Arbertha and Heriberto Pando bring on Peace Finau, a guest with an impressive journey from humble beginnings in American Samoa to finding success in the U.S. 🌍

Peace opens up about his childhood in American Samoa, sharing how his drive to support his family led him to make big moves, starting with relocating to Seattle. There, he took on various warehousing jobs, always with the mindset of becoming the best at every position he held. "When I go into a job, I want to be the top performer," he says, describing his competitive spirit and dedication. This mindset took him to some of the highest-paying warehouse positions in Seattle, including a five-year tenure as a top performer at Fred Meyer Distribution Center, a massive 2-million-square-foot facility. 📦

But Peace wasn't content with just hitting the top in warehousing—he craved a new challenge. That’s when a friend suggested he try fishing, which led him to the icy waters of Alaska. Despite the harsh conditions, Peace embraced the opportunity with his characteristic resilience and ambition. "I told my family, my wife especially, 'I want to go to Alaska,'" Peace recalls, acknowledging their concern about leaving a stable, well-paying job. Yet, his decision to step into this extreme environment represents his commitment to constantly pushing boundaries and providing for his loved ones. 🐟❄️
