Wholesaling Blueprint: Episode 33 - Pat Hilton
In Episode 33 of Wholesaling Blueprint, Tez Arbertha and Heriberto Pando sit down with the dynamic and charismatic Pat Hilton, a talented emcee and entertainer known for his unique style and inspiring journey.
Broadcasting from Pat’s home in Texas, the episode begins with Tez recalling their first meeting at the All-In Event in Dallas, where Pat delivered an electrifying performance as the event’s emcee for Carlos Reyes. Now, Pat dives deep into his backstory, sharing how his journey in music and entertainment began in his hometown of St. Louis, Missouri—a "small town with a big heart."
Growing up, Pat's passion for music was ignited by his father’s incredible record collection, filled with soul classics from Earth, Wind & Fire and The O'Jays, alongside rock legends like Eric Clapton, Santana, and The Rolling Stones. But his love for music took root in grade school, where he chose band class over computer class—partly because the girls were in band class and partly because the trumpet, with its three buttons, seemed deceptively simple. Little did he know, the trumpet would become his gateway to performing iconic themes like Star Wars, Rocky, and Back to the Future, which fueled his love for music and performing.
A pivotal figure in Pat's journey was his teacher, Mr. Varley, who recognized his talent and encouraged his creativity. While Pat admits he struggled with other subjects, music gave him the outlet to shine. "Mr. Varley let me learn and play these superhero themes instead of sticking to the standard stuff like 'Hot Cross Buns,'" Pat recalls. This encouragement helped him discover his love for entertaining and performing, which would later define his career.
Pat’s story is a testament to the power of nurturing creativity and pursuing passions relentlessly. From humble beginnings in St. Louis to captivating audiences on grand stages, Pat’s journey is as inspiring as it is entertaining.
Tune in to Episode 33 for a heartfelt and humorous conversation with Pat Hilton as he shares the roots of his love for music, his passion for connecting with audiences, and his commitment to inspiring others through his craft. 🎺🎤✨
