The Bible has been read, taught, and interpreted in many different ways throughout history. Sometimes those interpretations can become traditions or opinions that people hold onto strongly.
In this episode, we take a moment to talk about why it’s important to focus on the true message of Scripture rather than getting lost in man-made interpretations. The heart of the Bible is meant to guide us toward truth, wisdom, and a deeper understanding of God.
When we approach Scripture with humility and a desire to understand its message, we can begin to see beyond opinions and traditions and focus on what the Word of God is truly communicating.
This conversation is a reminder to seek truth, study the Word thoughtfully, and remain open to growing in understanding as we continue learning and reflecting on Scripture.
Take a moment to listen and reflect on how you approach reading and understanding the Bible.

Let's talk for a second about the Bible. You know, it's so many different things going on. Oh, Bible was written by man, it was written by the man, and you don't want to read it or read this or read that or go here. It's so confusing. It's so many different interpretations, so many different things that people are saying read. People are saying don't do read. Don't go by this one. You should go by this one. Listen, I want to come here to encourage you to pray to God and ask God where you should start. I personally do the KJV version. I feel that that's what works better in my spirit. Even though you know I be I've been struggling a little bit with the, you know, down, ye, shout, all these different big gats, all these different things, but I find that my spirit resonates with that because at the end of the day, we are all required to do, you know, do right, be right, receive, you know, the spirit of the Lord within us, the Holy Ghost, the Holy Spirit. Um, so that we could have the spirit within us, you know, steering us, directing us, correcting us. That's the most important thing. If you think about it, and nothing else, everything else is great, but that's the most important thing, you know, to get us into heaven. And that's the things that we need to walk through with life. You know, it helps you when you're struggling, when you're dealing with so many different things. The word of God, the spirit of the Lord helps you. So don't get sidetracked with what to read, how to read it, the Hebrew, the this, you got to need this because you're gonna go down a rabbit hole that you pretty much is not gonna be able to get out of, and you're gonna miss the whole thing. God requires you to give your all to Him, to give your sacrifice to Him. And that is, of course, hallelujah, the highest praise. But to live out your life in a life that's pleasing to God, and God does not require much of us to do right, to be right, to call ourselves out when we're wrong, right? To just to live a great life, not a difficult life. God will always be talking to you because we're all born with some level of discernment within our spirit. We're all born into that because God created us, right? We just need to go a little deeper, and some people deeper than others, but it's okay. God has a purpose for us all, so don't get sidetracked, even if it's not about Bibles, about something else. People think, uh, don't do this or don't do that. Pray to God and see what God reveals to you. You need to know that God is only going to reveal to you the things that are right, the things that are great, things that are good, you know, things that are for his glory, the things that are for the betterment of yourself. And if you do get things that kind of seem kind of off, test the spirit. But I will always encourage you to have the Holy Ghost inside of you, like the spirit of the Lord, because we need that for guidance, we need that for each and everything we go through. Because you may not do something that someone else do, but you're still doing something, right? We all need guidance, we are all children of God, just like our children need guidance, you do too, and that is where that play a part. So don't get so hooked up on a lot of these different things, okay? Pray to God and see what He wants you to do, and you just focus on that thing one step at a time.
