Life can become loud, busy, and overwhelming. There are moments when our thoughts are racing and the pressures of the day make it hard to slow down.
Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is simply pray and sit quietly with the Lord.
In this episode, we take a moment to reflect on the importance of stillness in our spiritual lives. Prayer is not always about saying many words. Sometimes it is about being present, calming our hearts, and allowing ourselves to rest in God’s presence.

Sometimes you just gotta pray, right? Sometimes you just gotta sit in stillness. You gotta just stop. Get on your knees, fall on your face later on somewhere. You just gotta stop and give God a praise because you're thinking about so much. You're carrying so many different things that God does not desire for you to carry. So I am here to tell you to stop, look and listen, and pray to God. Sing God a Him, you know, lift up your hands. The enemy does not want you to be free, the enemy does not want you to do these things. The things that we will call crazy, God loves those things because they're unordinary, they're things that you feel in your spirit and you just do. You don't allow your human mind to stop you and call yourself crazy. But when your spirit feels that you just do, if you out here running around and running around, lift your hands up and say, Thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Jesus. Hallelujah. I give you all the glory, God. I give you all the honor. I'm forever grateful. You've given me air to breathe, right? You've given us the birds and it's got the trees, God. You've given us water, you've given us each and every things because every element, everything of this earth works in the good for God, and God has given those things for us. For us. God found us worthy to be a part of this earth, even though so many different things are causing it, you know, to not be the best right now. But we have to remember this is God's earth, this is God's world, this is God's universe, this is God, everything belongs to the Lord, but He's given it to us, He's allowed us to be here for a purpose in it, right? And we don't want to allow ourselves to get thrown off from that. Remember that God created you for a purpose, you're on this earth for a reason, just because you think you're not, or maybe someone has told you something that goes against God's word. You are loved, you are loved. God loves you, God knows you. Hallelujah. To be known by God. Tarin Wells, and he's like, I'm fully known, I'm fully known and loved by you. You won't let go. No matter what I do, it's not one or the other, it's conditional like that. But to be fully known by God, out of all these people on this earth, God knows you. And I want you to be encouraged with that, knowing that you are one of God's, you're one of God's children. It's just some things that we have to do on this earth, right? To keep our spirit intact because we are born into a sin, we are born into a sinful world, right? Even though we're coming out beautiful, perfect little babies. Don't get off track. Just know that God loves you, stay focused, stay in the plan of God, continuously pray. Pray and talk to God. Pray and talk to God, okay? All right, now you be blessed.
