A Prayer for God’s Protection Over Your Children While They Are at School

As parents and caregivers, sending children to school each day can sometimes bring feelings of concern, especially when we cannot be there with them throughout the day.

We need to cover our kids while they're at school. So let's pray. Father God, we thank you so much for who you are in our lives. God, we're coming to you today on behalf of our children, Lord, when they're out of our presence in the hands of the faculty and staff at the school houses, God. Lord, we're coming to you right now to cover the atmosphere, Lord. Lord, we're asking you to go before our children, Lord, into the schools, Lord. Cover it with your glory, God. Allowing nothing to cause them any hurt, harm, or danger, God. Nobody, God, any demonic presence, Lord. Anybody coming in seeking after hurt from them, God. No matter if it's the staff, no matter if it's a faculty, whoever it may be in the school, whoever may be outside of the school that wants to come in and do harm to those kids, God. We're covering each and every one of them right now, Lord, from the crown of their head to the soles of their feet, Lord. Allowing them to go in and not have to worry about anything, God, to put their best foot forward, Lord. Allowing them to know that they are great. Hallelujah. They can do great things, God. And sometimes it starts there. It starts in the schoolhouse and that they shall not worry about anything, God. Allow the kids to go in there and if they're struggling in some area, some academic area, God, we're asking you to give them the wisdom and the knowledge to understand what the teacher is teaching, God. And if they cannot understand it, we're asking that they have a teacher or someone who is willing to help them. Hallelujah. So that they don't feel less than. Hallelujah. They can go to school and feel protected. They can go to school and not have to worry about anything. Hallelujah. Lord, we thank you for the staff that is there who is for the kids, Lord. You give them a special blessing for a special blessing to them, God, because they don't have to do it. They don't have to show kindness to our children, but they choose to. We will forever be grateful, God, before because you are amazing and you are so wonderful, Lord. So when the kids are in these places, Lord, give them the peace of mind knowing that you are there for them. You are watching out, Lord. So maybe you cover the school grounds, Lord, cover the playgrounds, God, cover the basketball courts, the front to the back, God. May your hand of protection be all around the school area, Lord. We're coming into agreement knowing that you can do all things but fail, Lord. That when the kids get off the school buses, when the kids get out of the vehicles that brought them there, Lord, that they will feel the comfort of you resting amongst the building, resting among amongst each and every member, each and every person, God, who plays a part in their life that is there in that school, Lord. And we give you all the honor and now the praise, God. We thank you in Jesus' name. We pray, Amen and Amen. Again, sometimes you gotta just pray. You know, some people they just do things and they don't have an answer for why they do it. So I encourage you to always cover your children, cover the other kids that's around them too, Lord. Hallelujah. Because sometimes some kids be, you know, doing a little bit too much. So we're gonna ask the Lord, put that spirit to confusion if other kids or anybody else seek after to do harm to anybody. Hallelujah. Lord, we thank you for that.
