Take a deep breath in and let it out. One more time, a deep breath in and let it out. If you're listening to this tonight, it probably means your mind and body are needing rest. Maybe today felt heavy, maybe your thoughts won't slow down, or maybe you're simply exhausted in ways words can't fully explain. But tonight, you don't have to carry any of that on. I'm going to pray over you. And as you listen, just allow yourself to slowly relax. There's nothing you need to do right now. No pressure, no expectations. Just rest here for a moment. Father God, as the person listening begins to settle in tonight, I ask that you calm everything around them. Let their breathing begin to slow. Let tension leave their body. Let their shoulders soften, their jaw unclenched, their heartbeat steady. God let every deep breath remind them that they are safe in this moment. Even if today felt overwhelming, even if their emotions feel heavy, and if their mind keeps replaying things, let peace begin to take over now. Father, you see everything they carry today. The stress, the conversation, the emotions that held in, the pressure they tried to push through. You saw all of it. And today, I ask that you allow them to finally rest. Lord, some people are tired physically, but others are tired deep in their soul. And you know the difference. You know when someone has been trying to stay strong, trying to keep going, trying to hold themselves together, even when they felt emotionally drained. So right now, I place every burden they're carrying into your hands, every anxious thought, every fear about tomorrow, every situation they can't control. I give it to you on their behalf tonight. Let this room become peaceful. Lord, let your presence rest over their bed, over their mind, over their heart. Let them feel comforted tonight, not rushed, not pressured, just covered in peace. Father, quiet every racing thought, slow down the overthinking, the replaying, the worrying, the mental noise that refuses to let them rest. Interrupt every anxious cycle with your peace. If fear has been keeping them awake, replace it with calm. If uncertainty has been weighing on them, replace it with trust. If emotional pain has been setting heavy in their heart, begin to soften it tonight. Remind them, God, that they do not have to solve everything tonight. They don't have to carry tomorrow before it arrives. They are allowed to rest, allowed to pause and breathe. Let their breathing become slower now. Let their body feel heavier against the bed. Let peace move through every part of them. Their mind, their emotions, their nervous system. God, watch over them as they sleep tonight. Protect their mind. Protect their peace. Protect their heart. Let this night be filled with deep, uninterrupted rest. And while they sleep, restore them. Restore what stress has drained, what anxiety has worn down, and what emotional exhaustion has taken from them. Everything they cannot control tonight. I place it into your hands. Every unanswered question, every heavy emotion, every burden. You are already holding it. Father, we thank you for being near tonight. Thank you for calming what feel unsettled. Thank you for bringing peace where there was heaviness. Stay close to them tonight and let them awake up tomorrow feeling lighter, clearer, and rested. May the peace of God come upon you. May you feel the presence of the Almighty Lord. You don't have to think about it anymore tonight. You don't have to keep carrying. Just rest. God is with you. And you are a savior.
