If you've been carrying more than you've told anyone, quietly holding everything together while feeling exhausted inside... this prayer is for you.
Not every burden is visible. Some people are carrying grief they haven't talked about, anxiety they hide behind a smile, responsibilities that feel overwhelming, or emotional pain they don't know how to put into words.
Maybe you've become so used to being the strong one that no one realizes how much you're carrying.
But God knows.
He sees every silent battle, every sleepless night, every unspoken prayer, and every moment you've wondered how much longer you can keep going.
In this time of prayer, we're bringing every burden, every fear, every unanswered question, and every hidden struggle before the Lord. You don't have to carry it all by yourself anymore.

Welcome into this moment of prayer and worship. I don't claim to be the best prayer or the best worshiper, but I do claim to love the Lord with all my heart. So I invite you into this moment of basking in the presence of the Lord, this moment of peace, this moment of healing and deliverance from whatever you've been battling and whatever you've been going through. Um and pray that this moment with the Lord will help you gain clarity into what the Lord is showing you, and you will hear something that speaks to you from the Lord, or maybe what the Lord allows me to say will resonate with you. The purpose of this moment is to sit before the throne of God, to sit there in our unperfect ways and allow God to lighten the load, the heavy weight we've carried, the burdens we bear, the struggles we face, trials, tribulations, and asking God to heal us in whatever area that we need Him to heal us. Because I know it's something that you've been praying for God to do, a situation that you need God to work out, and what better time than this to put everything, lay everything out on the table, and say, God, I surrender. I surrender to you. Now I love to worship, I love sounds, they feel like they bring me to a place of peace with the Lord. I love instruments, I love just hearing what I feel like God is saying in the music, and I know that that's the way that I worship God, I praise Him. And so I invite you into this moment. So, Father God, we thank you. We thank you for the life you've given. We thank you for each breath that you allow us to take. We thank you for peace of mind that you are giving us. We thank you that we can feel you now, God, in this room. We can feel you in the presence. You are here with us, God, and we thank you. Thank you, Holy Ghost. Thank you, God, for being who you are. We thank you for being a loving God, a God of the beginning, a God of the end, a God of patience and grace and mercy. We thank you for each day you've given us. You've given us chance at the chance, and we thank you and appreciate it, God. Lord, today some things that we are laying before you. Where some need a healing physically, some need a healing mentally, God. But I put them at your throne. May you open their eyes to see what you are showing them. But I pray in this moment, wherever you are, that you feel the presence of God. You feel him within you. You feel his presence. Hallelujah. Now I believe God is going to do something for you. I believe that God has heard your prayers, and in this moment, God is going to do something for you. So, God, we thank you. We thank you for what is to come. We thank you for the deliverance and the healing, God. So, to the one who is battling sickness in the body, pain in the body, we ask God to cover you right now. We ask God to send His healing angels amongst you. May the angels of the Lord touch you from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet. May the parts in your body that are racking with pain, may they be delivered right now. One touch from God. From the sickness in your body that a doctor said, No cure. We know that God is the cure in Jesus' name. You've been battling with so much for years, and you want to give up, but I'm declaring and decreeing right now that giving up is not your story. There's more life to be lived. So wherever you're hurting at right now, if it's physical or whatever sickness is in your body, in disease in your body, I want you to place your hand there. I want you to put your mind on it, and I want you to be you see yourself giving it to God. Say, God, I give this over to you, God. Lord, heal me if it is in your will, God. But if it's not so right now, Lord, allow me to be able to hold on a little bit longer. Allow me to understand that this is something that I have to go through. But help me to bear it with you, Lord. Knowing that each step that you take, each day that you're given is another day to praise God out of your situation. It's okay. I know you may feel like God has loved you, you may feel like no one understands, and believe me, a lot of people don't. But know that God is there for you to lean on, God is there for you to cry out to and to surrender your all to, and say, Lord, just give me peace. Now your peace may look different than the next person's peace or what you thought peace may look like, but I want you to know that God will give it to you. If you are battling mentally, you can't stop the thoughts that continues to race in your in your head, but you're trying and you're like, Lord, I just want a moment of peace. I want you to understand that God will give it to you. Hallelujah. Now maybe you're standing in a gap for a family, a friend, and you're saying, This isn't quite me yet, but I do want God to do something for this person. I want you to put them their name, call their name out now, speak it out, and put them at the throne of God and say, God, I'm standing in the gap for this friend or this family, and they may not believe in you or believe in what you can do, but Lord, let my faith be enough for them. Let my faith cover them. And God, I pray that you touch them in a mighty way so that they can know that it was nobody but you, no goodness of their own, nothing they have done, nothing doctors have done, but it was you, God. And I pray that this moment leads them to you, Lord, in Jesus' name. I want you to understand that you are not left, you are not unseen, the things you battle, the things you face are going to be the very thing that allowed you to elevate, the very thing that allowed you to be able to share your story, the very thing that allow you to become the person that you are becoming. I don't want you to ever think that God is just giving you certain problems and certain things. We know that it's the enemy, but God is a very present help in our times of trouble, our times of sorrow. God is there, but you just have to do your part and just pray to Him, reach out, call to Him, and tell God what you need. Tell God what you need, say, Lord, Father God, I'm here, here, save me, deliver me, rescue me. Hallelujah. So I say, listen, what do you hear? God is saying, What is God saying to you right now? Hallelujah. God is saying, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm in the room, I'm here for you. Just call on my name, and there I will be. In the darkness, in the stillness, say, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, hallelujah. You know, it doesn't take a lot to move God, our prayer and supplication, our obedience to his word, our charity. And God is there to give us hope for tomorrow. He wants you to recover from the things that you have to dealt with. God wants you to be better. Yes, Lord. Yes, Lord. Thank you, Lord. There will be times that we have sorrow. You know, the word of God, it tells us there's a time for everything. A time to live, a time to die, a time to plant, a time to pluck up. So everything in life has to happen. But through Jesus, we have access to the Lord. Through the very one that came and laid down his life, to the one that came on this earth to fulfill a purpose for a people, a generation that would never lay eyes on him physically. But we carry the Spirit of the Lord within us when we give our life to Christ, when we give it over and know that our life is not our own to live. When we become children of God, we have a seat, we have an inheritance, and we have a name to call on. When things get rough, when things get heavy, when life feels like it wants to take us out, when no one understands what you're going through, when it feels like no one cares, no one's there for you, you feel like you're in the world alone. We have Jesus, the Savior, to call out, to cry out and say, Jesus. If you're laying in bed and you just can wave your hand, you say, Jesus. If you don't know what to do, you just say Jesus. And you wait to feel his presence in the room. Just can you feel it? The presence of the Lord in the atmosphere. Hallelujah. May our praises fill the temple. Hallelujah. If you don't have any more to give, just give it one more. Jesus. Yes, Lord. Yes, Lord. I thank you. Hallelujah.
unknownHallelujah.
