Trust becomes most real when we're facing uncertainty—those moments when our minds demand answers God hasn't yet provided. Speaker 1:Today is day 149, walk in Trust. From Proverbs, chapter 3, verses 5 and 6, from the New Living Translation. Some of the hardest steps in your walk with God are the ones where you have no clue where they're leading. Our reading from Proverbs today says Trust in the Lord with all your heart. Do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do and he will show you which path to take. Trust isn't passive. It's not saying whatever happens happens. It's a decision To place your full weight on God when your mind is demanding answers that he hasn't given.
Speaker 1:Walking in trust means you can let go of your backup plans. You stop trying to control what's not yours to fix. You listen when he says go and stay when he says wait. Sometimes God will intentionally keep the next step hidden until you take the one that's in front of you, not to frustrate you, but to grow in your faith, because faith doesn't need the full picture, it just needs the next step. So today, walk in trust, even if the road bends, even if it's dark. You, you're not walking blind, you're walking with him. Let's pray, father God, I trust you, even when I don't understand. Help me lean on your word instead of my feelings. Give me peace in the waiting and boldness in the going.
