SPEAKER_00

Pinky's up. What time is it? It's time to spill.

SPEAKER_03

That's right. It's gonna make me burpee.

SPEAKER_00

I know it's a okay, sippers, grab your teacups because it's time to spill. I'm Mallory.

SPEAKER_03

And I'm Kristen, and we are back this week with all the things that we have been sipping while we were away. Because we know you missed us. I'm so ready. I'm so ready too. I've got a whole list. I know. Like a long list. I'm glad. I'm glad.

SPEAKER_00

Let's just banter back and forth. Talk about all the good things that we've been loving lately. We have 31 things. Mother fricker.

SPEAKER_03

Oh my gosh. But let's start off with our confessions then. Normally I would start off with our sippins, but we're gonna confess something. So every week we like to Good idea. Confess, and here it goes. I have two. So do you want me to go first? Yes. Okay. The first one is I did an Indie Clover booth this week at the new sugar house location, right? So I went there. I met a couple sippers, I R L, and they were like, Are you bringing the podcast back? I'm like, yes. And then one girl said, I This was at Sugar House? Yes. Stop. One girl said, I literally got divorced because of your podcast. That was my exact reaction. Shut up. I'm like, I'm so sorry. She's like, no, no, no, no, no. Like, it's such a good thing. I'm like, I know, but like, I'm sorry you had to go through all that. But she's like, I literally was just listening to your podcast every week, like, I need to get divorced. Shut the hell.

SPEAKER_00

And she Well, I hope this way you want. I hope it was for the best, is what I say. Like, hopefully, you needed to hear something that we were putting out.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, that's what she was saying. Yeah. She was like, it was, it was exactly like what she needed to hear. Yeah. Got her out of bad situations, got her out of a bad situation. I told my family that. I'm like, this is why we're doing more. Yeah. I was like, clearly, the podcast is helping people. Like, yeah, we're gonna get divorced. They were like, wow, congrats.

SPEAKER_01

Great success story.

SPEAKER_00

Oh my gosh, dude. That is so sad. But also, how do you feel now? She said she was so happy. I'm like, how's dating? She's like, it sucks and it's fun.

SPEAKER_03

I'm like, that's exactly it. Oh my god. It sucks when it sucks, and it's so fun when it's fun. Did you know who it was? Yes, and you will too. I'll show you who it is. Okay. But yeah, super cute. So that was exciting to hear. Congratulations. Two sisters. If you catch them adrift, they both came out to be at separate time, so. Do we need to uh have a divorce party? Oh yeah. I don't know if she's had one. Call us a queen.

SPEAKER_00

I mean, I don't know if it's something to brag about that we've had three divorce parties. And then you tell your confession we'll go back to my body. My confession is not anything crazy, but my sister got engaged. And why did nobody tell me like what it would feel like when your little sister gets engaged? And just like the whole process of her like looking at all the wedding things. I'm like, actually, emo.

SPEAKER_03

That's so sweet.

SPEAKER_00

I'm actually unwell. She's just my little girl. She's just my little sis, you know, just my baby Jean. Perfect little baby Jean. I'm doing no wrong. All that to say is I've started planning her bachelorette trip already, and I am so freaking excited. I mean, she doesn't listen to the pod. RIP. I know, I know. So we can kind of give a little tea there. But I'm gonna do a wild, wild wife theme and do like westerny vibes and do like save a horse ride a cowboy. Because I feel like you can play off of it in a sexual way that's like not crazy. You know what I mean?

SPEAKER_03

But also you could go crazy. But also make it fun for the games or whatever. You need to rent a mechanical bowl. That would be so funny. You know what? My brother wants to get one and like rent it out for events.

SPEAKER_00

We will be his first event. He really wanted to have it at his wedding. Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

And his bride vetoed that. But oh my gosh, that would have been so fun. I know. I was actually bummed about that.

SPEAKER_00

Now that you say that, we literally need it. So I'm really excited. It's like all consuming. It's all I've been thinking about, and it's not for another four months. No, that's literally the cutest theme. No, yeah. Four months, it's gonna come and go. Which is also sad at the same time because I'm like, how is October only four months away? Yeah, that's crazy.

SPEAKER_03

Well, even when we're like scheduling everything out to do this podcast, we're like, oh, we'll do it. We're gonna launch it July 13th, thinking we had all this time.

SPEAKER_00

Like, that's year. Yes. That's come and gone. Which we have our new photo shoot coming up on Sunday.

SPEAKER_03

I'm literally so excited. I'm so excited. I'm actually a little stressed for you.

SPEAKER_00

I will be ordering my outfit tonight. It's Wednesday, you guys. Photo shoot is Sunday. It's Wednesday at 8 13 p.m.

SPEAKER_03

Mallory has not ordered her outfit yet.

SPEAKER_00

If this is not me to a tea, you should see me out. My cart it all says tomorrow. Okay, tomorrow, June 25th, Friday, tomorrow, Friday, Friday, Saturday. Depending on what I'm ordering. A lot of it is tomorrow, though. Okay, wait, I want to see you.

SPEAKER_02

Give me a peek.

SPEAKER_00

Okay. Well, I'll probably just do the course that you sent me because that's like little snow work because you found it for me.

SPEAKER_03

Oh yeah, so freaking cute.

SPEAKER_00

But with that, I'm gonna do bloomers of sorts. So I really loved these ones. Cute. Or I can do the ones that are like a little less extra, like less frillies on the side, and then do the boustier thing that you sent. Is that what it's called? The bustle. What? Yeah, the bustle. Bustle. Okay, yes. Do the bustle that you sent with either the pearl necklace, that pearl necklace, that pearl necklace.

SPEAKER_03

I found this teacup. Shut the hell. Wait, what is that? A bag? A necklace? Yeah, it's a necklace. Look at it. Oh, yes. I thought it was like a big purse.

SPEAKER_00

Oh. Wait, now that you see that. I think I can find one. And I think I'll do the long polka dot. Oh my gosh, yes. Do you think?

SPEAKER_03

Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes.

SPEAKER_00

Um, I don't know if I need to find something for my hair. Do I need a feather too? I don't know.

SPEAKER_03

I bought 30 feathers.

SPEAKER_00

30.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah. So they came in a pack of 30. So you can use some of them. I think they're like mauve though. Okay. Or did I get cream? I can't remember. I never opened them when they came. So I'll check.

SPEAKER_00

Double check, let me know. But I also saw this is like different and out there, but these like Victorian collars.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, fun. Well, I think our whole photo shoot is different and out there. Yeah. We're doing, I mean, by the time this comes out, you guys will have seen it, but we're doing a Marie Antoinette hot girl vibe. Spill the tea.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. Which Kirsten's pink velvet couch. Is that the salon?

SPEAKER_03

It's not velvet. Oh, I thought it was like.

SPEAKER_00

No, but it's vintage. Okay.

SPEAKER_03

It's like, it's kind of like jackered material, you know?

SPEAKER_00

Okay, now I remember.

SPEAKER_03

Which is the same material as my corset. Stops.

SPEAKER_00

And yours is blue, right?

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, my skirt is like huge. It's massive and white. Okay. I really wanted it to be like monochromatic, but I couldn't find a blue one.

SPEAKER_00

And her mom has all of the cakes, like fake, cute frilly cakes. Yeah, why does her mom have?

SPEAKER_03

Usually fake desserts, but it is coming in handy.

SPEAKER_00

You should just grab, grab those cakes, grab those the teacups from our first one, or like whatever else she has.

SPEAKER_03

I already have those all on a toe. And she has literally like macarons and you're literally just we should probably have fake cookies.

SPEAKER_01

No, she does have cookies.

SPEAKER_03

Like she has all her cookies.

SPEAKER_00

Okay, wait, we need to raid her closet. We need all of the above. Anyway, I don't know how this just goes so skewed. But needless to say, now I'm excited to plan a time to spill event because we've had some fun ideas for our end of summer one. Oh yeah, they are in the works. Like mini personal pizzas.

SPEAKER_03

It's gonna be so cute.

SPEAKER_00

Custom boxes, maybe.

SPEAKER_03

Outdoor garden party. Yeah. Tell your besties, be prepared. End of August.

SPEAKER_01

That's gonna come so fast. We gotta hurry.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. This episode drops what? July 20th? Yeah. Something. 20th? We might need to push it to like the first week of September.

SPEAKER_03

Okay, anyway, what's your other confession? My other confession is I just need to rant for a second. I can't with people. People. People elaborate. On social media that block their kids' faces. Okay. I don't care. Do whatever you're doing. I just don't understand why people do it half the time. Yeah. Like at that point, just don't do it all. Just don't do it at all. Or do it and go remove the old pictures of them. Yeah. Like I've just noticed a few people starting to do it recently, and I'm like, wait, this is new. So I look at their page. All of their old pictures are still there. All of their children's faces, multiple children's faces. Like we can still see what your kids look like. And hundreds of posts of them. Yes. I'm like, okay, I get it, but like maybe go archive those.

SPEAKER_00

Because I can see it from a point of view of like everything that's coming out about AI producing all these pictures of children and stuff, but it doesn't make sense to only do it half the time, but still have all your old pictures.

SPEAKER_03

And people are doing it like on their Instagram stories. Like what AI bought is snagging your picture within 24 hours, but not your static post that's been sitting there for months. I don't get it. I don't get it. If anybody wants to elaborate, you can please. I don't get it. Or like, I yeah, I saw someone at a party like blocked her kid's face in the picture, and then the next one was all the party decorations of pictures of all the kid the kid multiple times. And like you could see him very clearly. That's where I'm like, I don't get it. I don't get it. And my next thing would be just don't post a picture of the kid. Yeah. Like you're ruining the picture by putting the emoji on their face. Just pick one without him. Yeah. I will never understand. Yeah. The halfsies.

SPEAKER_00

I also don't understand yet because I don't have kids. I can see how like the AI stuff is scary, but half the time, yeah. Okay. I literally don't get it. Make it make sense.

SPEAKER_03

Okay. Let's get into our sippins. So, sipping is anything we've been loving lately. And while we've been gone for six months, we've been sipping a lot. Mallory's list of five minutes.

SPEAKER_00

No, it's okay. I'm excited because we're gonna be able to go off of all your lists.

SPEAKER_03

And you're gonna have okay. Let's start with TV shows. Okay, beautiful. Love that. Right now, we are both watching and loving Love Island UK. Let's do a recap. Love Island UK, I must say, so much better than US.

SPEAKER_00

I have only watched this season of UK and I already like it 10 times better than US.

SPEAKER_03

I've only ever watched UK, and I tried watching this season of US. It's boring. I literally got to like episode three or four, and I was like, I am like forcing myself to watch this. Whereas UK from episode one literally we started it that night when we were playing Majon. We got like episode one and two. Yeah. I went home, watched it all night, got to episode six, could not go to bed, and then the next day I got to episode 11. Like I cannot stop watching UK. And that's exactly how I was when I watched it before, except for I used to watch, I watched season one and season two, which is there's so we're on season 13 now of UK. So there's so many, it's so many years ago. And some of those couples are still together to this day, and they have kids from UK. From UK, which is so funny because back then the show was very much more pornographic than it is now. Yeah, like it was like trash TV. It is the epitome of trash TV. But it like actually worked, and people fell in love and have kids to this day, 13 seasons later.

SPEAKER_00

I cannot imagine having sex in the same room as eight other couples.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah. And they'd be like awake, like, are they doing it? Are they doing it? Like lit listening to them watching them.

SPEAKER_01

So sick. Oh my gosh.

SPEAKER_03

But hey, for some of those couples, they are still married with kids to this day. So I'm just saying bold. Go to the hideaway. Like, literally, yeah. I love you, K. So Mallory finally started that.

SPEAKER_00

We, yes. I let's just like say who we love. I love Lorenzo. Lorenzo is the hottest.

SPEAKER_03

People keep trying to set me up with people. Don't don't even try unless they look like Lorenzo.

SPEAKER_00

Lorenzo is the standard, the gold standard here of the men that Kristen loves and is attracted to. Mm-hmm. Do we feel like he's kind of a dud? Yeah, I don't know his personality, but like he's definitely the best looking in the house.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

I just keep finding myself being like, Sam is so precious.

SPEAKER_03

I is that fit? No.

SPEAKER_00

Wait, who's Sean? That's Sean. Oh, wait, which one's Sam? Sam's the one with the hearing aids.

SPEAKER_03

Oh, I love seeing that. I know. Okay, no. I I was feeling like really sad because I thought they were gonna boot him early on. I'm on episode eight. And he's like not coupling with anybody. Yeah. So I feel like he had a rough go in the beginning, but yes. Okay, okay, okay. Yes, no. He's he's so cute, so sweet. And then I think Lola and Fitz or Sean are darling together. So cute. And I really like Ellie because she does not put up with crap. She confronts everything. She says exactly how she feels, and there's no like ifs, ands, or buts about it. She has the conversation, they work through it, they're besties right after.

SPEAKER_00

I'm like, that is my girl. Her makeup kind of makes me lol, though. It is like so caked. Yeah. Like, did you see when she got kicked off and she was crying? And it was like, oh my gosh, girl. And she went in and touched up, and it still had the tear marks. Yes. I love Yasmin. She is like little Sabrina Carpenter. I am not loving her with Aiden.

SPEAKER_03

With well, with what she did with Ellie. Like she's like, I'm a girl's girl. Yeah. And Ellie's like, I know. If anything were to happen, like you would tell me. And she's like, yes. Then she doesn't tell her that she kissed Aiden. I know. I'm like, she's kinda I mean, I feel like she's obviously there for herself. Yeah. She might be a little like sneaky. Like she's just gonna get what she wants at the end of the day. But she makes you think that she's your bestie. Yeah, but I like how Ellie called her out on it.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. So I don't love that. I also love Aiden and his brother.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, they're really cute. Are they they're the brother? No, they're not twins. The younger brother's 21. Oh my gosh, I forget that they're so they are so young. And he, but he seems older to me. Like he seems more mature. Uh-huh. Even as it goes along. Yeah. Aiden is the definition of like want what you can't have. A f boy. Yes. Yeah. Oh my gosh, he gets is it so annoying. Yes. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. But I cannot with Jasmine's style. And I don't know if you've seen it yet, but it gets worse. It's like she's just trying. I mean, it's obviously her look, her style. It is just way too much like 90s. I I don't know what it's heinous. There's a day that she's wearing like these capris with these frilly fringe stilettos.

SPEAKER_00

That was my my episode right before the sort of thing. Yeah, she's giving like Bratz doll.

SPEAKER_03

Yes.

SPEAKER_00

Like jade from Bratz.

SPEAKER_03

Yes. She is stunning. Her face cars. Oh, she's beautiful. But her style I'm not loving.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

unknown

At all.

SPEAKER_00

And her personality too. I feel like she's kind of.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

And she's like so, like, Lorenzo clearly doesn't want you. No. Imagine if you want him to want you. Like, he's like, yeah, you're hot. He's interested, but like his options are open. Yeah. She needs to drop it. Oh, let's talk about what's Opie.

SPEAKER_00

When he was dating what's her name?

SPEAKER_03

Oh my gosh, what? Angelista.

SPEAKER_00

Oh yeah. Angie. Angie is what they call her. And then the new girls come in and they like are watching the girls are watching the boys.

SPEAKER_03

I was so disappointed. And he was like, my head is turned. He's like, I yeah, I always have a wandering eye. I'm like, she is so lucky she saw that.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, absolutely. But like I love so much how they did that to stir the pot. Oh my gosh, yeah.

SPEAKER_03

No, that was they need to do that in every season. Oh my gosh. Yeah, I loved that.

SPEAKER_00

That was amazing. Okay, so who's your favorite? Lorenzo, for sure. Like, okay, are we going off personality or looks?

SPEAKER_03

Who's the most entertaining? The most entertaining. Like, who do you not want to? Like, you'll be so devastated when they go home.

SPEAKER_00

Um, literally Sam. I'm like, please no, he deserves. He deserves to find love. Yeah, he's so. Even though he's like kind of quiet, sits back, but he just is so precious in my brain. Honestly, I love Robin. I want to see her find somebody too. Robin. I know. She's probably gone now, huh? But I'm not caught up yet.

SPEAKER_03

I think Ellie is my girl. Yes. I love Ellie. And then the other girl, Mika is darling too. I feel like they don't give her, she doesn't have enough like storyline to keep me like, she doesn't have enough drama. Yeah. But she is stunning.

SPEAKER_00

Yes.

SPEAKER_03

I really like her.

SPEAKER_00

I do love Priya. The one that Lorenzo kissed. Oh yeah.

SPEAKER_03

She's the new one that came in. Yeah, she's. She's so pretty.

SPEAKER_00

The bombshell. Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah. I do love Ellie. And I probably agree with Sam. Like every like he does that have a personal. He's like in friendship couples. I'm like, no, he can't go home. He can't go home. He can't go home.

SPEAKER_00

It makes me so sad.

SPEAKER_03

But that was so savage how they let the new people come in and kick them off.

unknown

I know.

SPEAKER_00

It's crazy.

SPEAKER_03

Love Island of UK. Okay, yeah. Ran over, but we like are obsessed. No, I'm obsessed. If you need a good trashy TV, you cannot watch when children are around. Mm-hmm. Love Island UK. Yeah. I love just like, I feel like you have to watch the first two. Yeah, you start talking with a British accent when you watch it. Snorging.

SPEAKER_00

I'm like, down your snog.

SPEAKER_03

Should we go for a chat? Yeah. Um, I have to watch it with subtitles on. Yes. I never know what they're saying. And I feel like I honestly feel like it's worth you gotta watch season one or season two. Okay. The accents are so strong. Like, I physically could not not watch the screen because I'm like, what are they saying? But it's it's so entertaining. I literally loved it.

SPEAKER_00

Do you watch on your Michael Scott TV in your room?

unknown

No.

SPEAKER_03

I watch it. This is what I was gonna say. With this season, their accents are much more clear. Yes, you can understand what they're saying. But especially if you know like what bird and snogging and all their like little different words mean.

SPEAKER_00

What did somebody say the other day? It made me laugh so bad. On the episode? They said, I'm not gonna you yank her. You're she said like you yank uh something like that. She's like, did that make you really go funny? That was my fan. Did that make you really go? He's like, Yeah, kind of.

SPEAKER_03

The what was I saying though? I no, I feel like you with Love Island UK, you have to watch, you have to like sit down and watch episodes one and two. So you like get the people, yeah, but then I just watch it on my phone while I'm getting ready or whatever. It's like in the background, like kind of yes, so you can still like pay attention, but you don't have to actually be watching their faces because not actually that much happen. It's like just a lot of chats, a lot of conversations. So I love it. That's a good background noise show. Love that was fun. Do you have another TV show that you've been loving? I need you to get up further on the show. Yes, I also have been loving. You guys know I'm a real house lives girly, and I'm gonna freaking one day I'm gonna get Mallory on board.

SPEAKER_00

I know. You will. UK was a big step for me. Okay. And was I right?

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, I'm loving it. Okay, so I think you should start Real Housewives of Rhode Island because season one just ended. Yeah. And the first seasons are always short. So you would only have to get through one season, and then you'll be like, oh, the Rhode Island, Real Housewives of Rhode Island reunion just came out. So that is what I'm gonna watch tonight. And I am so excited. Yeah. And I also finished, I watched all of Beverly Hills. I'm caught up on OC, and I've been watching New Jersey from the beginning. Do you know how old that is? So old. Literally. Gia is like six, and I just watched her on Special Forces. Good morning.

SPEAKER_00

Thinking about so many things.

SPEAKER_03

I just watched her on Special Forces like last year, two years ago, and she was like 21, 22. Yeah, you're like I am way back in the archives, starting New Jersey.

SPEAKER_00

Oh my gosh. Wait, I was gonna say, how is Ashley on Rhode Island?

SPEAKER_03

She just typical Ashley. Like kind of, she's kind of just there. She doesn't really add to the drama. Is her husband rich or something?

SPEAKER_00

Like, why is she on Real Housewives?

SPEAKER_03

No, but he's from Rhode Island.

unknown

Okay.

SPEAKER_03

So that's why they're living in Rhode Island. He has a restaurant out there. Okay. And yeah. I don't know. I'm not like obsessed with her. Okay. I never was anyway. Yeah. So she's just kind of there. She doesn't like add to the drama and she just is always crying. She not she's not with that Jared guy still, right? Yes, they're not. That's who it is. Yes, they're married and have kids, and he like opened a restaurant out there that's like not making any money.

SPEAKER_01

Stop.

SPEAKER_03

But they're because they make way more money with influencing. Yeah. So they're like, their biggest drama is like, should we renew the lease? But like it's his passion project. Stop. So it's like it's their storyline is not great. But then you've got other people that are cheating. The husband. Okay, Rula's husband is cheating on her the entire season. And the mistress is posting pictures, posting videos of them. And Rula will not believe it, will not look. They're like, look what he is doing. She says he's not. He says he's not. He says it. What's the what he apologized? He's not doing it. It's so ridiculous. No way. So yeah. That's some tea. For you, I would love for you to start Rhode Island. Okay. I'm gonna add a toy list. I really am. And then I, while we were away, Paradise Season 2 came out. We loved I feel like it's taking a very like lost vibe twist, which I love. So that's the one. That last episode. Yeah, they always gotta leave you on a freaking fat clip hanger. Yeah. So that's a great show. If you guys haven't, we've talked about season one on the podcast before, too. So if you haven't watched that one, that's like a good binge-worthy. Your husbands will love it too. That's the one I'm like waiting for to come out again. Yeah. So good. Freaking sobbing my eyes out in that second season. And then I didn't even know that nobody wants this. Season two was out. Did you watch it?

SPEAKER_00

Uh-uh. No, I haven't yet. It's exactly like it.

SPEAKER_03

But I haven't finished it yet. Yeah. It's just like cute, easy, rom commy vibes. So I started watching, I got through half of it. I haven't finished it yet. But those are my TV shows. I'm trying to do that. I don't watch a ton of TV besides reality. Yeah. We started special forces. Did I ever talk about that on the podcast? Yes. I watched all four seasons, binged it so fast. I got sick one time and I literally like could not leave the house for like four days. Like could not leave my bed. And I watched all of the special forces and I loved it. Oh my gosh. And it's just it's so fun because it's like celebrities. Yeah. Like D-list celebrities. Like reality stars. And then there's like Jojo C. Brah and yeah, Brianna Chicken Fry. But then they freaking like Hannah Brown is such a badass. She is. Oh my gosh. She freaking makes it to the very end. And this is like the highest, like elite military training. The top 1% of the 1% of the whatever. So you cannot pay me to go on that show. Oh no. I think they get paid a flat rate. Like you get, I don't know how much it is. You get like $100,000 just to go on it. So they don't even have to make it that far. So the people that make it all the way to the end, like it's even more impressive. Yeah. Like Jojo C was Jojo C Wa was on there. She's also a badass. And like you would not expect that.

SPEAKER_00

Oh my gosh.

SPEAKER_03

And then they get like nailed at for like having any sort of attitude. It's very entertaining.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. How did Brianna Chicken Fry do?

SPEAKER_03

She made it all the way to the end.

SPEAKER_00

Did she win? Or is it like a is it a game show, or is it that you just like make it to the end of the training and you can say that?

SPEAKER_03

You have to make it through the entire week of training. And it is like grueling. Like you wouldn't want to die. And then the last 24 hours, you are being manhunted as if you were like at war and they are coming to get you. So you have to like get from point A to point B using a compass or whatever. Get there, extract whatever the mission is without getting caught. And there's like dogs out looking for you, there's helicopters, like they are searching for you. Oh my. And then once they capture you, then they interrogate you. Yeah. They put you through psychological warfare. That's miserable. Listen to these insane baby sounds, put you in stress positions, and you have to survive that for 12 hours. And then at a certain point when they're about to kill you, is when you reveal, like, okay, I'm actually here for whatever the mission is. Yeah. And then, so I can't remember if Brianna, I think she made it past that. But if yeah, if you give up your story too early, they'll kick you off. Yeah. So it is like up until the very last second, you don't know who's gonna make it. Yeah. And then once it gets to the end, then it's also the military's people's choice. Basically, it's if they would trust going into war with you. Yeah. It's like what they're judging. It's so shocking because you got these freaking bachelor contestants that make it all the way to the end and they are so badass. But then, like, all of the NFL players and NBA players, not all of them, but a lot of them are freaking babies. Yeah. And they get kicked off so early because they have all the physical capabilities, but then they're like scared of heights or they are like they cannot get their attitude in check. And so they kick them off early.

SPEAKER_00

That is wild. It's so entertaining. You have to watch it. I literally have to. I'm gonna literally start tonight.

SPEAKER_03

And it's just easy. There's four seasons, and every season is it different. Summer, like in one is in like Jordan, it's super hot, and then another one is in like New Zealand in the snow, and they like push them in the water all the time. Like miserable, no matter what you get. And yeah. Some of these D-Listers are badass.

SPEAKER_00

I don't know which I would rather have.

SPEAKER_03

Oh, no. So bad. I would you cannot pay me to go on that show.

SPEAKER_00

Should we talk books? Yes. Okay.

SPEAKER_03

What'd you read?

SPEAKER_00

I am on book three of Throne of Glass, the Throne of Glass series. It's like a lot of world building. I think I talked about it last week a little bit.

SPEAKER_01

Yes, you did. That's what you're sipping.

SPEAKER_00

So I finished Midnight Crown and I started Assassin's Blade. And for those that have these names, these words. You guys, Kristen, you have to. I'm sh I understand why you haven't read A Court of Swords and Roses yet. I totally understand, but I cannot wait for you to read that series because I'm still trying to be convinced on the Throne of Glass series. Really?

SPEAKER_03

And you have the third book.

SPEAKER_00

Yes. People say like the books that are later in the series are when like draws you in. That's yeah see, that's really like too much effort. Yeah, but you're not as obsessed as Avatar. But I was so obsessed with Avatar that like it's killing me to read something else, but people say they're like obsessed with Throne of Glass, so I'm still giving it a chance. But I wish I would have read Assassin's Blade first in the series. Because it goes Throne of Glass, Midnight of Crown, and or whatever, and then Assassin's Blade. And they say you can read it first or third, but it's a it's a prequel to the Throne of Glass book, but it's third. Does that make sense? Yes. So I wish I would have read about her backstory first and why she is an assassin and then gotten into like the future because I ended book two and I was like dying to know what's happening next in the story, but I'm like backstory to her when she was 16 years old. Yes. You know, so I'm just like, it's still good. It gives you a backstory of like her and like her first love. It's not necessarily like a love story yet, but it's like she loved this guy so much, and then he dies, at least where I'm at and like so I wish I would have read that first, but it's okay, it's still really, really good. Okay, so when when on one day when I make my route to these fantasy worlds, yeah, I'll read that one first. No Actar. Okay, oh, but you'll read Assassin's Blade first. Yes. When I get to throwing glass, I'm like, no, no, no, no. Accord of Rose and Thorns, Accord of Rose and Thorns, please. Acarat. Acarat, yes. Oh god, my heart aches for that blank. Oh my gosh. Yeah. Do you have any books on your list?

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, I think I also talked about this last week, but I just finished yesteryear. Really enjoyed that one. The women. Yep, I was gonna say. You guys, I went on a Kristen Hannah kick binge. Like, I you cannot get enough of Kristen Hannah's style of historical fiction. So The Nightingale sobbed my eyes out. Still need to read. Like, if I think about it, I will start sobbing again. Like it was so good. Love the Nightingale. Then I read, oh, the one about the dust bowl. What's it called? The Great, no.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, The California.

SPEAKER_03

Yes, it's about the California. Yes. No. Oh my gosh, what's the book called? It's Brooke's favorite book. Right? No, that's the Alaska one. The Great. I want to say The Great Divide. The Great Alone. The Great Alone is the Alaska one. Great Alone, also amazing. Then Oh my gosh, what's it called? Look it up for me right now. Kristen Hannah's book about the Dust Bowl and the Great Depression. Why can I not think of what it's called? Anyway. The Four Winds. The Four Winds. Thank you. I was laid off. I kept wanting to say in my mind the Great Divide. Yeah. But that is Noah Khan's new album. Okay, so the Four Winds. Amazing. No happy ending in sight. So just know if you are going to read that, you will be depressed with the whole book, and then at the end you will end depressed. But amazing. Oh my gosh.

SPEAKER_00

I was here.

SPEAKER_03

So good. And then the women, I loved it.

SPEAKER_00

I picked that from Butt Club book. I will say The Women was like the first historical fiction that we've read that I've loved. That you actually liked. Yes. And I think it's because my grandpa served in the Vietnam War. And so I was like thinking about my grandpa the whole time and like maybe the conditions that he had to experience while she was experiencing it too. He is the way he is now. Yes.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah. No, I love I really love her style of writing and it just makes you like care about all these historical things that like you've heard of, but like, yeah, it really puts it into perspective. So I would highly recommend Hannah. I've read a couple other of her books, but they weren't historical fiction ones. Anyway, I love her. She's probably my favorite author. And then I also busted through the entire Housemaid series. You did? Yes, because I had only ever read the first one. Yes, and then the second movie is coming out. So I'm like, oh, I gotta read that. So I did second, third, and then there's like a three and a half or two and a half or something. I read all of them.

SPEAKER_00

Oh my gosh, I need to read. So before the second comes out.

SPEAKER_03

Yes. The second one I thought you didn't read it. No, I haven't read it yet. I thought I knew where it was going, and I was so wrong.

SPEAKER_00

Did you see the the guy from whatever that series is called? Love Story, JFK and Carolyn Bassett. He's in it.

SPEAKER_03

That's who they guessed. Yeah. The second one. Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

I'm so excited. I love him.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, I can't wait for that one to come out. It'll be so good.

SPEAKER_00

Maybe Sipper Cinema. Was that the one we had to cancel? No. Was it? No, it was reminders of him.

unknown

Okay.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. Because I remember it and saw reminders of him that same night we were supposed to do. We don't need to keep reminding the sippers. Maybe I should be the house. Nothing like that will ever happen again. Trust. Okay, what podcasts have you been sipping while we've been gone? Any? OMG, the toast? Same. Love the toast. I love their. Although I do have to skip through their updates about like, do they do housewives updates?

SPEAKER_03

No. Summerhouse.

SPEAKER_00

Their summer house. Yeah. I have to skip through that because I'm like, ugh, bored. I don't know what you're talking about.

SPEAKER_03

See, I don't watch Summer House, but I know what's going on in the Summer House universe. Yeah. Because of listening to the Toast. And it's on my FYP all the time. So I'm like, I feel like I know exactly I don't know exactly what's going on, but I have a better idea to keep me updated in pop culture, even though I don't listen. Yeah. Yeah. Because apparently that drama was the biggest scandal, like even bigger than Scandaval.

SPEAKER_00

So I'm like, I gotta know what's going on. Scandaval. Never forget him on Freaking America's Got Talent.

SPEAKER_03

No, never forget him on Traitors. Oh yeah.

SPEAKER_00

That was so funny. Okay, yeah. Toast is like the toast is what I've listened to the most, but I did just listen to the Emily Kaiser J Shetty episode. Oh, same. Did you listen?

SPEAKER_03

Yes. Okay. That was really good.

SPEAKER_00

Super good. I feel like it was really good. Like she was. She's very well spoken. Of the way she yeah, she was very well spoken. And like obviously I felt so sad for her and like that she's experienced this, but like the way she's gonna be able to help people moving forward, I think, is gonna be very significant.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah. And just a lot of good reminders of like oh, you know, obviously hindsight's 2020. Why didn't they do this? I would have done this differently. I would have. But you don't know, like, accidents happened. It's horrible. Yeah, that was a really good episode. I listened to that as well.

SPEAKER_00

That's a I've only been listening to the toast since we're gonna say I'm like, I'll listen to what we said here and there, but other than that, it's just a toast. Yeah, I did go to the what we said live show. Yeah, and that's what inspired us to come back.

SPEAKER_03

Somebody ran up to me and was like, Your podcast, like you were the what we said of Utah. I'm like, wait, you're like, don't say that to me. You're gonna give my headband.

SPEAKER_00

Okay, okay. Mallory, we gotta get back in the air. She calls me literally that same night. It was like, get the by me. So we made a mistake. We made a mistake. I'm like, we can freaking do this. Yeah. Yeah, that's a fun one. Yeah, other than that, no podcasts.

SPEAKER_03

Okay, what music are you sipping?

SPEAKER_00

Music.

SPEAKER_03

Olivia, very different taste.

SPEAKER_00

I know we really do Olivia Rodrigo's new album.

SPEAKER_03

I literally haven't even didn't even know she had a new one out.

SPEAKER_00

It's so good. I I mean I loved her song Drop Dead. I thought that was so freaking cute. And yeah, I that's what I just listened to. Not that I've like continued listening to it, but her new album came out, and then honestly, Michael Jackson. Because I watch I think we talked about last week too, but I watched the Michael movie and I'm just like obsessed. You haven't seen it yet. My entire you need to watch it. Okay. The tip, my entire FYP is just like compilation videos of Michael Jackson, and I'm like literally distraught that he's dead. I know. The King of Pop. Yeah, I need to watch it. Ugh, it's just so sad.

SPEAKER_03

So sad.

SPEAKER_00

Anyway, so what have you been listening to?

SPEAKER_03

100% The Great Divide by Noah Khan.

SPEAKER_00

Honor.

SPEAKER_03

I do love. When you texted me, you're like, I'm here, or I'll be back in five minutes. I'm like, you can go inside if you want. I'm like, I'm rotting in my car. I can continue listening to the song that I heard 50 times. Like, I can't stop. It is I love him so much. Me and Morgan are going to his concert at the end of August. And I am like already starting to think of my caption idea. He literally has a song called End of August. So I'm like, maybe I'll play on that.

SPEAKER_00

I don't know. Cute. Okay, wait, what day is that though? So we can plan our August 25th. The concert? Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

That's a Tuesday. It's a Monday. Right?

SPEAKER_00

No, it's a Tuesday.

SPEAKER_03

Oh, yeah, yeah. It is.

SPEAKER_00

I was picturing my calendar and it's the second day on there. I was just thinking if it was a Saturday, to I was gonna like note that in my brain. Never mind.

SPEAKER_03

Oh yeah. No, it's yeah, it's Tuesday. And then Hazlitt, I've also obviously been loving. He's the only other one I have tickets upcoming too. He comes in October and his, he's like, gone are the days that you can get a ticket for $40. Like concerts are just outrageous. So he made it his mission that all tickets are 40 bucks. That's crazy. So after fees and everything, I paid $45. Yes. And I cannot wait. Where's it at? The complex. Okay. The only time I've ever seen him is at Red West, and he was like probably at like four or five. He was like early in the night. Yeah. His voice is so incredible, and he's just the cutest little sweetie. I love him so much. Anyway, so I'm really excited to just like go to a full show just of him. Yeah. So oh my gosh. Me and my sad music, nothing changed.

SPEAKER_00

Oh my gosh. I love it. Okay. Okay, let's talk about Majonk.

SPEAKER_03

Oh yeah. We've been obsessed with Mahjong. Like every second, we're like, you want to Maj?

SPEAKER_00

I literally was gonna ask you if you wanted to do messy Maj after this. Wait, yes. Yeah, twist my arm. Literally. What the fuck? With their drinkies on the way.

SPEAKER_03

Yes. Does Del know how to play now?

SPEAKER_00

He we played what's it called when we're gonna speed when we're just two people. What's that called? Crazy Major? Matty called it something. I don't know. But anyway, yeah. So he he knows the point of the game, but I haven't been able to convince him to play me, play with me again. Because he's like, it's too much for my brain. Because we were playing two racks.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, yeah, that's hard. That would be hard even as many times as I've played and as many times if I have one. Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

She's just so boring to play well. Sorry, can't help it. Um, no, but my whole point of mahjong is yes, it's so fun. I'm so happy we learned. But like there is like a certain, not group of girls, like I'm not thinking of anybody specifically. Like, some people are so annoying about mahjong.

SPEAKER_03

Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Like, I am here for a good time. My FYP and like all these. I'm like, I don't ever want to play with people like you.

SPEAKER_00

No, I am like, it is not as deep to me as like not having my phone on the table or not like completely following etiquette, like chess in a tournament. Yes. I could see if you joined a league and like actually went somewhere to play with people you didn't play. Competitively like competitively. Money's on the line. Yes. Yeah. I am here for a good time, not a long time. I'm gonna clickety clack. I'm gonna bring up. I'm sorry. I just want to hang out with my girls.

SPEAKER_03

I do love when the pushers aren't connected though, so I can like slap people's hands when they break it. That was fun. That was fun. As I'm like texting as I'm doing it. Yeah, always breaking the rules. It's not that deep to me. No, it's so fun. I love a good game. Yeah, me too. Which speaking of other hobbies, we've both been loving is needlepointing. Yes.

SPEAKER_00

We're just in our grandma hobby era. We were I'm like, what other freaking hobby can we take on right now? We obviously had time to do something without the VOD.

SPEAKER_01

I'm like, okay.

SPEAKER_00

Needlepointing is so fun and so relaxing and like therapeutic.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, I've been loving it.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. And did you finish your flag?

SPEAKER_03

No. I'm almost done with the navy part. Okay. And then I have to go back and do the stars. Okay. But I really want to start working on my Noah Con concert outfit. Ooh, because this tour is all about bugs. It's like it's called the Last of the Bugs. Tell me. I have jeans shorts and I'm going to embroider Stop Bugs! Bugs all over the buttons. So cute. Like literally so cute. They're like different colors, and then she has like little for their little heads, like gold sparkly thread. And they're like so big.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. And I thrifted the shorts.

SPEAKER_03

You have to do something like on your butt pocket. Yes.

SPEAKER_00

Yes, it's like.

SPEAKER_03

Like a ladybug on your butt pocket. Yeah, well, that'd be so freaking cute. So that's gonna be my next project. And then I'll probably just do like a little either a matching baby tee with just like one little bug on it. Yeah. Or like a couple ants. Yeah. Cute. Yeah. I don't know. Anyway, that's gonna be my next project. But it's mostly like hand embroidered with a few beads. And you know I've been into bead embroidery. So that's gonna be my next project.

SPEAKER_00

Like you could do bumblebee but do yellow embroidery, but do black black beads.

SPEAKER_03

I need to show you actually right this second the one that I sent Morgan. Yeah, I was gonna say the vision of what I'm saying. Well, Morgan sent me this one with ants all over the legs. Stop. Isn't that so?

SPEAKER_00

Is she gonna embroider one too?

SPEAKER_03

And these are these are the big bugs.

SPEAKER_00

Oh my gosh. Yep.

SPEAKER_03

If you like look at the details, it's like like his little head is gold sparkly.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, cute. Oh my gosh. So anyway, that's my next big project. Is Dallin back? You guys, Dallin's bringing us spins from Chick-fil-A. Speaking of what we're actually sipping on now, the freezes from Chick-fil-A. Okay, the dragon fruit that Kristen is sucking down currently is seasonal. But it's delicious. Yes. It's like a frozen lemonade, but you can pick like I did a root beer freeze or spin, whatever the frick they're called. It is so good.

SPEAKER_03

No, this is so I can't talk because I can't stop eating it. Which I don't actually like Chick-fil-A's ice cream. Because it's like it's like it's like crusty.

SPEAKER_02

It's like what's the word I'm looking for?

SPEAKER_03

Frosty. It's not creamy. Yeah, I don't like it. But in here it feels like creamier. Yum. Okay. Okay, we'll try our best not back to what we're sipping. Okay, we've done books, we've done TV shows, we've done podcasts. What else? All right. We've done hobbies. Should we dive into muscle testing? Oh, I think I talked a lot about mine last time. You did. I am definitely sipping muscle testing.

SPEAKER_00

Kirsten had me go to Jameson. Our guy Jameson. And it was really good. As Kirsten said, she talked about hers a little bit last week, so we can like get into your couple last appointments since we went so since we recorded last time. But when I went, he linked that my endometriosis is causing infertility.

SPEAKER_03

And he linked what it's worsened all of this.

SPEAKER_00

He says that okay, he's able to like not he says. Your body says. My body says, but through him. He's able to pinpoint a time in your life where you may have been exposed. So for me, I was triggering exposure for chemicals. Kristen was triggering for mold. No, Jackson was mold. Wait, what were you?

SPEAKER_03

I have a virus. Virus. That I'm like clearing out. Yes.

SPEAKER_00

Okay. So sorry. Maddie's also mold. But so I've been exposed to chemicals and it was triggering back to when I was 18 years old. Well, guess what? I had implanted into my body at 18 years old. Birth control. Through the next put on. And he's like, it's actually really crazy that it's triggering for that. But then my symptoms, so I got that in 2019. And I was 18 years old.

SPEAKER_03

And it probably threw your body for a loop.

SPEAKER_00

Yes. And my symptoms got like all the symptoms I had for endo started getting significantly worse in 2021. Well, guess what I had in 2021? The job. Dun dun dun. Dun dun dun. We don't talk about political things on here, but I did get the COVID vax, both of them.

SPEAKER_03

But what you got what?

SPEAKER_00

Both of them. You had to get two? Yeah, I had two dosages of vax.

SPEAKER_03

Shouldn't have done that. Shouldn't have done that.

SPEAKER_00

So now he has me on a detox clearing my liver. But that is when your symptoms got significantly worse. Yeah. So he's like, obviously, we can't know for sure if it was your birth control and your vaccine. But it's a little crazy to me that you're triggering for 18 years old and your symptoms got worse in 2021.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, I feel like we can say for sure.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. I feel like that's your answer. Yeah, it's been really crazy. And then I didn't tell him this, but like my right ovary, you know how it switches every month. Like on your period, your ovaries drop the egg, switches off. My right side, when my ovary, when my ovaries dropping the egg on my right side every every other month, it hurts significantly worse than my left side. Side and he was able to be like, Does it hurt on your right side more when you ovulate? You didn't even tell me what hurt was more than your period. I never told him. And I was like, Yeah, it's always my right side that gives me problems. Like when I'm feeling like I'm gonna pass out, when I'm puking, when I'm always on the right, the right side. And then also my right adrenal was triggering. I keep saying trigger triggering, but that's the easiest word for me to be like, that's what he was catching in the moment. Yeah. Does that make sense? Yeah. And he was like, not to get like super woo-y, but woo-woo he. It's literally 9 p.m. Woo-woo-ey. He's like, in Chinese medicine, your right side is your feminine, your left side is your masculine. So it's really interesting to me that everything's triggering on your right side of your body. Like, how's your relationship with your mom? How's your relationship with all the females in your life? Your sister, your grandma, your aunts, your cousins, your friends. I was like, we gotta do some work. He's like, not that I'm saying your relationship with your grandma is causing your endometriosis, but he's like, I fully believe that your emotions play a physical role in your body.

SPEAKER_03

A hundred percent.

SPEAKER_00

Especially in when your cortisol levels are spiked.

SPEAKER_03

You know, and what is causing certain spikes.

SPEAKER_00

Yes. So, yeah, and then towards the end of my second follow-up appointment, he was able to release a lot of like trauma things that I've held onto from the past, which I will say he muscle tested if I had anything else I needed to work through, like with my whole divorce situation. And I didn't. I am fully cured.

SPEAKER_03

No, that's exactly wait. When I did mine, I was like, at first he like said something. I'm like, I wonder if it would be my divorce. Like, let's see if there's any like work that I need to do with that immediately. Nope. I'm like, whoop, whoop. No, like I've never got a stronger no. Yeah. In my muscle testing appointments. You know, when I got the strongest no, and he was so shocked. He was like, Do you ever get like stress or anxiety? I'm like, no, absolutely not. He's like, nobody ever can say that. Can say no on that. I'm like, yeah, no, I don't. I literally wish, bro. Holy shit's different breed. He's like, that's really crazy.

SPEAKER_00

He's like, let me just let me just stamp it away. It's like, no, no, no. Dead. Oh my gosh. Yeah. So then he was able to release a lot of things emotionally through other things that I've like really struggled with in the past through other situations.

SPEAKER_01

So the amount of times he just said other. Like makes no sense.

SPEAKER_00

Dude, literally send help. I'm losing my MF marbles. Help. He cleared me for things, okay?

SPEAKER_03

I'm healed. Hopefully, we'll see. Oh my gosh. Yes. Yes, we are healing girlies. I'm actually sad because I was going four weeks in a row. Or four weeks in a row. I was going weekly. Yeah. Because I was working on stuff with Rome. This was like the form of therapy that I chose for him to help him through any emotional things since obviously he's had trauma going through divorce. So he doesn't know how to like verbalize that. Yes. I was seeing him weekly, and now we don't have to go weekly anymore. And I'm like, wait, I actually love those appointments. They're so freaking good. Yeah. So I don't go back for another three weeks. And my brother made an appointment. I'm like, can I come with you? So we went and sat in on his, and it was so freaking cool. And he like muscle tested me for something while I was there. And Jackson was like, Oh, that's why you wanted to come. You wanted to be a free muscle test dude.

SPEAKER_04

I love to be able to do it.

SPEAKER_03

So intrigued by it. It's like everybody that goes is obsessed.

SPEAKER_00

Which is so shocking. It's so funny because I brought up something that he muscle tested me for, and I told my friends, and they're like, actually, yeah, I think I need to add that to my list.

SPEAKER_02

Literally, I wrote it down. I'm like, right, immediately.

unknown

Right.

SPEAKER_00

That's bothering me too on a subconscious level. That we can all relate to.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, and I'm definitely sipping that.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. Oh my gosh, it's just so good. So I'm curious to see. Kristen knows when I stop ranting to her about something specifically, less than four times a week, I will be healed.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Right? At least every other day.

SPEAKER_03

No, no, no, yes. When that day comes, I will know that the healing has taken place. Oh my gosh. Anyway. Okay, speaking of muscle testing, he's also a nutritionist. So I've been working with him on that. And so I am sipping because he's making me. I'm just kidding. I have been working on cutting out. I mean, don't ask me what Matt Dallin just brought me. Because this does not fit the vibe.

SPEAKER_01

Literal artificial sugar.

SPEAKER_03

I was supposed to be cutting out seed oils, artificial dyes, and artificial sweeteners. And it's actually been going pretty good. I was actually, when he told me that, I'm like, screw you. I'm not freaking cutting out fair life, perk, energy drinks, Dr. Pepper. Like, no.

SPEAKER_00

Hell no to Dr.

SPEAKER_03

Pepper. That's what I told him. Well, Dr. Pepper Zero. He was like, uh, drink regular Dr. Pepper. I'm like, no. He's like, your body can process natural sugar. I'm like, okay, anyway. So I've been working on those. Yeah. And I, it's um, obviously I'm not perfect at it. I'm trying to do like an 80-20 approach to it. Like, yeah. Here and there, whatever. At home when I'm grocery shopping, I'm buying those things. But then if I'm out and about, I'm not gonna be like to the restaurant worker, can you cook my food? Not in seed oils. I'm gonna be like, what the hell is wrong with you? As if they even have seed oil.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

Restaurant. Anyway, so I've been sipping that. It's been going way better than I thought. And I actually have not been drinking energy drinks. And I just kind of cut them cold turkey.

SPEAKER_00

That's crazy. I bet you could do it. I know. I bet I could literally meet at 9 a.m. with my freaking Alani noodles. I know. I know, I know, I know.

SPEAKER_03

That was my pre-workout. But I changed my oh, the haters are gonna hate me when I say this. I changed my, I used to mix my Fair Life with perk in the mornings, both of which have artificial sweeteners in them, sucraloves. I changed it to raw milk. That's what the haters are gonna hate. Raw milk with the just ingredients protein powder.

SPEAKER_00

Okay.

SPEAKER_03

It's good, it's delicious.

SPEAKER_00

He told me to get the just ingredients probiotic.

SPEAKER_03

Oh, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

So I need to get that. Having it.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, so I've been doing that in the mornings and it's actually really good.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. Oh my gosh. He, my body, okay, so I told him like on that like foodie train path, whatever, nutrition talk. I didn't know if red meat or gluten was hurting my stomach. And so I told him that, and he's like, Well, how often do you eat one without the other? And I was like, actually, now that you say that, probably never, because there's always gonna be a roll with a steak, there's always gonna be a French bread, there's always gonna be some sort of gluten with your red meat. I just feel like that's always how it is. You go to Texas Roadhouse, you eat five rolls, you know. Anyway, so he was able to test me with different vials, like a blind test. So he put one vial in my hand, tested me. It was like, okay, here, switch me, tested me, and I triggered for wheat and gluten sensitivity. And so he was able to reset that for me. He's like, I'm not saying to go buy a wonder loaf of bread and smash all the wonder. I know. I'm like, but he was like, Hopefully, now you won't have as much sensitivity to it. And I'm like, Thank you, because I love gluten.

SPEAKER_03

Have you noticed any difference this week? Like, have you eaten it? I feel like mine took me about a week. Honestly, no, not yet. That you haven't eaten or you haven't noticed? No, I haven't eaten it much. Okay, yeah, that's what I figured because you already were kind of cutting it out.

SPEAKER_00

Which I ate a Costa Vita tortilla today for lunch. Oh, your semen tortillas? Yes, my semen tortilla. Disgusting. I just don't smell it, okay.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, that's what I was gonna say. But you weren't wrecked. Yeah, no, I wasn't. Yet. Okay, keep reporting back, keep paying attention. I feel like mine took me about a week. I was like, because I reset having IBS, you guys.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

And it took me about a week, and then I've been fine ever since.

SPEAKER_00

Which is crazy. The sippers are gonna literally not even believe that. No, they're not, they're not gonna believe that.

SPEAKER_03

Literally, I was so full the other day. I like had to take a laxative to like get myself to go because I'm like, I just want to clear myself out. And normally if I like took a bite of ice cream, that would do it for me. It doesn't do it anymore. I'm like eating ice cream, I'm like, I'm so freaking full. That is so crazy.

SPEAKER_00

I had to clear myself out, but yeah, which last week. Oh, I don't know. Did he test you this week? Or maybe he tested Jackson for the leaky gut peptide?

SPEAKER_03

What's that peptide?

SPEAKER_00

I don't know what it was called. He just was like, Oh, here, before you go, can I actually test you for these peptides? And I was like, Yeah, sure. And he didn't tell me what they were for when he tested me. Yeah, he was like, Nope, nope, okay, your body doesn't need them. This is just for like a leaky gut.

SPEAKER_03

Oh no, he didn't test me for this.

SPEAKER_00

I was like, oh, okay. So I guess I don't have leaky gut.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, that's amazing. That's actually yeah. So we are sipping muscle testing and being woo-woo girlies. I know people probably think we're insane, but whatever. Whatever it works and we're happy, so keep it to yourself. Let us spend our money on what we want. Literally, if you guys write into your confessions that we're woo-woo wack-adoos, I'm deleting you. Let me pay for your first appointment.

SPEAKER_00

Let me pay for your first appointment.

SPEAKER_03

That's what we try to earn money for on this podcast to get people to join the dark side.

SPEAKER_00

Literally. Oh my gosh. Okay. I feel like I'm woo-woo-ey because my friends are woo-woo-ey and they make me try it, but then I fall in love with it, and then I'm automatically woo-woo-y.

SPEAKER_03

I think you're woo-woo now. I think maybe that's how we got you in the beginning.

SPEAKER_00

With foot zoning.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah. Yeah. And now you now you believe. And you love. Okay. The other thing I've been sipping is honestly being single. It's been so I like love that for you. I know. Me too. And I feel like in the beginning, when I got divorced, like a weekend with no plans killed me. Worst thing that could have ever happened to me. Now, a weekend full of plans. I'm like, no, I just want my alone to not be. So I feel like I'm totally healed in that sense. Yeah. And I've been having so much fun being single. And just like freaking giving my number to the guitar player in the middle of quits and market. And like all my friends like trying to set me up with random people. Like, it's fun. Yeah. It's fun while it's fun. I obviously would like love to get married again, but I am so happy and content being single. It is so nice to just do whatever I want.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

Go wherever I want. I went on a all my friends were meeting me in Boston and I went on a solo trip to Maine just because I could. Yeah. I had I didn't have to ask anybody. Like it's oh, I'm loving being single.

SPEAKER_00

I'm like, I I'm loving that for you. Like that makes me happy that it's like kind of a weight lifted off. I feel like well, it's also like, who knows how long I'm gonna be like this for?

SPEAKER_03

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Be like this.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, as if it's like some condition. But like I could be single for the rest of my life, or it could be six months. So I you know, actually the universe.

SPEAKER_00

Oh my god.

SPEAKER_03

But like truly, I could be single for six more months or the rest of my life. So like I'm either need to like take advantage of these next six months and have so much fun or have so much fun for the rest of my life. So I'm loving being single.

SPEAKER_00

I love that you're like taking advantage of that too because it goes away now. You never know also what's gonna just sneak on into your life that you know dream, a girl can dream. You never know, it could be already happening, and we'll see.

SPEAKER_03

Don't get your hopes up. I'm leading it into the universe. We've all seen this story before. I think I've seen this film. No, this is different. I feel it. Okay, any makeup you've been sipping? Because I have two. I bought the Kolfi lip stain oils. The what? Kolfi. K-U-L-F-I. I've already told you about them a million times. I love them so much more than the sacheo beauty like peel-off ones. Okay, okay. I feel like the sacheo was always or sacheo, whatever. I don't freaking know. Oh, okay.

SPEAKER_00

And I'm like, oh yeah, interesting.

SPEAKER_03

Sacheu, sacheo, whatever. I like sacheo. When you peel it off, the actual color underneath is very uneven. Yeah. With the oils, you don't have to peel anything off. So it keeps you super moisturized, and then the color, like the stain is like so even and it lasts really well. So I've been loving those. Okay, I'm obsessed. And I mean, forever and always, my favorite, favorite, favorite self-tanner, which is on sale for Prime Day today. I need to remember to order. What is it? It's the Saint Chope self-tanner. But the two-hour express one.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

I love it so much.

SPEAKER_00

Why is my TikTok telling me I haven't placed any orders yet when I literally have?

SPEAKER_03

Oh, I don't know.

SPEAKER_00

What the fuck?

SPEAKER_03

Another thing I've been loving since I've been working downtown, which by the way, wait, I've been sipping Sorrel. I know that was like a Woo!

SPEAKER_00

I'm sipping Sorrel too.

SPEAKER_03

We I did like a really big business merger situation. I don't actually know if I ever really talked about it on the podcast.

SPEAKER_00

I feel like not because it was like right around the time that we stopped.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah. No, it's been so good. But it's really fun because my new salon is right downtown Ogden, and I have been just taking advantage of being like a city girl and like walking everywhere. It's so fun. Like my the place I drop off my film, I'd like walk down the block. If I want to go to the movies after work, I just walk over. When we go to lunch, we just walk somewhere to go get it. It's I'm like loving walking everywhere and just being downtown. It's been so fun.

SPEAKER_00

I love that. That's so much fun. Okay, did you find your makeup? There's so much fun stuff right down there, too. Yeah, I love Ogden. I I recently got the sacheo. Satchu. Cheeks stay in blush all day liquid blush tint makeup. Oh. And it's like a chunky, like this is kind of chunky. Yeah. Like it's big and chunky. And I love the applicator on it. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. To peel it off. No, you just put it on like normal. Oh, yeah, and it just stains. Okay, that's pretty. Yeah, and then it just which I don't feel like it really stains. I feel like it would if it was on your bare skin, but it doesn't when it's over the top of makeup. Okay. But I got the shade I'm guilty. It's like a mauve-y color. Oh. And I love it. Pretty that, and I did, I will say, I'm not sipping this product. The sache beauty. Why is that so hard to say? The brown freckle stay in longwear brown and freckled in. Stay. You said stay.

SPEAKER_03

I think it's stain, but they spell it S-T-A-Y. I still like that. I hate myself. Like a little play on words. Like it stays in place.

SPEAKER_00

It's the stay. I do not like their freckled pencil, just to put that out there. Okay, that's good to know.

SPEAKER_03

Good to know.

SPEAKER_00

And it has a brow tint on the other side of it, and it just is too much.

SPEAKER_03

Okay.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. Yeah. It's not good. Won't be buying. Yeah. Don't buy. I looked like Lord Farquad. Just like the darkest brows. You know what I mean? Yes. And it's like completely filled in. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. Anyway, okay, those are my two recent that I'm not loving. Okay. One I'm loving, but yes.

SPEAKER_03

One other thing that I've been loving that we've both been doing, Mallory started it, is for our friends' birthday presents. We've all been going in on one massive gift. Love. And it has been so fun.

SPEAKER_00

I love it. It was the best idea we could have ever had.

SPEAKER_03

So for my birthday, Mallory rallied the troops and pitch in on my coach denim tabby bag. Literally, I'm obsessed with it. I will have it for my body. I like literally cried. No, literally cried. Love it so much. Then for my sister, she also cried. We got her a pair of Tacova cowboy boots and we took her in New York to go get him monograms. Yeah, that was iconic. It was so fun. What else have we done? Or kind Haley Tiffany necklace. We just surprised her with a Tiffany necklace, which is so fun because we all went to Tiffany high tea in London. Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

And I like just good memories.

SPEAKER_03

Yes. Anyway, so it's been so fun not getting like, or not having to come up with like a little gift for all your friends and just going in on one big thing together.

SPEAKER_00

And it's like I loved getting the little gifts, but it'd be like, I already have this, I already have a body spray, which is a clock lip. So it's like so much more sentimental. Yeah, like I'm gonna have my coach bag, the Tiffany necklace. When you probably wouldn't have spent $500 on a tapby bag yourself, you know.

SPEAKER_03

I've been bag myself and it's out of stock. So it is no longer an option. Yeah. So no, it's so fun. So if you've got a good, like solid group of friends, throw that out to them. Yeah. Highly, highly sipping. And Mallory needs to start thinking of her fatty item that she wants.

SPEAKER_00

I know at the exact same time. I don't know. I feel like I've been saving stuff throughout the year of things that I've seen that I really want, but it's nothing like elevated like that, you know? Yeah. It's like Is this also a great time to have a lot of friends? Because it really isn't so expensive when you have 10 people going in on it, you know. Yes. Like this is $260, but is like the cutest bag I've literally ever seen. Yeah, that's to die for. It has like embossed polka dots on it. Yes, love. But 260 euros, it's not terrible. I did have this coach bag. I don't wear coach and I don't fly coach. This one's only 249.

SPEAKER_03

Oh, that's pretty.

SPEAKER_00

Love that one. I I'm feeling like I might want a bag.

SPEAKER_03

Okay.

SPEAKER_00

Maybe.

SPEAKER_03

Keep your keep your eyes open. Keep looking. Keep shopping.

SPEAKER_00

Keep window shopping. Yes.

SPEAKER_03

The girly's got your back. I know.

SPEAKER_00

So funny. You too, Queen. Hey, anything else you've been needing? No. But you have a list of 31 items.

SPEAKER_03

I feel like we kind of busted through them. Like I had Mahjong and like as separate ones, but we kind of threw them all together. Oh. The ladder app. Ladder? Yes. It's a workout app. Like L-A-D-D-E-R. Like you're climbing a ladder. Okay. Okay. I have used the Sweat app, Whitney Simmons app, the live app. Which is okay. No, I actually paid it. I paid for the live app. I did like a week trial and then I paid for the year on accident. I literally never opened it again. I actually hated that. Wait, did you get your money back? No. Oh no. I don't even care. It literally, I hated it. And I like tried because I'm like, okay, I paid for it. Like I'll just use it. And I'm like, I hate this app. Yes. There was not enough substitutions for each workout. Oh my gosh, drove me freaking nuts. So anyway, I preferred the sweat app over that. But now that I've tried the latter app, I prefer this one way more than any app I've ever used. Okay, I need to try it. The coat, okay. Let me just let me just sell you guys on this for a minute. It links to your Spotify or Apple Music. So it starts playing your music, and then the coach is in your ear. She'll give you like some coaching tips, and then your music will like continue playing. So like the volume goes down and up as she's talking, if that makes sense. And she'll be like, okay, you're gonna do eight reps of this. I want you doing. And she'll like give you pointers, make sure you're focusing on this muscle, whatever. I am sweating. I might I'm like, what am I trying to say? Activating different muscles that I've done these same workout moves with every app I've used. Yeah. And I've never felt the way I'm feeling using this because of the things that she's telling me to like like correcting you along the way. Correcting your posture. And it's just like in your ear, and then your music goes back on while you continue the reps. And it is so easy to track everything. You can track your food. It links to your Apple Watch or your Rank or your phone or whatever. So it tracks like look. I have a little widget on my don't see how many steps I've taken today. But it has a thing here. Like I have a widget on my phone to track your steps. This is my I think your food. Like you can track your macros on here, your workouts, everything. How much is it? A month? I did it for the year. Okay. Is it? If you do it for the year, yeah, I'll send you a free week though. Oh, okay. If you do it for the year, it's $15 a month. I think if you pay monthly, it's like $30. Yeah. It's way better.

SPEAKER_00

$30 a month.

SPEAKER_03

Yes. So obviously you'd pay for the year, but when you do your free week trial, you'll be like, oh yeah, you're done. Just the functionality of like the music and the coaches. It's cool. I feel like nobody's done that. No. I've tried all the apps. I've gone to Burn Boot Camp. I've done all the things. This is by far my favorite way. Yes. To like strength train. Oh my gosh. And I've me and Maddie are both doing Shelby Robbins workouts, and I really love that. She's the creator of Lauder. No, she's just one of the coaches or trainers on there. Yeah. She's so cute. Okay, I'm excited.

SPEAKER_00

Anyway, that's a lot of oh my gosh. I hope you guys enjoyed and maybe found something that you want to try or read or watch.

SPEAKER_03

And if you do, please let us know because we need to talk about them. Like if you're starting Real Housewives at Rhode Island, I need to talk to you because my best friend Mallory won't be able to do that.

SPEAKER_00

I was gonna say if you've read Throne of Glass, please DM me.

SPEAKER_01

Because her best friend won't do it. We won't listen to each other's sippins. Let's hope you listen to ours.

SPEAKER_00

Okay, fine. I'm gonna start listening to my best friend's sippins, okay?

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, fine. We'll read Throne of Glass.

SPEAKER_00

Starting tonight with special forces.

SPEAKER_03

Okay. Yeah. I'm really excited for you to watch that. Okay, well, Sippers, thank you for being here. We're so happy to be back. We love you so much. And if you haven't already, we would love for you to leave us a review. Five stars, of course, on Spotify and Apple. And follow us on TikTok and Instagram at Times Feel Podcast. And until next week, pinkies up, Sippers. Bye.
