In this podcast, Paul Collins, a highly accomplished iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation teacher, talks about his newly launching digital course, Thrive Inside, which he created to help support both men and women rehabilitating from addiction and trauma.
The course is based on the proven, trauma-sensitive practice of iRest (Integrative Restoration) Meditation which is used by the US military for helping to heal PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder).
Paul originally started writing the course with veterans and offenders in mind. However, he realised the content is actually relevant to anyone struggling with or working to overcome addiction and / or trauma, helping them to better manage / overcome difficult emotions and destructive patterns of behaviour.
Following his own journey of healing from addiction and after 15 years of extensive R&D, Paul is finally ready to launch Thrive Inside to the wider world.
