Today we are sharing the mic with Susanne Aram, Seed’s Pro Ageing Therapist & Coach. Susanne is a big advocate of natural ingredients and manual techniques to help us age well.  

I wanted to share Susanne’s famous quote here that I absolutely love and for me, encapsulates her philosophy perfectly - “Ageing might be inevitable, but looking old is not. 

“Ageing well and gracefully, accepting that we age and learning how to look after ourselves is not only the process of cleansing our face every day and applying a few potions and lotions – it is so much more."
