As part of our Journeys series, we shared the mic with Chloe Bruce, a Reiki Master & Rapid Transformational Therapist located near Amersham, Buckinghamshire, who was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis 16 years ago. Here, Chloe shares how she feels her diagnosis and subsequent health journey have shaped who she has become and how these different modalities aided her own health journey, both physically and mentally.
